And I wanna tell you a little bit about these three books, because audiobooks completely transformed my life. The minute I started using Audible and I was consuming books and information while I was driving my car, catching the bus and train to work, when I used to work as an accountant, it really started to unlock things within me. So here are my three favorite. Number one is Letting Go by David Hawkins. Powerful book. I've listened to it many times and it's a book I always recommend to my clients. Number two is Green Light by Matthew McConaughey. This was by far one of my favorite audiobooks. It's read by the author and Matthew McConaughey is just a legend and it was some of the best storytelling I've ever heard. Third one is Will Smith. Will's book was, again, amazing storytelling and it was just so damn entertaining and full of wisdom. Now, if you are not using Audible already and you want to get a hold of one of these books for free, I've got a special trial for you. Now, enjoy today's solo episode. Hello. What's going on, my friend? I'm back on here live to talk about a topic that I've spoken about before, a few times, actually. Today's topic is death. We're talking about lessons in death. Lessons in life and death, actually, for those who don't know, you know, I shared on my story yesterday. What's up, guys? Welcome. Great to have you on here. Some beautiful people joining the live shared on my story yesterday that someone really, really important to me passed away. Passed away, you know, relatively suddenly. And, you know, I wanted to come on here to speak a few words into death. What happens, what the process I go through when someone important to me passes away. And this is. This has happened over the last couple of years. Some very special people in my life have passed on and I have a grieving process. And actually one of the. One of the reasons why my audience grew so big on social media was through a story that I shared about my good friend passing away in a motorbike crash. And that story around the lessons I took from his death went somewhat viral on TikTok. And there's a big reason why people follow me right now. So it's. It was confirmation to me that it's important to share the lessons that come out of someone's transition out of this. This life form. And I'm doing this today because another really special person to me, his name was Bob Berman. He lived in Canada. He passed away a couple of days ago. His funeral was last night. And I was watching his funeral, the live stream, and it was. It was hitting me in the heart, you know, and the funerals tend to. Tend to really allow you to reflect on how much someone means to you. And I'll just quickly share with you, you know, why Bob was so important to me in my life when I. When I left my corporate job in 2017. So I used to be an accountant. What's up, guys? Thanks for joining me on here and thanks for listening. So when I left my corporate job in 2017 to fly out to Canada, I had no idea what I was going to do for work. You know, I had this passion for health and wellness. I had this passion for wanting to help people and I was looking for jobs. I was in Canada. I was there for about two months. I hadn't found a job yet. And I was like, I want to find work that resonates with me. I want to work around people who share similar passions to me. And searching, searching, searching, couldn't find jobs. And then one day, this company popped up. It was. It was called Soul7. And I applied for this job. And I went in there and met with the founder. And Bob Bowman was the founder, the guy who passed away recently. And instantly I had a connection with his man. You know, Bob has such an open heart and was so kind and so generous and so loving that instantly I was like, I knew I gotta, I gotta work with you. And I ended up working with Bob for over a year. And essentially what we used to do was we would go out, because I was a young 24 year old at the time, on social media, and Bob was, was in his 50s and quite new to social media. I was like, Bob, we need to get on social media. We need to start doing Instagram lives and Facebook lives. So we would go out and I sit at the park with him with the selfie stick and we would go on lives together and talk about life and talk about lessons in healing and alternative medicine and all kinds of conversations. So Bob passed on a lot of his wisdom to me. And a lot of people ask me that, like, you know, how did you get so wise at such a young age? And that is the reason being around a lot of other wise people, mentors, having guidance in my life, is what has supported me so much in extracting information and wisdom. And Bob was someone who passed so much on to me. I'm forever grateful for that. And when someone passes away in your life and it's going to happen, it's inevitably going to happen. And I share this with you to maybe help you prepare for when that day does happen. But what I like to do is spend time reflecting on what death means. When death shows up in your life, that's happening for a reason. It's time for you to stop and reflect and think about that. Think about your own immortality. Think about what it means to you to transition from this life form into the next and questioning yourself. Because it doesn't have to be a morbid thing. It can be very spiritual, can be very, very liberating to think about. I'm only here for a temporary period of time. You're only on this planet. You are in this physical incarnation for a short period of time. What do you want to