Hey, what's going on, my friend? It's Jordan Kanlish here. Thank you so much for joining me on the podcast. Really looking forward to sharing today's episode with you. Today I'm going to be sharing a solo episode. Now, these solo episodes will consist of either an Instagram Live that I've created or a separate video that I pulled from somewhere else that I really wanted to share on the podcast so you could have the audio experience. Now, whenever I do these solo episodes, particularly the Instagram Lives, they're really just a stream of consciousness. I try not to plan them too much. I just allow whatever needs to come through me in that moment to come through. And usually the content is just what is needed for the person on the other side. And I trust that if you're here about to receive this, there's something here for you. So I'm really looking forward to sharing it with you. My one request is if you did get some value from this solo episode, please ensure that you subscribe if you haven't already so that I can keep you posted when more of these come out and share it with a friend as well if you got something useful from from this information. So again, I appreciate you so much. Thank you for being here. Thank you for taking in this this knowledge. It says so much about you to be on this journey and I really hope you get something from today's episode. So enjoy going on, my friend.
Great to be here with you. Felt like jumping on and doing a live convo today. I'm here in Japan right now in a town called Saku and it's about two hours out of Tokyo. It's been a really lovely time to just be on my own. I've been in Japan for three weeks currently. It's my first time to Japan. I'm having a blast, loving the Japanese people, loving the food out here, loving the culture. And I love spending time on my own. Spending time on my own, like solo traveling is some of the most nourishing time for me. So it's been great to embark on a little adventure. Thanks for joining me guys. What's going on? Hope you're having a great day. Evening, morning, wherever you are. It's 1:30pm for me and I'm actually looking at an active volcano right now. It's so amazing, like mountains everywhere. I can see the Japanese Alps in the background. Wanted to come on and just share some thoughts, have a little dialogue with you guys around authentic living. And I in know for the last couple of months I've been Traveling. I've been traveling a lot the last couple of years, to be honest, but the last couple of months, specifically, I've been in America, I've been in Europe, been in Canada. Now I'm in Japan. And it's just been, you know, an adventure of just following where my heart wants to take me and what's going on. 11:32pm wow. Wherever you are, Optimistic West 11. The path of authentic living is really about learning how to tune into your own unique voice and shutting out the noise a lot of the time. And I want. I want to speak about that because I see how easy it is to compare, like, to compare our life with someone else's or to see what other people are doing. And, you know, I'm aware that, like, I make content. And sometimes someone may compare their life to mine and be like, oh, fuck, like, maybe I should be traveling or maybe I should be a coach. But a lot of this work, in my opinion, a lot of our journey of being a soul here, having a human experience, is to take in information, take in knowledge, but don't take all of it as gospel. You know, like, take. Learn things for sure, like, read books, listen to the podcast, but apply what resonates, toss out the rest. You know, chew on the meat, spit out. Spit out the bones, and put things to the test in terms of the life that you want to live. Like, we all really get to decide how we want to show up in this world, what kind of life we want to experience. And I really believe that we all come here for a unique reason, a unique impact that we're here to have, that we're meant to have. And it's our job to discover what that impact is. But it can be so easy to compare, like, how other people are showing up in the world and think that that's how we need to be as well, whether that's in business or in a relationship or even just in a lifestyle, you know, Like, I meet a lot of people that don't want to travel as much as I do, and that's fine, you know, Like, I just personally love to travel. And one of the ways I want to experience my time on Earth is to explore, to go on adventures, to, you know, leave no stone unturned. And that is the path that I'll follow until it's not. And there is many people that would say that's probably not a smart thing to do if you're trying to scale a business. But I say fuck that, you know, like, why can't you have Both. So I feel what I'm trying to put across is try to break the rules a little bit. You know, I had this thing recently where I was, like, listening to a lot of hormozy content, and I really. Trying to scale the business and learn what is required to do that. And I have this thing where I love to meditate. I love to just be. I love