Guided Meditation | Heart Chakra Activation

Joy D. Fanning guides you through activating your heart chakra by visualizing green light and a symbolic doorway opening in your chest. You'll practice deep breathing, focus on the heart area, and explore what qualities you want to invite into that space before gently returning to the present moment.

Welcome to this guided meditation for activating your heart chakra. In this guided meditation, I I will guide you through opening up your heart space to unconditional love. My name is Joy D. Fanning, and I will be guiding you through today's meditation. To begin, take a seat or lay down, move around and get comfortable, then close your eyes. I like to start my meditations with deep breathing to calm our mind and and body. Take deep belly breaths in through your nose, filling your chest up with air. Hold for 3 seconds at the top, then release out through your mouth. Place your attention on your heart space. You may even feel led to place your hands there. Let the color green fill your mind's eye and take a moment to just stay in this beautiful green energy. Picture your heart before you, holding no judgment as to what its current state is. State looks like. Watch as the green unconditional love surrounds it, healing any and all parts of it. Send up gratitude as you watch this unfold. A doorway appears on your heart. When you are ready, open this door and let the green energy flow inside. Your heart is now full of green unconditional love. Go inside this beautiful space and take a look around. See what is housed inside this space. If you know of something you wish to live in your heart space that isn't there currently, simply add it to this space. It is now time to return to your body. Know that you can always visit your heart space whenever you need by simply placing your attention there. Bring your attention back to your breathing, to the present moment. Slowly begin to move around, opening your eyes. Thank you for joining me today in this guided meditation. If you can, I encourage you to journal about your experience. Blessings to you all.
