Welcome to this guided meditation on connecting with the energy of trees. This meditation is made out of my own personal connection and love for trees and nature. Use this meditation while next to a tree or while picturing a tree you have a personal connection with. My name is Joy D. Fanning, and I will be guiding you through today's meditation. To begin, Take a seat or lay down, if possible next to a tree. Get comfortable and close your eyes. Take some deep breaths in through your nose. Filling your chest, holding briefly at the top, and then releasing all the way out through your mouth. Let's connect now with Mother Gaia, the home for us and all the trees on this planet. Just like a tree, imagine roots moving down from you, grounding you in her loving energy.
Picture a tree you have a connection with.
Either currently or in the past. Take yourself to where that tree is or was, touching it and standing under its shade. Hold your attention with your tree and open up your heart and mind to receive its message to you. Hold no expectation of how this message will come or what it will be about. Give gratitude to all of the trees that give us the oxygen we need. Take a deep breath. Exhale loudly as a thank you and a gift to the trees everywhere. Return now to your body. Begin to move around, opening your eyes. Thank you for joining me today in this guided meditation. Use this meditation as often as you like to connect with trees. Love and light to you all. Namaste.