to be in nature. I love to do nothing. But I also love to work hard. I also love to grow a business. I also love to train hard and do all the things I was like, man, is it still possible to scale a business while, like, meditating a couple of hours a day and drinking tea and, you know, doing nothing? Can I still do that? Because I listen to these business experts, and they're all, like, working 12 hours a day, and they love it. And if I started to compare my journey with their journey, all of a sudden I would think that I don't have time to meditate and travel and do all these things. But I. That's what I value, and that's a priority for me. So it would go against my. My inner compass. So, yeah, that's it. Fleetwood Mac. Make your own rules and find your path 100%. And a lot of us don't actually take the time to step back and figure out, what are my rules? Yeah, Pending Jev Dev. Yeah, exactly. What are your rules for life? You get to create them. We literally get to decide, like, what are the rules for my own existence. And just because someone else is trying to project their rules onto me doesn't mean I have to change how I want to live. You get what I mean? So, like, learn from other people for sure, but be very, like, cautious of who you take advice from. Or even if someone isn't giving you advice and they're just sharing their perspective or their way of living, it doesn't have to be yours. It's neither right or wrong. Nothing is the gospel. So my invitation is like, what is it that you want to do on this, in this life? Because I always like to remind myself that we have such a short amount of time here on planet Earth. You know, like, I turned 30 in a few months. And, like, when I reflect on a new decade, it's like, wow, what do I want to do in this decade? You know, what do I want to experience? You know, what do I want to express what I want to create that would allow me to feel complete? You know, if this was my last year, you know, what would I need to do to feel complete? And if we don't think about that enough, sometimes we get caught in the mundane routine of life and not actually pursue and go after the things that really fucking matter to us. So, you know, I love to make content and express and be authentic, but I also acknowledge that sometimes it's hard. It's hard to be authentic, you know, because of all the noise that's out there. And my greatest wish for you is tune that out. Like, really tune in, tune out the noise and tune into, like, what is the authentic expression in your soul? I know that can sound trite sometimes because we hear it a lot, but it's so fucking important, man. It's important because there's something unique on there, on your. Your heart that's trying to come out that. That is really, really valuable, really valuable to this world. McDonald would like to develop a greater sense of purpose. I'll answer some questions in a second. I'm gonna keep riffing for a little bit because it's been a little while since, you know, I've been on the Instagram live, and I've got some things to share. So I'll answer some questions after I finish this. This dialogue or this, this. This channeling, whatever you want to call it. You know, I just felt like maybe some of you needed to hear that. Like, we just need to step back and like, Soul Kindle said, like, why, you know, like, why. Why are we doing what we do at these? Are these my goals or these someone else's goals? Is this my path? Was this someone else's path? And how do you find your path in life? For a long time, I followed, like, someone else's path. The path of, like, yeah, go to school, go to university, get a degree, get a good job, work really hard at this job that makes you money so that you can buy a house and then have a family. And, like, I followed that part and I became an accountant, and I worked as an accountant for a while. And, you know, that. That. That path just didn't feel authentic at all. And when you. When you're following on inauthentic path, you have this, like, sense of dissatisfaction that you've got more to give, there's more potential within you that's trying to be expressed. And when you're not on the path of expressing it, you start to feel like something is off. You can't quite put your finger on it. And if you ignore that feeling for long enough and you start to suppress it by binging social media, drinking alcohol, vaping, like, hanging out people you shouldn't be hanging out with. This feeling just gets shoved in the background. And eventually you cut yourself off from having spiritual guidance. You cut yourself off from having the access to something that's beyond the mind. You. You know, and you lose touch of that mystical part of this human experience. The mystical part starts to emerge and support you in your expression when you find. Follow what is on your heart when you just relentlessly pursue. This is what I'm here to express and be. And you may not know it immediately. Like, I don't think anyone fully discovers it, but we just keep following what the next thing is. So I