Gone live 10am Wanted to share some wisdom with you from the week that was for me in my world, as always, every single week I share live lessons. Just download things that have come through me over the last week as I'm navigating my own internal world, but then also trying to navigate the world of running a business and being in a relationship and all of the alike. And basically I come on here and just pass on lessons that I'm getting through my journey, on my journey in life. And you know, I'm sure I hope that you're able to take something from these as well. And if you go back and re listen to a lot of the lessons that I posted over the last probably been doing this last six months now. Every single week I get on here and Share these, and I post them on the podcast as well. So if you ever want to go back and re listen to these, the audio version of these just jump onto the State Shifters podcast will be on there. But I'm noticing patterns in the lessons that I share. And it's so fascinating to become aware of your own patterns. And in life, as we expand, as we evolve, we actually go through, like, cycles. It's very interesting, you know, because I'm documenting this journey so much. I can go back and listen to a podcast two years ago and notice what cycle I was in in that period in time. A cycle of expansion or maybe the cycle of contraction. And the same lesson actually shows up. The same lesson shows up in disguise. So that's a very, very important point to, to recognize in our evolutionary process is that the same patterns will show up in your life. The patterns that will hold you back, to keep you stuck. You know, those patterns that you thought you'd overcome or move, move past. But actually we go through a period of like, level up. We move beyond a current phase, we move through a new chapter. But to get to the next chapter, the patterns will show up again, just disguised differently, which is why you just keep getting the same lessons, but they'll be in a different context, a different frame. And it's really important to be able to step back and notice them. You know, that's why coaching has been so powerful for me, and that's why I became a coach, and that's why I continue to receive coaching, is because having someone to shine the light on areas in your life that you can't see can be really powerful in helping you just move beyond them to get that breakthrough moment, that big insight, right? But the other ways you can do it is to really become aware of, okay, like when I go through challenging times or when life sets me back, I fall into behaviors of procrastination or overeating or distracting or numbing my emotions or whatever those destructive habits are. Maybe you get real lazy, you start avoiding things. Maybe you start just like flicking on social media more than you should. Like, these little patterns of behavior show up at key moments in time because there's emotions, energy inside of us that's trying to be purged, that's trying to leave, that often our old ways of avoiding will show up. So they're really key moments in time when you track your patterns of existence. And I want to share a little story with you guys that's, that's come up over the last week. For me, when I noticed I go through my level ups. When I go through my process, what patterns show up for me and what happened for me last week was, you know, I go through these periods of rapid expansion where I get really excited and really like charged with energy and the flow of life is moving through me so rapidly. But then when something interrupts that flow and that's what happens to us, right? We have these, these seven energy channels where life is flowing through us. But when there's blockage, when something interrupts that flow, you often feel it. The more sensitive you can become to that. As I'm becoming more sensitive to this, you'll feel a blockage. You'll feel energy's not moving through me very clearly today. Or maybe you'll feel it in your breath. Your breath isn't as expansive. Maybe your breath gets stuck and it gets shallow. Start to notice these things, right? And I noticed this happened to me last week, you know, Wednesday, you know, like I had a busy day. I was, you know, creating a lot of stuff and then all of a sudden like something didn't go as planned. Something didn't happen as I, as my mind would have liked it. And what happened was I got stuck in my head a little bit. I started to judge myself, I started to question myself, A bit of self doubt showed up, a little bit of fear showed up in my life. And what happened was I noticed a blockage in energy. I noticed that energy was stuck. For me, it's around the solar plexus. That's one of the core emotional wounds that I've, that I have in my life through, you know, growing up, we experience these core wounds and for me, solar plexus was one of them. And when I get blocked in my solar plexus, it really cuts me off from my creative ability. And I noticed that on Wednesday. And what I did was I kind of stepped back and I noticed one of my old patterns come up, which was like, I'm just going to go and distract. Now I'm going to eat some food or I'm just going to flick on social media and, and I would avoid sitting with these emotions, right? So when we, when we notice