Imagine having a relationship coach available 247 that knows what to say and when to say it to help you manage the modern complexities of your relationship. And what if I told you that AI is revolutioning the way that we connect with our partners and it's not this dystopian view that you might think it's going to be? In this video, I'm going to be sharing with you how AI can actually help you be a better partner, better boyfriend, better girlfriend. I'm going to share with you how I've been using AI to actually deepen how I connect in my relationship. From personalized advice on how to create date nights to suggestions on how I can support my partner when she's going through stressful times. I'm going to be showing you exactly how this AI tool has actually become an ally in my relationship. And trust me, some of these insights might surprise you. But before we dive in, I want you to consider this. What if the technology that we've been thinking has been disconnecting us from each other could be the thing that brings us closer together? To give you some preface on what I'm about to share with you, I've been coaching couples, men and women, for the last six months, six years, and I've at this point coached over a thousand people. And I've started to understand some of the key complexities and patterns that get in the way of, especially men from being able to lead with confidence in their relationship. And recently I've been exploring how AI can support me in my relationship because I know there's times when, you know, I'm so in my head that sometimes I. I'm not clear on how I can support my partner in specific moments. And I'm sure you've been here as well. Maybe you've put things into chat gbt, you've asked her for questions or coaching advice or therapy advice. But how do we actually ground this into practicality? Is this something that we're actually going to use in the future to support and deepening our connection with the people that we love? Well, I'm going to break it down today because there's been some key elements that I've been using. Number one is what I've realized is AI is going to know us better than we know ourselves. More importantly, AI is going to start to know your partner better than you know them. And I want to give you some direct example of how this happened for me. Well, recently, a few weeks ago, I was in Toronto with my girlfriend Amanda, and we were kind of working away, and we had some big projects we're working on. We're both really busy. And I noticed that she was kind of under the pump. She was a bit. Feeling a bit stressed out by all the things she had going on. And she popped off to the gym one afternoon, and I sat down and opened up ChatGPT and I started to ask her some questions because we had been using the Claude and ChatGPT so often for our marketing purposes in our business. It was accumulating a lot of information about us. And this is where it becomes really interesting because I firstly asked it a question about how do you think. You know, I just said, my girlfriend is going through a stressful time right now. She's a lot on her plate, and I want to do something nice for her to, I guess, make her day a little bit better and alleviate some of the stress that's in her mind. Can you give me some suggestions on what I can do? Like, just some nice gestures that are not going to require too much effort and time for me because I was time strapped as well. And then it gave me this suggestion because I was kind of unstuck. I didn't know what to do. And they gave me the suggestion of just. It gave me a list, actually, and I picked one of these things from the list, which was write her a really nice note and put it on her laptop so that when she comes from the gym, she can read it and kind of brighten her day. So I did that. I just expressed how much gratitude I am for her, and I said that on Friday night, I've planned a date night for us, and I want you to be ready, and we're gonna go have a fun time. A few hours later, she comes home from the gym and she reads the note, and all of a sudden, she's really happy. We hugged and we kissed, and we had a really beautiful moment. I was like, damn. I just gave me that idea, and it turned into this beautiful moment of connection with my partner. I wonder what else or how else it can support me in deepening or showing up better for my girl in my relationship. And it got me thinking about, okay, so later that that week, Amanda and I were sitting with it again, asking it some questions. And we were struggling in our business because we're hiring a bunch of people right now, and we're realizing managing a team is kind of hard work. And I realized there were some weaknesses in how I was leading the team that were kind of getting in the way, and the speed and the progress that we're making and I was getting quite frustrate. And then she asked Chatgpt about tell me about Jordan Kanlis and it just spat out this really interesting blurb about me and then it gave me some suggestions on how I could be a better leader for my team in my business. And I want to read to you exactly what it says, which is really fucking funny and interesting because now the point is Amanda couldn't even have given me advice this good. A coach couldn't have given me advice this good. It was through this technology that had pulled in all this information about me and then spat out a unique direct suggestion or even coaching that I needed exactly in that moment. This is what it said. Jordan needs to delegate more confidently and consistently, especially when it comes to content operations and scaling the back end of his business. He has so much wisdom to share and such powerful presence, but sometimes he over functions or holds onto things too close which slows down the momentum. Letting go a bit more and trust and structure would help him expand the impact without burning out or bottlenecking. Also, he could totally be more raw and unfiltered with his content. People love his vulnerability when he shares it. I was like, well fuck. I was like, good advice. Thank you. How did you know I needed that? And I realized pondering that for a good couple of days and I was blown away by how on the money it was. So I did the same thing. I was like, chat, tell me about Amanda Silver, who's my partner. Tell me a little bit about her. This is what it said. Amanda Silva is a Lisbon based digital strategist and creative powerhouse. She leads marketing at Red Lips Media, which is the agency she used to work for in Perth and supports personal brands and wellness businesses