And I want to tell you a little bit about these three books because audiobooks completely transformed my life. The minute I started using Audible and I was consuming books and information while I was driving my car, catching the bus and train to work when I used to work as an accountant, it really started to unlock things within me. So here are my three favorite. Number one is Letting Go by David Hawkins. Powerful book. I've listened to it many times and it's a book I always recommend to my clients. Number two is Green Light by Matthew McConaughey. This was by far one of my favorite audiobooks. It's read by the author and Matthew McConaughey is just a legend and it was some of the best storytelling I've ever heard. Third one is Will Smith. Will's book was again, amazing storytelling and it was just so damn entertaining and full of wisdom. Now, if you are not using Audible already and you want to get a hold of one of these books for free, I've got a special trial for you. Now, enjoy today's solo episode. Hello. What's going on, my friend? Got some thoughts that I want to share with you some thoughts that have been on my mind. I was on a podcast last week, and I was speaking about something that was. That I realized is so important to start to, like, get better, optimizing your energy. What's going on, guys? I'm gonna share. I'm gonna share something that's. That I've noticed recently that is really important. And then I've titled today's podcast Today's live ama. So you can ask me anything. So this is a space where if you have questions that you want to ask, you know, I'll spend the next, like, 15 to 30 minutes answering some questions. But I'm going to share something with you quickly that I've noticed that's been. That's allowed me to be way more effective in my life around dropping into the state of love and abundance and creativity and flow. And it's something that I've noticed that as humans, you know, our body craves this. Our body craves this thing, and it's rhythm, rhythm. Our body craves rhythm, rhythm. And our body is attuned with nature, and nature is in a rhythm, and it's in a cycle. Right? And one of the most effective ways that you can create more clarity in your life is find your rhythm, find your cadence. Okay, what, what do. I'm going to expand on this. But rhythm is when you're in, like, a cycle where things is things, things are happening, things are moving, and there's some consistency in what you're doing. Danny, what's going on? Some of the embodiment academy boys on here. Let's go. So what I've noticed with rhythm is when you. This is referring to the body. When the body starts to find some consistency in what you're doing, you're going to start to find some ease and flow in your activities. You'll start to find some depth in what you do. Great example of this is sleeping, meditating, eating. When you wake up in the mornings, if you can find rhythm in all these core areas, the depth, the quality and the depth of those activities goes through the roof. So sleep as an example, Your body wants consistency in these areas. It wants to go to bed around the same time, and it wants you to wake up around the same time. So if you can start to wake up and around the same time every single morning, I can guarantee you it's going to get easier. Your body will drop into a cycle. I don't know if you about you, but sometimes for me on Mondays, I find it difficult to get into like the flow on a Monday, it's usually because over the weekend we've broken our cycle, we've broken our rhythm, maybe we've stayed up a bit later or whatever. But Mondays for me is always like, it's a bit of a. I don't know, I'm not at my best on a Monday come Tuesday and Wednesday because I found some rhythm and consistency with my sleeping and waking up. All of a sudden I'm back into full energy. Okay? So I want you to just notice this, become aware of this in your life and Bishop, welcome, brother. It's funny, the Embodiment Academy guys, I've been talking about self awareness this week and this is, this is a great, I guess, addition to what we've been discussing for the lads on here. But to have a level of self awareness to know, hey, my body likes to wake up at a certain time. For me to wake up at that time, I must go to bed at a certain time. My body likes this amount of sleep each night, right? The other thing is to do is when you wake up, find rhythm and consistency with your routine in the morning. What I've been doing is meditating at the same time at the same place every morning. What has happened when you do that, when I've been doing that is very quickly my mind will drop into a deep state of connection, a deep state of clarity and abundance and love. The more you do it at the same time at the same place, there is a level of familiarity that gets created that allows you to drop in quicker. Okay? The body becomes more efficient at this. Practice the same thing with eating, okay? Eating food at the same time at around the same time of the day each day helps your body and get it getting into the pattern of like processing. Your body want to be in the cycle, digestive cycle. When things are moving through, nothing's getting stuck. When you have rhythm in your life, that happens a lot more effectively. There are some things that I've noticed where it's good to break the rhythm or break the cycle. Exercise, for example. Sometimes I used to love exercising in the morning. Every morning I would get up, smash a hard workout and like that was my way of starting the day. But what happens with that is when your body gets doing the same thing all the time, it can get boring and repetitive and you actually miss out on the ability to grow because you're