don't want you. And I think about this sometimes as well as, like, what is that thing? Like, what is that thing I just need to focus on that's going to make me unique and special. But what if that thing is just something very small and simple that I just want to do in this next moment? And maybe it's just I want to sit and drink tea. And that's the thing that calls to my heart the most right now. And if you just follow that, you get another breadcrumb or another aspect of clarity to take you to that next phase. It doesn't have to be this complicated pursuit. The pursuit is a moment to moment unfolding or expression of like, what would make this experience right now fully authentic to me. G. Good to have you on here, brother Big love King. So it's, you know, these lives are always a reminder for me and you that, like, life is very simple. It's very simple. We don't want to complicate this journey that we're on, but we want to live a life that's authentic. And I believe we all have an authentic path. But the challenge with this world that we're in is we're all trying to follow someone else's dream or emulate someone else's path. I experience it too. That's why I. I really try to have large moments of space in my life where I can just listen to, like, what is this authentic soul trying to express in this human experience? You know? And space can be whatever. Whatever it is for you, like, whatever your space is. Like, I love to be in nature and drink tea and meditate and do qigong and have. Have time on my own. You know, if you're someone like me and you value time on your own, then fucking create time on your own. You know, don't let anyone else get in the way of having that. Set boundaries around that. You know, ultimately it comes down to finding the thing that brings you the most joy. And for a lot of people, that is business. For a lot of people, that is specific creative projects. Sometimes it is doing nothing and sometimes it will depend on the season that you're in. But I feel like no matter what, if we just keep following, the thing that brings us the most joy will always attract the things that we need to unlock a deeper understanding of what it is that we've been put on this earth to do, to be and to impact. So, you know, as I kind of, this is my first kind of live of 2024. So you can see it, you can tell I've got a lot of insights and wisdom backed up that's been trying to come out. So thanks, thanks for being here. Some, some really epic individuals on this, on this live. I can see it. So I feel like that's something we should all move in the direction of. Like, what is my unique signature and what, what is it that it's trying to be expressed? How do I support the unfolding or the unlocking of more of that freedom of my expression? You know, you can feel it. You can feel it when it's coming through just really clear. And then the question is, how do you create clearness or clarity? How do you create it? That's what I said before. Space. Space creates clarity. So what I and what I would the beauty of this because, you know, I've been in a relationship for a long time now and I've spent more time away from my partner, my girlfriend in these last two months and I have with her. And what that has enabled is like deeper levels of love for myself that I can then bring into the relationship. So it's a path that when you're walking a path of authentic living, you're going to get pulled in different directions from perhaps the thing, the people that you love and you have to honor that. You've got to honor those that calling. Yeah, I see a lot of men that will play it safe in their life and just stay in their zone and have their routine and just be around the same girl and never actually go off and venture and explore and go off to do big things. And, and those men that they're good men, but they don't fully actualize what it is they've been put on this planet to do. I speak to a lot of men. Like I have a lot of calls with. I coach a lot of people. I have coached a lot of people. I'm always in dialogue with different people who are coming through and inquiring and the Thing that I hear the most that is not explicitly said, or I know it's underneath the surface for a lot of men and women is this. This yearning to actualize potential, this yearning to actualize, like, your fullest capabilities. And that is a great question to keep asking yourself, like, what is. What is it that I'm capable of? You know? And if you're not on the path to pursuing that, then it's time to get on that path, because time is of the essence. Time is sacred. Do not waste the time doing the shit that you don't want to do with the people that you don't want to be around. And yes, there will be stuff that you have to do that you probably don't enjoy in the early phases of building this. This larger vision or mission that you're here to complete. But as long as you know you're moving in the direction of crafting a life where you get to design a day that is based on your terms. I remember, like, going to work, like, doing