these patterns coming up, it's us not wanting to sit with the discomfort of that emotional block. It's us, the mind saying fuck, like this, this doesn't feel good. I don't like this, right? You notice when we're not showing up in a way we would like, we start to get really down on ourselves. We start, for me especially, I start judging myself like fuck Man, I'm not playing it. What am I doing? Getting lazy. What's the point? Like, this is fucking stupid. I start questioning everything and I get real down on myself and I start thinking, oh, man, I can't bother meditating now. I'm not going to do breath work. I can't bother exercising. The mind will creep into all these stories around why you should avoid doing the things that you know are going to support your energy and getting back to wholeness, right? So it's in these times where if you can catch that, you can catch these little down cycles, these patterns where you just, you just dip. For me, it's pause on everything. Like, I'll stop creating content. Sometimes I actually have to reschedule some coaching calls because I know I'm not going to be able to show up my best for the people that I'm coaching. And on this case, you know, Wednesday, I realized I was in a rut. Energy stuck in the solar plexus, feeling quite down on myself, not feeling very confident. So I took off for a walk. You know, I. In these key times now, I'll pull from my emotional toolkit, you know, I'll pull from. What does my body need right now to support this energy or to connect so that I can connect with an inner child that maybe feels like he's not good enough. That's my process, right? So it's, for me, it's always an inner child that feels unworthy, that starts to doubt himself, that just needs some reassurance and recognition that he's doing a good job. You know, that's really all it is. It's all it is that I'm chasing. My inner child wants to be reassured. Hey, you're amazing, you're loved, you are good enough, you got this. And it can be. The way these patterns show up is we can get caught. In my case, chasing validation externally, chasing approval outside. You know, content. Is my content. Getting likes? Is people commenting on my content? Are people getting value from my coaching? Do people want to get coaching from me? Am I making money? Is my bank account going up? The mind looking for validation, looking for external measures to say, hey, you're doing a good job. But really what I've noticed, you can get all the likes on Instagram, you can get all the comments you can, you can sign up a lot of people in your business, you can make a lot of money, but none of that will give you the internal feeling of worthiness, of self satisfaction, of fulfillment, of wholeness, of love. Nothing external will give you that so the illusion that I find me getting caught in sometimes is getting swept up in the external. Getting. Getting trapped, Chasing external things, thinking they're going to fulfill us. Working really hard, trying to do so much out there to fill up a cup in here. Don't. But really it can only be filled when you slow down. Go inward, breathe, feel, connect, release, embrace, hold. So that's really the pattern that I'm noticing here. So last week, pattern probably showed up chasing too much external. Right. So required a slowdown or quite a pullback. What do I need to give myself right now so that I can fill up this cup on the inside? Because my inner child, he's feeling not good enough. He's feeling like he's not doing enough in life. And he's starting to lose his zest, his vibe, his energy, starting to lose it. So I went for a long walk. I was like, time to take a break, close the computer had all these big plans mapped out for the day around what I wanted to do, but I wasn't feeling it. Closed it. And in the past, I would have tried to push through this. In the past, I would have tried to just keep going. And I like to keep trying to create content to keep trying to achieve. But I've learned that that is empty achievement, that is trying to cover up something. This is where achievement for a lot of overachievers becomes an addiction. We're chasing something, we're chasing that we think the next thing is going to fulfill us. Right? Achievement becomes an addiction. We just keep working because that's our way of coping with not having to sit with and be with the feelings of unworthiness that are underneath when we actually slow down. So the slowdown process. Went for a walk. I sat at nature and I kind of just like put my phone away. Turn off distractions is a really key part of this process. When you notice you're going through a difficult time, you want to start to turn off the distractions and allow yourself to just be with the experience of what you feel in that moment. Thanks, Isabella. Glad you resonate with this. If anyone else is resonating, just drop a comment, drop a heart. I'd love to get some feedback from what I'm sharing. It's always good to see. See people resonating with what I'm talking about, but going inward to be with and feel with what's going on without distractions. What I noticed on my walk and in my time in nature, that that wasn't enough. I actually sat out there for a little bit and didn't. It didn't fully process the energy. The energy was still