Joy Brown guides a 10-minute meditation for the New Moon in Gemini, activating your chakras from root to crown, then balancing feminine energy on your left side with masculine energy on your right. The practice merges these polarities to help you set intentions for the month ahead.
Welcome to this guided meditation for the new moon in Gemini, where we will unite the feminine and masculine within ourselves. My name is Joy Brown and I will be guiding you through this meditation. To begin, take a seat or lay down, get comfortable, and close your eyes. To calm our body and mind, take deep breaths in, hold for 3 seconds at the top, and then exhale out in a large sigh. Let your breathing return to normal now. Place your focus on your root chakra. Just letting your attention be there, energizing it, spending a short time there. And now we're gonna move up to our sacral chakra. You can see the color orange, letting it just charge. And moving up into our solar plexus, you might see the color yellow. —letting it energize. Moving up into our heart chakra, you may see the color green—letting it energize. Moving up to your throat chakra, see a light blue—let it energize. Then up up to your third eye chakra, indigo blue. Feel it activate. Ending with your crown chakra, purple or white, activating it, charging. Our whole energy is activated and moving. Keep moving Moving this energy up and down your spine, up and down. To help you stay focused, just do it with your breath. Up as you inhale, down as you exhale. Continue this for a few minutes. Now I want you to feel into your left side, the feminine side of your body. Your divine feminine self appears before you, sending you healing energy that moves through your left arm and into your body. Take a moment to be with this aspect of yourself. Feel into your right side, the masculine side. Your divine masculine self appears before you, sending you healing energy that moves through your right arm and into your body. Take a moment to be with this aspect of yourself. Your higher self appears now, assisting you with combining these two energies within yourself. These two polarities, you are now bringing them into balance. Take a moment to be with your higher self. You are now charged with balanced energies, ready to manifest and take this energy into the coming month. Give gratitude for all you have experienced here. Bring your awareness to your body. Your breath. Slowly move your fingers and toes and open your eyes. Thank you for joining me today in this guided meditation on uniting the feminine and masculine within ourselves. Blessed be.