make it mean? Right? What do you want your life to mean if you don't think about death? What's going on? What's going on? Guys, welcome. Thank you for joining me. If you don't think about death and your immortality in this life, you will forget the sacredness, the sacredness of your existence, the specialness that you are here right now. And what I reflected on in Bob's life. My mentor who passed away a couple of days ago. For those who are just joining, he brought so much sacredness and meaning to everything that he did right? And sometimes we can forget that. If you're on this call, on this live with me right now, if you, if you're young, like, if you're under the age of 30, it's quite easy to forget that because you think you've got so much time, you know, another day, another week, another month. And it's almost like as you get older, you start to realize time is more precious, time is more scarce. There's. You're running out of time on this, on this special planet, right in this existence. So the reminder that comes up when, when death shows up in your life, the reminder is cherish every moment and think about what do you want to make this moment mean to you? Right? Because there's. There's really two. Two ways you can go about living your life. You can be in a victim mode, which is like complaining, blaming, feeling, resistance, or you can slip into creative mode, which is appreciation, you know, acceptance, love, gratitude. And if you can work on the ladder, try to be a creator every single day. Then when the time comes for you to transition on, to pass, which you never know when it is, you can rest assured that you let. You made your life matter. So I love thinking about that. I like to think about, you know, this. Did I matter today? You know, did I live from a place of love? Did I. Did I give my best and my all today? Because for me, one of my biggest fears in life, which is why I quit my accounting job, one of my biggest fears was. Was wasting my potential. Anyone else resonate with that? That fear? Does anyone else have that fear as well? Getting to the end of your life and going, fuck, I had more in me. I could have given more. You know, I think I didn't fully show up as my fullest self. And the more you can remind yourself of that fear, you know, allergy. I'll answer your question in a second. The more you can remind yourself of that fear, the more it fuels you into showing up fully 100% every single fucking day. Because you don't know. You don't know my, you know, my friend Nathan, who was on a similar path to me, it was same age as me, had a motorbike crash randomly all of a sudden, and now he's no longer here and it's a reminder to again. How do you want to show up in your life every single day? Because you don't know when your time is up and it's a good thing to reflect on that. It's a good thing to reflect on that. Okay, I'm not saying this to be morbid and depressing. It's good to reflect on death sometimes. I reflect on the fact that my parents are getting old. My parents. My parents aren't going to be here, you know, as long as I would like to think it's just a reality. It's a fact. As you get older, when you reflect on that, you cherish time with the people that you love more. Yeah. I even reflect on the fact about my partner, like my girlfriend. What if she was to die one day? You know? What if she was to die all of a sudden, you know? And when you think about that, you go, wow, fuck, I'm. I'm so grateful for her existence. I'm so grateful for the existence of the people that I love. Because when you think about that, then they may not be here one day. It brings you back into that state of cherish every fucking moment. Yeah. And I want to pass on that reminder to you to celebrate every moment. Thanks. Thanks, guys for the comments. I appreciate that. And yeah, I just guess I wanted to pass that reminder on today to whoever needs to hear it. Whoever. Whoever needs to just be reminded that, you know, it's a gift. We are. We are blessed to be alive right now. And when your time is up, that's a blessing as well. It's a blessing as well that you get to celebrate. To celebrate. So that's the main thing I wanted to share with you guys. And, you know, the book that I always pass on to people who are working through loss and working through grieving processes right now is Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian Weiss. That's a great book on, you know, the. The transitions of the soul and what it means as a soul transitions out of this life form. You know, once you start to once. Once death pulls you in a direction of wanting to understand the purpose of incarnation, the purpose of a soul coming into this human experience, it allows you to trust. Trust that way where your loved one is going is a beautiful place. Is a beautiful place. And your souls come here for lessons, right? When a soul gets the lessons that it needed, you know, it's needed somewhere else, you know, it's ready to move on. That's awesome, Alex. That's awesome, bro. And. Yeah, exactly right? You know, for people tuning into this content, you know, you guys are on this path as well. You guys are tuning in to the essence, the Sacred essence of life. The sacred essence of the fact that you are here breathing right now. Your soul has been through many other lifetimes to get to this point where it has this opportunity and it's time for us to really step up and take. Take that gift and decide what do you want to do with this gift of life that you have? What do you want to