there. I still had this blockage. So I came back and what I tried to do with them was meditate. And I realized that meditation was so difficult. Sitting in meditation, when you feel, when you've got an emotional imbalance in your body, the mind is. My mind goes really crazy, gets really loud. It's really active. So sitting in that is like sitting in the eye of the storm. It takes a lot of like just willpower to sit in the middle of that. Like, damn. Like mine's just like just throwing the kitchen sink at me. So what I'm noticing, the meditation practice, when you, when you want to sit in that, that energy is you have to sit for a longer period of time. And what I've noticed, you want to try and bring something in that can help you calm the mind down. Initially for me, nature does such a powerful job of that. But sometimes I'll use noise canceling headphones and I'll play on Brain FM is an amazing like binaural beat sounds to just support the brain and getting back into that alpha or theta state. Because when we're stuck in our heads, we're actually in high wave belt beta, which is very active. The mind's thinking lots. We, we've got to get that mind slowed down so we can get into the body so that we can feel the emotions that are down there, the energy that's stuck in that. We've got to slow the mind down. So that becomes step one. And going for walks, meditating, breathwork was another one that I went through a breath work process the next day. Anything's going to support you in getting your body. You know, in these down moments you notice that probably the last thing you feel like doing is doing breath work when you're stuck in a feeling of anxiousness or you're feeling a heavy emotion in your body. But this is really the key discipline, the ability to just know, hey, I got to connect with myself right now. Okay. So I went through a range of different processes. Walking, meditating, breathing, spending some time in nature, all to help me slow my down my mind and get in my body so that I can let go of this energy. And what happened was it was slowly moving, but it wasn't moving to the speed I was hoping it to. I was like, come on. Like I thought this was, would have moved through me by now. I'm doing all the right things here. I started doing qigong as well. You know, if you've Seen some of my videos. I'm very into qigong, like mindful movements. And I caught myself again judging this energy should have left by now. I should be back to normal by now. This level of judgment is coming from the mind. It's coming from the masculine part of us that thinks we can control life. And I received a really powerful lesson in all of this, is why I titled today's live remember who you are. Because the part of me thought I was in control of what was happening, the part of me thought I'll just do these things and then the energy will move. That's what I've done before and that should work again. But what's going on inside of us as these energy patterns move is something far greater than us is operating. The energy is operating, the divine intelligence to deciding what you go through moment to moment. So when you try to cling on to control, when you try to control your process or control how long you feel a certain way for, that's you trying to control life, right? That's you trying to predict what's going to happen. And when you're in that state, you're, you're in a state of disconnection. So in this case, the primary lesson was how can you let go of control? Because maybe you got a process. Maybe what you're going through right now, you're gonna process that for weeks or months. Can you be okay with that? Can you be okay with, okay, this is what I feel right now. I'm willing to feel this for as long as life decides. I need to feel it. That's really powerful when you, when you start to embrace that. So what happened for me was ultimately this energy hung around for a few days and I was like, it's here. This is what it is. I'm just going to feel this for now. Let it be here. Canceled a bunch of calls, cleared, cleared my schedule to be with it. And what happened was for me on Sunday, I went into a process. Every now and then I will sit with psilocybin mushrooms as practice as a tool to support me in connecting with this higher guidance, this higher intelligence. And on Sunday, I created a ceremony for myself where I said how I'm going to really sit and go into this. I'm going to go deeper into my process. And I don't recommend everyone do this. This is a part of my process. The plant medicine has been a part of my process for the last number of years. And if you've watched my videos in the past, I've sat with 5 Meo DMT. I've sat with San Pedro, I've sat with a bunch of plants, and the mushrooms have been a part of my process for a number of years now. I'll create ceremonies in times where I feel like I want to go deeper, feels like I want to connect deeper with who I really am. The larger I, the big self, the self that's outside of this current duality that we're living in, you know, and to connect with that self on a regular basis is so freaking important. And what happened to me on Sunday, I sat in this ceremony, I had my mushrooms, and I went into a meditation. I'll do Joe Dispenser's meditation sometimes where I'll put my