In this 12‑minute guided meditation, Joy Brown leads listeners through a practice designed to release outdated or false beliefs and replace them with "Truth". The session begins with a brief orientation and deep breathing exercise (partly delivered in Spanish) to calm body and mind. Listeners are then invited to visualize themselves in a garden where unattractive plants symbolize limiting beliefs. As the gardener, they compassionately examine each ugly plant, uncover its roots, and pull it out, subsequently planting a vibrant "Truth" flower in its place. The meditation emphasizes non‑judgment, compassion toward oneself, and gratitude for the work done. The recording concludes with a gentle reminder to appreciate the transformation and carry the sense of truth forward.

Welcome to
this guided meditation for the 1-1 portal. This meditation can be used at any time of this year as well. In this guided meditation, we will focus on releasing old beliefs and replacing them with truth. My name is Joy Brown and I will be leading you in today's meditation. To begin, take a seat or lay down, move around to get comfortable, then close your eyes. Para acalmar el cuerpo y la mente, toma algunas respiraciones profundas a través de tu nariz. Sienta tu pecho con aire. Mantenla por 4 segundos en la parte superior, y luego salta a través de tu boca en un grande sollo.
You are in a garden. Some of the plants you see are beautiful, and others, not so much. The plants that are not beautiful represent the false beliefs you're still holding on to. You are the gardener, and your job is to get these ugly plants, to talk with them, and to find out who and what they are, and then dig down to the roots and pull them out. You also have a cart with beautiful flowers named Truth. After you have uprooted an ugly belief plant, plant a Truth flower in its place. Do this for each ugly belief plant you find. Hold no judgment for yourself or for these plants being here, just compassion.
have done beautiful work here today in your garden. Give gratitude for all the work you have done.