do with it? And, well, I think the meaning of life, the meaning of life is to come down soul. The soul is meaning of life is to come down, to receive lessons, to reach its highest level of expression and expansion in this physical form. Okay. And you don't know what that is? You know, I don't know what my highest level of expression expansion is on this physical form, but I know once I get there, my soul will be ready to transition without holding on to any unlearned lessons or without holding on to any karma that I need to relive in next lives. Right. So I really, truly believe that our souls are here to evolve. To evolve. How do you evolve? You know the answer to that question, right? You follow the things that you're afraid of. You listen to that calling that's on your heart. And even though your mind's like, don't go there, it's scary, you got to listen to that direction that life is pulling you. That's how you evolve. If you ignore the direction, if you ignore the pull, you stay stuck in a cycle, in a loop. And what happens is that's where you see a lot of lost souls in society right now. A lot of people who are dead on the inside who've lost the connection with consciousness. They're going to relive out that pattern again in another lifetime until they learn the lesson of like, hey, I need to follow this feeling of expansion. Yeah, I know this might be a bit esoteric for you guys. If this is making sense, drop a comment in the chat. No, I'm not rambling too much. Yeah. Beautiful, Alex. What a beautiful perspective, bro. Great stuff. Thank you for sharing that. Thank you for sharing that. And yeah, like, in essence, in essence, the deeper you can come into harmony and love for yourself and yourself, the capital S self is life is the infinite nature of life. And you can get there through plant medicine, you can get there through meditation, you can get there through spending as much time in nature as you can. And what you'll realize is life doesn't. Doesn't end. There's. It's just constantly new beginnings, beginning and ending, a sort of the same thing from a larger capital S. Self perspective, right? You're always being reborn. You're always dying this moment. We're always dying to every single moment. Right now, there's a mini death that's happening all around us. Always. There's many death happening right now. We're dying to the present moment continuously. And the more you can practice surrendering into the many deaths that are happening in your life continuously, when the larger deaths show up, you can accept it easier. Easier doesn't mean you don't cry, you don't feel sadness, you don't feel grief. It just means you can surrender into that more effortlessly. You get me. So to practice preparing for larger deaths, surrender into the many deaths that are happening in your life. For example, a mini death might be you move house. That's a death of a chapter in your life. You leave a job. That's a death of a chapter. You finish a relationship. The end of a chapter. The. These are all mini deaths, right? You turn 30, it's an end of a death of you being in your 20s. They're constantly happening. But can you be okay surrendering into it? Not resist it. Not resist a cycle. Not resist a shift and a change that's happening. Same thing when a loved one dies. It's an. It's the end of a chapter. It's a. It's a cycle that has come to an end. That person's existence has come to an end. It's not wrong. It can be easy. Sometimes when it happens all of a sudden, the question why that's unfair. That shouldn't be happening. Who are you to decide what should and shouldn't be happening? There's a much larger intelligence that's at play that's dictating what happens in our lives. And if you surrender your faith to that, life becomes easier. Right? Life becomes easier. Trust me. Trust me. Guys, if you've got any questions that you want me to answer, just quickly while I'm on here before I, before I jump off. I'm more than happy to. Otherwise. Yeah, just wanted to. Wanted to share some perspective on death as this, you know, losing my, my mentor, one of my big mentors in my life, Bob Berman, passing on and his, his words, his, his wisdom still lives on in my heart. So I'll continue to pass that on to all these beautiful people that tune into my content. But yeah, if there's no questions and I'll, I'll start to wrap it up and get back into my Friday. But thank you, thank you so much for, for tuning in, guys, and appreciate you listening to this. And yeah, I guess the main theme. The main theme from this is cherish. Cherish your existence. Celebrate your existence. Decide what you wanted to make it mean. What is the impact that you want to have on this world while you're here? Because when your funeral rolls around one day, there's going to be people standing up there talking about you. And you got to think about, what do you want them to say about you? What do you want them to say about you at your funeral? What does your life mean? What impact will you have on the people that matter? Yeah. Beautiful. Beautiful. Alex, thanks for your contribution, bro. T Deuce. Yeah. Awesome, brother. Thanks for being here. Thanks, guys. Andy. Hi. From the usa. Thank you, guys. I'm gonna wrap it here, right? And yeah, if you want to re watch this or re listen to it, it will be on my feed and just drop me a comment. If there's anything else you. You want me to or DM me if there's anything clarification that you need more sense around, just DM me. I got you. Much love. I'll talk to you soon. Peace.
