A woman critiques the "good girl" conditioning that pushes people to be perpetually nice and self-sacrificing, like running bake sales. She argues this creates a fake version of yourself and urges you to listen to your gut instead, even if it means ditching conditioned responsibilities for what actually brings you joy.

It's, it's the good girl conditioning. It's the good girl conditioning. It's the, we've been conditioned that we have to be certain things that, again, it's like your fake authentic, fake authentic self, right? It's the view being fake. You know, like you were told to be nice, smiley, and taking care of everyone. And when you grow up, you learn, you are learning and you understand that actually that's not really me. Like, I don't really want to do a bake sale every Friday and feed every Like, no. So it's again, like, I, yeah. And like, again, being the wild woman, if we're talking from the wild woman's perspective, just follow your gut, follow your instinct of what is authentic to you. And yes, you know, you could have had like 10, 20, 30 years of conditioning of doing the bake sale, if you, if you, even though you hate cooking, but maybe this year is the time to embrace the wild woman who actually would rather go out to the park and nature and be in nature rather than spend 5 hours in the, in the, in the kitchen doing the bake sale. She doesn't want to do it.