doing the same thing all the time. So with exercise, I like to change it up. I like to exercise at different times. Some days would be in the morning, some days Would be at lunchtime, some days would be in the afternoon. Find some variety and inconsistencies with the movement of your body. Okay. But there's some things like sleep, meditating and eating. You want to find as much consistency and rhythm as you can in those areas. Okay. So that's something I wanted to share with you as like a deeper level of self awareness that I'm noticing with, with routines, habits, rituals and things like that. If there's anything that I'm sharing that you know, if you have a question around any of these things or there's something, something you want to ask, now's the time you can put a question in the chat and I'll be more than happy to answer it. But as I, as I continue to like, observe energetically what shifts in my life when I make or prioritize more time in certain areas, things, things naturally reflect a shift in your energy naturally. So as you shift your energy internally, there's going to be a reflection, external externally, of whatever you shift internally. So the more you can prioritize the internal, what's going on inside of you, the external will always take care of itself. And it's almost like a paradox to the mind, right? The mind sometimes finds that hard to comprehend because the mind is always looking for what it can measure. The mind's trying to like, cut things up and measure this and measure that. But shifting things internally, having an emotional shift, Alex, what's up, bro? Is not something you can see most of the time. It's something you can feel. So there's an element of faith and trust that's required when you shift something internal to trust that what you're measuring on the external will be reflected by your internal shift. So it takes an element of commitment. I was having a conversation with a friend last night and he was saying that he's feeling stuck in a cycle in his life where he's working really hard but not getting the results that he wants. He's working really hard, but not getting the recognition and credit that he, that he wants in his life. And if I asked him, I asked him, I was like, do you believe in a mirror universe? And he's like, what do you, what do you mean by that? Well, I asked him all the things that he's not happy about at the moment in his life. What do you think that's a reflection of? And if you think about if there's people in your life that are not treating you the way you want to be treated, if there's certain things that are happening to you that you're not happy about? Just ask yourself, what is this a reflection of that's going on inside of me? What's going on inside of me that's causing me to receive this reflection externally? It's a great reminder to give yourself that you are creating everything. You are the creator of everything that's happening to you right now. You are solely responsible for everything that's happening in your life right now. And once you take full responsibility for that, you can go, ah, interesting. I attracted this person into my life because they're trying to mirror something that I haven't fully processed inside of me. What a gift. What a beautiful message that life is trying to give me. And a great for me. I realized this very, very clearly in my life when I kept attracting people who would be. Who would trigger my unworthiness wound like this, the shame wound that I was still carrying around in my body a couple of years ago. I would kept. I kept attracting people who would make me feel inadequate. And I was like, why do I keep attracting these authority figures, like, these figures like my dad, who would, like, tell me off if I was doing things wrong, or, you know, tell me I wasn't. I was doing a bad job. And that was life's way of saying, hey, there's a part of you that still doesn't fully believe in yourself down here. So we're gonna bring you people that are gonna, like, bring that out or trigger the fuck out of you, essentially. Yeah. So it's a gift. If you. If you find yourself attracting those people to authority figures, people who are, like, trying to boss you around, there's probably something down there that life wants you to look at. Yeah. Good question, Alex. How do you explain this to people who have been victims of abuse and sexual assaults? Just like, just. Is there an element of all things just happen? Yeah. I mean, sometimes. Sometimes it's hard. And if you experience an intense level of violence or something that that's really bad, that happens to you. And it's. And it's tough to rewire the meaning that's down there that's attached to that event. I know Tony Robbins talks about this a lot, which is, you know, it's not your fault that things happen to you. Really intense things happen to you. But it is your responsibility to go in there and change what that event or situation means to you. You know, if you experience, like, really intense violence or an assault or something, some traumatic event, that doesn't have to define who you are, you have the choice. You have the ability to choose that, that could be the thing that fuels your purpose. That could be the thing that shapes you into being this unstoppable person because you've been through something that's so intense that no one else can relate to. No one else can even come close to that level of pain. I truly believe, like, the deeper the pain, the heavier, the deeper, the darker the pain, the greater the, like, portal of purpose that comes out the other side of it, you know? Yes. What's up, Yuri? Great to have you on here. Yeah. EPulse1 says people see a lot of potential in me, but I