Joy Brown guides you through a calming visualization where you walk a path with a copper bowl, fill it at a stream and wildflower field, and place it on a campfire. You repeat affirmations about receiving, divine timing, and protection as you practice openness.

Welcome to this guided meditation on being open to receive. My name is Joy Brown and I will be guiding you in today's meditation. To begin, sit or lay down, get comfortable, and then close your eyes. To calm our body and mind, take a deep breath in Hold for 3 seconds at the top, and then exhale out in a large sigh. Keep taking these calming breaths. Let your breathing return to normal now. You are walking down a path carrying a large bowl. This bowl is big, but it is light to carry. It is made of copper and it shines brightly. Up ahead you hear a stream babbling. Make your way to it. Once you're at the water's edge, dip your bowl into the water. Keep walking down this path until you reach a field of wildflowers. Pick these flowers and put them into your bowl. As you continue walking down the path, A breeze blows by, stirring the flowers in the water in your bowl. Its cool kiss can be felt on your skin. The campfire. Place your bowl on top of the fire and watch the dancing flames. Beside you is a cup. Dip it into the bowl and drink it, pour it over your head, pour it on the ground, whatever feels right. As you do these things, repeat these affirmations: I am open to receiving all that is meant for me at this time. All that is meant for me will come to pass in divine timing. I let in all that is positive and good. I am protected from all forms of negativity. I am ready to receive.
Stay at the campfire using all of the water in your bowl.
Give gratitude for all that has happened here.
Bring your awareness back to your body. Slowly begin to move. And open your eyes.
Thank you for joining me today in this guided meditation on being open to receive. Blessed be.
