In this guided meditation, Joy D. Fanning leads listeners through a calming practice that begins with grounding breathing and setting an intention to meet all parts of themselves without judgment. Listeners are invited to visualize entering a spacious room with a large round table where multiple versions of themselves—spanning past, present, and future—are seated. The focal point is the eldest version of the self, with whom the listener is encouraged to engage in an open, truthful dialogue, asking any questions that arise. After the conversation, the meditation guides the listener to express gratitude, say goodbye to the other selves, and gently return to the present moment, emphasizing that the inner round table can be revisited at any time. Throughout, background vocalizations from a secondary speaker provide ambient texture but do not contain substantive content.

Welcome to this guided meditation. In this meditation, you will meet with every part of yourself and connect with yourself on all levels. My name is Joy D. Fanning and I will be leading you through today's meditation. To begin, take a seat or lay down. Move around and get comfortable. Then close your eyes.
To calm your body and mind, take some deep breaths in, filling your chest with air. Hold for three seconds at the top, then exhale the air out of your mouth in a big sigh.
Set the intention now that you will meet with all parts of yourself, with the understanding that you may meet parts of yourself you did not know before or have rejected on some level. Hold space for all parts of yourself and enter this meditation with no judgment.
ទ្ទ្ទ្ទ Ydyn
ni mewn ystafell ymlaen, erbyd dydyn ddim yn golygu, You can see a large round table before you with others sitting at it. Make your way to the table and take the only open seat.
As you sit down at the round table, take a close look at everyone else around you. They are all versions of you, from every age, past, and future. Across the table from you is the eldest version of you. Look into their eyes. Ask anything you wish here, knowing that only the truth may be spoken. Hold no expectation as to what the answers will be. Just simply allow the conversation to flow.
It's time to leave this round table. Say goodbye to all the other versions of yourself. Give gratitude for making the time to come to visit this special place inside of you. Know that you can come here anytime you wish.
Return to your body now, to the present moment. Become aware of your breathing, the temperature, and begin to move your body and open your eyes. Thank you for joining me in this special guided meditation. Use it as often as you like and I encourage you to write down what you have experienced here. Bless you all.