don't see it from their point of view. Yeah, man, that's, that's, that's the thing. If there's a part of you that doesn't fully believe in your own potential, then you're always going to be taking actions from, like, less than what you're capable of. So a lot of your work then becomes, what do you need to give yourself for you to fully believe in yourself? For me, because I struggled with that for a while as well, I didn't fully believe. I didn't have a lot of confidence in myself. Right. You know, it's. Confidence is a big one. People talk about this, especially guys. We, confidence got always. Men, men want to be more confident. And for me, confidence is. Comes from energy. Confident people have lots of energy. Okay. And I would say ask yourself, you know, how much energy do you have in your day? You know, and think about the times when you do have a lot of confidence. You have a lot of, like, you know, passion and energy, and then you just ask yourself, what. What are the things in your life that give you energy? And what are the things in your life that take energy from you? And then you just simply remove the things that extracting energy from you and add the things that are giving you energy, and naturally, as a byproduct, you become more confident. You know what I mean? So, like, if you're working a job that you don't enjoy and it's extracting energy from you, then you're most likely aren't going to be very confident at your job because you don't enjoy it. And this was me when I worked as an accountant. I was so shy and, like, afraid and not like, I didn't really speak up. And I wasn't passionate about my work, and I didn't have any confidence because I didn't. I didn't love what I did. It was taking energy from me. So sometimes it's such an obvious Thing, Right. Like, I'm just gonna read I am Auroras. Being a female that is mistaken for maybe biracial or Hispanic, but being black in my life has really helped me. Ashamed for feelings, feeling helpless. Yeah. Like all of these, all of these perceived difficulties or challenges or traumas that there's always like a seed of potential in there. There's always something on the other side of it that is your fuel. That's your fuel to like become the person you need to be to fulfill on the purpose or your mission that your soul has come here for. Like, I really believe your. Each of our souls has come here for like this mission. It's like this, your soul is on a mission. It's like it's decided to incarnate in this, in this human form that you are, this unique vessel that you are. And your soul as a unique mission that's specific to you. And it's almost like your responsibility to connect with your soul and to find out what is it here to learn. What is it here to learn in this life form? What is, what is its, what is its purpose in this human form? Right. If you are alive right now, you are an advanced soul. Your soul has most likely been through many lifetimes to get to this point right now. And if you're watching this content, very especially, especially if you're watching this content, you are a wise old soul because you are starting to put this information into pieces to understand, okay, there's, there's lessons of evolution that my soul is here to become. Now I can go deeper into that. But that, that was a, you know, that's something that you, when you start to like understand that your soul is on its own timeline and that timeline is not linear, then you realize that you are not here for time. You are here for lessons. Lessons are, lessons are happening in the vertical dimension, right? As humans, our mind operates on the horizontal dimension. You know, like, I'm born and then I die. But no, your soul is not like that. Your soul is constantly coming back in and out and cycling up different dimensions vertically through what it's learning and what it's growing. And you get that through pain. Right? So I'm going, I'm going deep and rambling on some far out topics today. Sorry guys, that's a bit esoteric. Someone says, someone once said that they like the energy I bring out, but that was only once. Not constant, bro. How do you be consistent with your energy then find some consistency with the energy that you're bringing into your life. My favorite quote is From Tony Robbins. One of my favorite quotes from Tony Robbins says, not about what you know, it's not about what you know, it's about what you can consistently do. So what can you consistently do for yourself that's going to give you a level of energy to support you in being the fullest expression your embodied confidence, whatever it might be called. Colleen, welcome. Yes. Heading to bed, New York City. Sleep well, my friend. The anxious yogi. Yes, I'm glad you resonate, my friend. Life of life. Life by gab. Hell yes. Ryan, do you think that getting more sleep would help you radiate more high level of energy throughout the day? Yeah, there's a sweet spot. There's a sweet spot, Ryan, for sleep. I believe once you find your sweet spot, you'll know that, hey, my body operates great off seven to eight hours of sleep or you when you. Because I've noticed if you oversleep, you actually, you lose energy. Oversleeping cost you energy. So don't oversleep, but don't undersleep. Find your sweet spot. Find that, that the middle way. Like Lao Tzu says in the Dao Te Ching, find the middle ground, the balance in everything. Try to dance around it. Sometimes to find the middle way, you have to explore the edges a little bit. Kaz, welcome. Welcome to the live. Good to have you on here, guys. I'll chit chat for a little bit longer. There's any questions you have. You know, this is a space that I'm here to answer some questions. I'm here to