Welcome to this guided meditation on connecting with Jupiter. My name is Joy Brown, and I will be guiding you in today's meditation. To begin, take a seat or lay down, get comfortable, and then close your eyes. To calm our body and mind, take a deep breath in, hold for 3 seconds at the top, and then exhale out in a big sigh. Continue this Deep breathing. Let your breathing return to normal. Now begin to move your energy up and down your spine, connecting with each chakra, energizing and activating them. Before you is a small orb the size of a marble. It's orange and white with an octagon on top. It's spinning counterclockwise. Welcome this little orb, and when you're ready, move it into your body. With the tiny orb inside of you, feel it connect with your own energy, expanding itself bigger and bigger until it is so large it is now outside of your body as well. Let it grow as big as it wants. This orb is Jupiter. It is here to guide you. Feel into its energy and be open to receiving its wisdom. If you have a question, Now is the time to ask. Be open to how the message will come. Have no expectations. Give gratitude for all that has happened here. Bring your awareness back to your body, slowly beginning to move, and open your eyes. Thank you for joining me today in this guided meditation. Blessed be.