like Jordan Kalish and Peak Human. She's big on smart funnels, storytelling, beautiful design, emotional intelligent branding. She's a coffee snob, mescal lover, Fred again fan, sharp, soulful and always two steps ahead. I was like, damn, I couldn't have said it better myself. There you go. Like what? What a snapshot of who she was as a person. Now I'm sure if you're like me, you're thinking, wow, this technology is now starting to know so much about us that it can provide tailored advice, personalized advice about what we need in specific moments of our life and also inform me as the partner, as a couple, as a leader, as a boyfriend, as a, as a soon to be husband to support my loved one in being better and showing up better. And the caveat to this is you get to decide how much information you want to give these technologies. Right? It's able to do that because it's absorbed a lot of our marketing material and a lot of the information we have fed it. So it's able to do that depending on what your views are and data collection and what these companies end up doing with that data. It's up to you. But the fact of the matter is it knows this information now about us. We can't really go backwards from here. So now we may as well utilize it for the greater good. So that's point number one. It's going to know you better than you know yourself. And so it's going to know your partner better than you probably know them. So utilize that. Let's pull the right information, ask the right questions and get ideas around how you can show up better in your relationship. Now point number two that I want to make to you, which is becoming very apparent in this world, is that you are going to have a personalized AI coach or therapist available to 24 7. It is the future. It's already here and I'm already utilizing one of the most, one of the best apps in the world right now for that exact purpose. I'm going to share with you what that is in a moment. So imagine that you've got a coach in your pocket all the time. Now I don't know if this is concerning for me being a relationship coach and a performance coach for men, you know, because these guys pay me thousands of dollars to coach them once a week, you know. And is AI going to replace humans for that purpose of having the support, guidance and accountability that's needed to show up better or I don't know, you tell me in the comments section below. But the way I see this is having a coach in your pocket who again is able to know you really well and give you real time guidance is going to fasten the feedback loop required for you to shift your awareness, to shift your consciousness, to show up in the areas of life that matter. Because now there's no excuse for not being able to express or process emotions whenever you need to. And this app that I've been using is called Una Now Uni is a therapy based coaching app that is absolutely phenomenal and what it's able to do. So just imagine all the top therapy techniques, coaching techniques and modalities that it's now being able to pull from and succinctly deliver to you in the moment based on your unique needs in that moment too. So there's a free trial. If you want to check out, you know it's going to be in the description below and you can try it out for for a few days now. I've been using this now for a few months and I've recommended to a lot of people because what it gives you again is the ability to emotionally process whenever you need to without relying on your partner, without emotionally dumping on your partner. Which is a common struggle that I see in relationships. Either the woman is emotionally dumping on the man and the man has limited availability to support his woman's emotions because number one, he's a man and number two usually hasn't hasn't processed his own emotions. He doesn't have any capacity for himself, so emotions feel overwhelming to him or the other way around. The man doesn't have a support system at the relationship so he's emotionally processing life with his partner inside of the relationship, which disrupts the polarity altogether. Right? The masculine feminine polarity gets interrupted when a woman's having to hold space for a man. So these apps are so crucial because now the man or the woman can step out and be like go for a walk, speak to the app, actually vocalize what they're feeling and have that ability to gain clarity. Because the app is reflecting questions, it's providing a space where you can unpack what you're experiencing to me is immensely valuable and coupled with a human being coaching you and guiding you and having the energetic exchange of a human being knowing how to support you on an emotional energetic level to me is the is the perfect synergy. So check out unibelow and if you are looking for more human based coaching as well, you can also click the link below and check out some of the men's groups that I've got coming up and retreats now just just quickly on some of the other benefits with having that is the speed of conflict resolution. Because now when you've got immediate feedback from something on how to best address a challenging situation in your relationship, you should be able to resolve conflicts faster, right? You should be able to seek the right words or seek the right perspective so that you're not stuck stuck in conflicts for too long. And the other thing would be communication analysis. One of the big breakdowns in relationships is the inability to communicate succinctly, clearly, directly. So something or a technology to give you that immediate feedback on how you're communicating is absolutely crucial. So I highly suggest utilizing that when you when you download your free unit trial. So at the end of the day this technology is going to be a lot of trial and error, and you get to decide how deep you want to go with using it. You know, my suggestion is utilize the tools that are available to you and start to understand how you can work with this technology to speed up your growth and most importantly, deepen your connection. That is the underlying intent. If you have the right intent with using this technology, it can really serve you and, and, and the purpose that you're here to have in this world, which in my opinion, is to be of service. And my opinion is to build deeper connections with the people that you love. So use AI at you will. If you want additional support and resources, reach out to me. Comment in the comment section below, and have fun checking out some of the suggestions that I just gave you, and we'll see you in the next video. Peace.