offer some support. Otherwise I'll just keep talking 100%. Seven hours. There you go. Coming from Caroline, who's a naturopath and knows her stuff with energetic management. Seven hours for the cells to repair. If you can track your sleep with a oura ring or you know, something that helps you track quality of your sleep. I'm a big believer in quality over quantity of sleep because when you start measuring things like sleep, you can improve it. You can start to notice, oh, okay, when I, when I did this, I slept better. When you can start to like biohack things a little bit, especially in areas like diet and sleep has a big difference. Has a big difference. A lot of my money I invest back into health products. A lot of my money I invest back into supplements, making sure that my energy is taken care of. Right. So when you take care of your body from a physical and an emotional, mental and a spiritual level, you can start to optimize all those areas to allow you to have more energy that's the game we're trying to optimize for energy. Life of gab. I haven't met one, met one conscious guy other than my brother and cousins. Well, welcome to the life gap. There is more conscious men on here, trust me. I have a group of 15amazing conscious men who are doing, doing this work. So trust me, the men are out here. How to manifest a conscious relationship. Oh, that's the million dollar question, isn't it? If you can answer that question, you can charge a million dollars. Conscious relationship. It really depends. Are you having a conscious relationship with yourself? Are you engaged in a conscious relationship with yourself? The answer to that question really defines if you are ready to attract a conscious partner. A pulse one. Do you believe if someone wakes up between midnight and 4am that it could be be a spiritual awakening? Maybe. I don't know the answer to that, bro. Potentially, depending on where you're at in your evolution, it could be an awakening. Could be just you ate too much sugar before bed. One of the two. But regardless, sleep is important. You got to sleep well, okay? You got to prioritize good quality sleep. You got to make sure that your, your body is recharging. You can do that through supplementation. You can do that through eating the right foods. You can do that just by making sure you stay off technology before bed. Last night I had a coaching call with a friend and I got so fucking excited. Like, man, I love the thing that brings me the most joy and fulfillment in life is like helping someone you really care about, like helping a client or a friend really have a breakthrough and seeing their life change. And then that, that is like, as a coach, that's, that's the reason why we do what we do. It really lights me up. And I did this call last night at like 9:30 and I couldn't, I couldn't sleep. I couldn't sleep after the call. So I was up later than I, than I planned. And it's, it's one of those things like you do have to be selective if you want to get a good night's sleep. Make sure that you're not doing anything too mentally stimulating too late, too late in the evening. Otherwise getting to sleep is gonna be hard at Manny, what's going on, bro? I've learned that relationships are a reflection of myself and standards. Would love to hear more above your insight. Currently love being single as I worked on unconditional love in the last few months and currently don't care if I'm in a relationship or not. Beautiful, bro. What A beautiful place to be. Yeah. Once you hit that, hit that place, just live your life. You don't need to worry about, oh, am I gonna meet someone? Or, you know, when's. When's the time gonna be right? Notice how, like, the minute you're in your head, the mind is worrying about how and when. The minute you're in your heart, in your body, you're just worried about, like, what. Who do I want to be? Who and what the head is. Like, how and when the body's like, who and what? Who do I want to be today? What do I want to do today? And if you're in a state of unconditional love with yourself, you can just have trust that when the time is right, people will show up in your life. And I think if you. If everyone makes that their number one priority, what do you need to do today so that you have unconditional love for yourself? Or if you ask the question, if I had unconditional love for myself today, what would I do? What would I do? Straight up. I sat in meditation for about 45 minutes this morning. I did about three rounds of breath work. That was what felt good to me this morning. I don't do that every day. I don't do breath work every day, but today it felt good, so I did that. Fuck yes. Bishop. Bishop. Got you on here, bro. So good. So good. The boys, the fellas, the men who are doing the work. Big shout out to the men doing the work. Big time. Respect for you guys. Like we, the men out here doing the work, it's like when you realize you're not alone. And having men together, to me, is. Has become my purpose recently. Bringing the men who are ready to do this work together. And I've got Greg on here as well. Fuck. Another legend. Let's say Greg would love to hear your thoughts on taking the leap of faith to choose your authenticity over your patterns. Wow. What a great question. The leap of faith of choosing authenticity over your patterns. It's interesting. I had a coaching call with a friend last night. Sometimes I will coach my friends, right? Like, people that are really special to me. I will put time aside and give them some coaching because I really want to help them, because I care about them. And there's one friend in particular was stuck in. Pat was stuck in patterns of overworking, stuck in patterns of