tax returns for a living and not enjoying it. Hated. I hated it. I was like, this is not what I've been put on this planet to do. And I remember deciding, like, I'll do whatever it takes so that I get to the point. To the point where I can design a day based on my terms. And it's a good place to start. It's a good place to start. Design a day. Like, what is your dream day journal about it? How do you want to wake up 10 years from today? How do you want to wake up and live your life? Like, do you want to be on a beach? Do you want to do some yoga in the morning? Do you want to take some calls? Do you want to work on a creative project? Like, define it. Got to define these things, guys. Otherwise, how do we move in the direction of it? Or how do we start to plant the seeds of potential to attract this life into it, into our. Into our reality if we haven't defined it, the next aspect, like, you guys know the creative aspect is an energetic aspect, right? So once you're able to define the external reality that you want, then define the internal reality. Define. Thanks, Soul Kindle. I'm glad it's resonating. I hope it's resonating, guys. Like, for those who are listening on the pod, I upload these lives to my podcast as well. So you've ever want to go back and. And listen to them. State Shifters podcast. Thanks, Fleetwood Mac and cheese. Good to see you on here, bro. Defining the internal reality. Is the energetics of, like, what do you want to feel on a day to day basis? This was the thing that, that changed so much for me. Like, when this clicked, everything, everything shifted in terms of how I showed up, because I made my internal more important than the external. Do you guys get where I'm going with that? So if you, if you make your inner world more important than your external world, then by nature of how you're showing up, all of a sudden you are the creator of your own reality. Because you're now deciding that nothing outside of me is, is going to dictate how I feel, or I'm going to create my internal environment, or I'm going to create the external environment internally first. And then by law of quantum physics, your external environment is bound to catch up. So, you know, the work of Dr. Joe Spencer has been very influential on me in that regard. But ultimately, if you just decide that, like, hey, I want to feel connected, free love, you know, creative, expansive enthusiasm, if I want to feel all of these feelings, like, what does that resonance feel like in my body? What does that frequency feel like in your body? And then the game becomes, how sensitive can you become to that? Yes. Brain and heart coherence. Yes. Ashley. Yes, Cece, I'm glad, glad you're receiving.
What you need to hear.
Energetic sensitivity is a big part of, like, a priority for me because I know the more sensitive I can be to this energetic signature of my future, the less I have to worry about it happening. It's already fucking happened in terms of, like, the feeling of fulfillment and gratitude and abundance and joy. We don't need time to access those feelings. Right? You guys get that? We don't need time to, to unlock them. We just need space. In the space, you can go deeper right into those dimensions. You know, if time is that horizontal dimension, then the space is what you allows you to go into the vertical dimensions of the different levels of consciousness or the levels of energy that are available all the time. And then we tune ourselves like a radio dial. We just, like, tune it to a different frequency of like, oh, this is what the frequency of abundance feels like. And now what do I get to think while resonating at that frequency? And then that's when we start to get access to all kinds of creative potentials that start to move through us. Because now we're receptive. Now we're the open channel for something, something grander to express itself through us. But that's all the inner internal work, right? The internal, you know, dialing in the sensitivity in the space. All right, felt good to get that off my chest. Thanks J J Murph. Glad the contents resonating. Gonna get back on and start creating some more content soon. I haven't been posting too much. I've been here in Japan currently, you know, finalizing or optimizing the next round of the path, which is the men's program that I facilitate. We've got an amazing group of guys coming together for this next round. We go on a four month journey where we really dial in every area of our lives. And if you're a man listening to this and you want to get more information on that, just DM me the path. But it's where a lot of my focus goes. I'm trying to really improve the quality of this program and make it something that really transforms someone's life when they come through. But I'm happy to answer some questions if you guys have questions or if there's anything that you want me to speak to just while I've still got some time here. Then feel free to drop it in the comment section there and I'll get to it. But has anyone been to Japan before? It's fucking