Welcome to this guided meditation on connecting with the Galactic Federation. My name is Joy Brown, and I will be guiding you in today's meditation. To begin, take a seat or lay down, get comfortable, and then close your eyes. To calm our body and mind, take a deep breath in, hold for 3 seconds at the top, and then exhale out in a large sigh. Continue these deep breaths for 1 minute. Let your breathing return to normal now. First, we will ground our energy by focusing on the energy in our spine, moving it up and down a few times through our chakras, and then down into the earth, all the way down into the center of the earth. Anchor it there. And then follow it all the way back up into your spine, through your chakras once again, and out of your crown chakra, up into the cosmos, past where you are currently, into the Earth's atmosphere, outside of the Earth, and beyond. Just keep Going up. We call upon the Galactic Federation members to meet with us. We know this is a safe space for us and that no harm will come to us. If you feel fear rising up in you, simply send it all the way back down. Your energy cord all the way back to the anchor at the center of the earth. If you have questions in mind already, feel free to ask them. If not, Simply wait until they show themselves. If you don't see anything with your mind's eye, this is fine. Be mindful of any emotions, voices, or knowings that come to you. Set the intention that you will remember all that you learn. I will stop speaking now for several minutes so you have time to receive any messages and ask your questions. It is time to say goodbye, say thanks, and give gratitude for all that has happened here. When you're ready, make your way back down the energy cord all the way to your body. Back on Earth. Bring your awareness back to your body. Slowly begin to move and open your eyes.