people pleasing, stuck in patterns of not putting himself first. And this is. This is touching on your question, Greg, which is authenticity is doing what you want to do. What's your truth and Acting on your truth. Truth and living that. And there's an element of fear in that, right? Because when you choose to act in your truth, you're going against what is familiar for you. And if what is familiar is an old pattern that's disconnecting you from your truth, if it, if, if the familiar is a pattern that is toxic or not serving you, it's going to be scary as fuck to break out of that. And that's what the leap of faith is that Greg is referring to. The leap of faith is to say, hey, I'm not going to go down this path path anymore. I'm going to go this way. I've never gone this way before. I'm walking a new path. But I'm going to go this way because I've got faith and trust that God consciousness, my higher power will take care of me when I follow my authenticity. So to answer that question, Greg, there must be, there must be faith. You must have faith in something greater than yourself. A higher power that's going to take care of you, that's going to guide you, that's going to like, catch you if you fall. Okay? Once you have faith, and the way to get faith is you've got to practice it. You've got to actually strengthen your faith muscle. Strengthen your faith muscle. Practice faith. Like, faith is like doing bicep curls. Every day you sit in meditation, you commune with God. That's like biceping, bicep curling. Your faith muscle. When it gets strong enough and you've got enough faith, you'll fucking, you'll leap off the edge of anything because you got faith and trust that, hey, look, God has got me. I'm following what's in my highest good. And I'm gonna follow that because I know God is gonna take care of me. And through taking action, you just get, you get feedback loops. Feedback loops. Oh, God's got me. God's got me. Yep. Fuck, I think I go this way. Don't know what I'm gonna do. But God took care of me or the universe took care of me. And then you realize that, hey, like, the more you take action, the more stronger that belief. The fact that if you follow what's in your heart, you'll always be taken care of. Like Gabrielle Bernstein says, universe has got your back. People over profits. Danny. Yes. How to who? And then how becomes evident. Appreciate. Yeah, yeah, Danny, man, I just like. So good to see the embodiment academy boys on here. I was trying to figure out lads how to, how to do live on the Telegram group, but I don't think you can go live on Telegram group. So yeah, this is the next best thing. I might have to just advertise to you guys when I'm going live. Some epic people on here, people that I, that I really love and care about. Guys, a few more questions. If there's any more questions that you want me to just answer before I, before I take off for the morning, I'm feeling like I just got off a three hour masterclass with Seth Godin. Seth Godin did like an exclusive masterclass with a genius. You mastermind that I'm in. Seth Godin's like a master at marketing. He's like the man when it comes to all things marketing. And yeah, he's just a goat, like straight out the goat. So it was really great to have some intimate time with Seth Godin. So I've come off the back of that. I'm feeling quite energized and feeling in flow in flow this morning. Any other questions? Otherwise I'm gonna wrap it. But I would say the one other theme that I'm noticing this week is, and I made a video or a story about it yesterday, which is honor the downshift in energy that you have in the afternoon. Naturally, in the afternoon there is a downshift in your energetic cycle. We all have it in the afternoon. We go from, we go from yang energy to yin energy. And just notice like around 3 o' clock, you have a slight dip in energy. Most people who are disconnected from their body will go against that, that downshift. And they will judge themselves or start to feel unproductive in the afternoon because they have less energy. And notice how the mind, especially as a high achiever or any overachieving mind, will judge themselves based on nervous system stimulation. So if your nervous system is activated and you have lots of energy, the mind will go, oh, I'm productive, I'm feeling productive. And then when you don't have a lot of energy, you are, fuck, I'm not doing enough. I'm feeling tired. I'm being unproductive. When in reality your body's just going through a natural shift in energy throughout the day. So if you can practice honoring that in your afternoons and actually nurture yourself at around 3 o' clock by having a nap or walking or taking it easy without having that cup of coffee, or without straining yourself at the gym, you can actually replenish and rejuvenate in a much more efficient and effective way. So for me, three o' clock meditation is so powerful. It's like for me, like drops me straight in and it gives me an amazing reboot and recharge for the rest of the afternoon. Cool. Guys, I'm gonna, I'm gonna start to wrap it there. Richard, great to have you on here, man. I'll do more lives like this and answer any more questions that you guys may have. But for now, have an amazing day or evening wherever you are in the world. I love you. I appreciate you being on here and, and I appreciate you just engaging with this content. I've got a bunch of podcasts coming out this week, actually some amazing podcasts. So stay tuned later this week maybe around. I think the next one will be coming out Friday. Great podcast. I can't wait to share them with you guys. You're gonna love it. And yeah, I'll talk to you soon. Much love. Peace. Have a good day.
