Welcome to this guided meditation for the Beaver full moon and eclipse. This is a great time to reflect on our relationships with others and ourselves. My name is Joy D. Fanning, and I will be guiding you through today's meditation. To begin, take a seat or lay down, move around and get comfortable, then close your eyes. To calm your body and mind, take deep breaths in through your nose, filling your belly and chest. Hold for 4 seconds at the top, then exhale out through your mouth in an Audible sigh. Let your breathing return to normal. Normal now. You are standing by a reflecting pool. The stars and the moon are the only light you see. The night air is cold but inviting. Before you look into the water, think about the relationships in your life. Some you may be grateful for, others you may feel need to end. Think of a relationship you'd like clarity on. Hold that in your mind and then look in the water. Hold no expectations as to what you will see or experience. Now is time to reflect inward. How is the relationship with yourself? What areas of your life need more love or change? When you are ready, look back into the reflecting pool, getting clarity on your own life and energy. Send up gratitude for all you have experienced here today. Return now to this present moment, your body, and slowly begin to move around, and then open your eyes. Thank you for joining me today in this guided meditation for the Beaver full moon. I appreciate and love you all. Namaste.