headphones on, I'll put an eye mask on, and I'll go deep into the journey. On this occasion, the journey was so deep, was so deep, it took me to a place that clearly life decided it was time for me to go back and remember this, to remember who I really am outside of this character that I play, to remember who I am outside of the separation that our mind creates. The duality of up and down, good and bad, masculine and feminine. When you zoom out to the larger eye and you connect with that and you experience that energy, you realize you are actually everything. And I realized I'm the ocean on the sun, I'm the good on the bad on the trees. Everything that's happening, we are all a part of it. We are all interconnected to it. When you experience that energetically, the oneness to everything and the nothing, when you experience that, whether it be through a meditation or throughout the. A mushroom journey or whatever journey you decide to go on, what you come back with is a new level of understanding. This is why going deep into a spiritual process is so important to me. Because if you do not understand or feel or remember or know this, it's just a concept in your mind. A lot of the times coaches or people who talk about this stuff, it's. They're reading it from a book and they'll just regurgitate its content. It's just a concept. This is the. An intellectual concept. But until it's felt and experienced in the body, that's when transformation happens. Because you now see the world from a new lens. You now see the world from something far, way back here. It creates a level of freedom. It allows you to surrender. You become. You become detached. And that's what this reminder gave me. And that's what all we ever need is reminders. Everyone that's on here, all I'm giving you is a reminder, because deep down, you already know this. There's a part of you that's resonating with this because you, you, you feel this as well. We're all feeling the same energy. It's just pulsating through us in different frequencies, but it's coming from the same source. So what you want to start to set up, and for me personally, all I set up for myself now is reminders. How can you remind yourself of who you are? How can you remind yourself that you're a unique expression of a one consciousness and we are moving through space on one giant rock spinning. And when you can remind yourself of that, regularly, you detach a little bit from, hey, right now I'm feeling fucking anxious. I feel anxiety, I feel heavy right now. Today, I don't feel very good. That's cool. That's cool. Life's got you because who you are is divine expression of love, an infinite intelligence, a divine intelligence that's operating the trees, the sun, the ocean, it's growing the grass, it's. It's moving through us as well. If you can remember that. How much freedom does that bring to your life? It takes away the seriousness. I'm someone who will sometimes get caught up in the seriousness of life, you know, take things too seriously. Running a business, trying to make money, trying to, trying to achieve. But whenever I pull back and go into a spiritual process, it reminds me that, hey, relax, it's all good. Life has got you. It's always, it always has taken care of us. It's never going to let you down. It's always going to take you to where you need to be. And right now, you're exactly in the perfect place for your evolution. Right here, right now, in this moment, this is perfect for you. And if it's, if it's good, if it's bad, can you detach from that thinking that, hey, I want to be feeling good all the time, or it's this, this down is going to be lasting forever? Because it's not. We're in a constant, like constant wave, constant movement. We're constantly changing. So can you surrender to the change? So the big reminder, that's what I would invite you guys to set up. How can you remind. Maybe it's a spiritual book that you read. I like to read or listen to Eckhart Tolle, Wayne Dyer, some of these profound spiritual teachers who I get really great reminders from. Or I'll go deep into a meditation. I'm going to spend an hour, an hour and a half in a meditation so that I can experience the feeling of oneness in my body, feeling of wholeness. Sometimes I'll sit with mushrooms to go back and remind myself of that. That's not all the time. It's sometimes what do you need to give yourself so that you can be connected or remember who you truly are. So I'm going to leave you guys with that. And it was the reminder that I had this week. Sometimes slowing down your process, slowing down life to remember what's important, to remember that you always need to be taken care of. There's. There's nothing that life hasn't planned for you that you are not going to receive. So you're going to get everything you need. It's just about letting go of control, letting go and trying to figure it out. So, guys, thank you for joining me. It's always a joy sharing these lessons and insights with you guys and if you want to get more insights, if you want to connect with me further and discuss some of these ideas further, shoot me a dm. I'm gonna be posting them more often and more content coming out. Stay tuned. Much love. Have an amazing week wherever you are. Take care. Hey, there we have it guys.