awesome. Food quality is great. It's very reasonably priced out here. People are amazing. You know, I was reflecting last night about like what, what are some words to describe Japan? I thought about efficient people are kind, quality, clean, very clean. I appreciate cleanliness. Everything is super clean. You know, they have these bathrooms, the toilets out here. There's this thing that will clean your asshole on every toilet, even public toilets. Fucking amazing guys. If you have any questions, shoot them in the, in the comments section. Otherwise we'll start to round this round this thing out. You can go back and re listen to these lives on the, on the podcast. They haven't subscribed to the podcast yet. State shifters, state shifters on itunes, Spotify, all the things. Alright, my questions coming through. Okay, we're gonna, we're gonna wrap it, we'll call it there. Thanks. Thanks for tuning in. Really appreciate you being here, receiving my content. It really does mean a lot like it, it says a lot about you actually to be on these kinds of lives or tuning into even content like this. It, it says that you're on a path to trying to express yourself more fully, to remove what's getting in the way, to, you know, really align yourself with something greater. And I have so much respect for other people walking this path, you know, and I just wanted to remind you of your awesomeness and your greatness. So thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Thanks, cece, Katie. Appreciate you. Just justice. How did you start the internal work? This pregnancy has me so drained and I need to reset. Yeah, well, I can't relate to what it's like being pregnant, but I can relate to the internal work. I would say, like whatever it's bringing up. And you just create space so you can be with it, sweetheart, allow it, and embrace whatever test or lesson. I feel like pregnancy would be like the ultimate lesson that, you know, the ultimate test of unlocking or birthing new life, to birth a new perspective or a new way of living in this world. So, you know, be kind to yourself in that, in that mission that you're on, on this process that you're on. Fleetwood, good to see you, man. Thank you. Appreciate you being here. I hope you're well. Thanks, guys. Thanks for tuning in. Hope you have a great day. Hope you have a great weekend. I'll do more lives, promise more podcasts, more content to come. If you're a man and you want to learn more about the Path, hit me up. It's fucking amazing. Got a great group of guys coming through. Big love. We'll talk soon. Peace.
There we have it, my friend. Thank you so much for tuning in to today's episode. One last thing before you take off.
Want to tell you a little bit.
About the path, which is a four month men's program that I facilitate. Enrollments are currently open. And if you're a man listening to this or, you know, a man that.
May feel the call to step into.
A men's program and men's group, then this is the opportunity for him. And if you're tuning into my content, if you're here, you're listening to this.
There'S some sort of resonance through what I'm putting out.
There's something that's calling you to step into this work. And I have decided that I wanted to, you know, create opportunities for men to come together to attract the right.
Kinds of men who are willing to.
Support each other in this journey and what the PATH is. It's a four month men's program where we go into each of the domains, all of the domains of a man's.
Life, his relationships, his finances, his spirituality, his health, his fitness, all the areas to help him achieve full potency. And we do this through a very specific, measurable, tracked program where we have structure and we have accountability and we have guidance. And essentially we meet every week, we.
Come together, we measurably track progress in.
Each of these areas, and we have.
Safe spaces where we can open up around other men to release the things we've been holding onto, to release the.
Blockages that holding us back from being.
True, authentic, grounded warriors in this earth.
And if you're here, you know the.
Urgency, you know the need for this kind of work, especially for us men to. To step into this new level of leadership. So I just wanted to let you know that we're now taking enrollments for the next round. It's something that I really feel that this is my heart and soul's calling to bring this work to fellow men, to fellow brothers like yourself. So if you head over to thepathbrotherhood.com you'll be able to learn more information about the path, what it's about, and how to apply. And if there's something in your soul that's resonating with what I'm sharing, then please follow that. Follow, follow that calling. Because on the other side of it is a whole new realm of possibility, power, and confidence that will just start to emit from you. It will emanate out of you. You deserve it, my friend. You fucking deserve it. Thank you for being here. I appreciate you. And hopefully we'll see you on the inside. Take care.
