A Substack writer and self-identified psychic explores "the ache," a feeling of emotional stretching between past attachments and future expectations. She describes it as collective, with feminine energy seeking sovereign masculine partners as humanity shifts paradigms. Her practices for transmuting it include writing, meditation, visualizing waves, and staying present in "the eye of the storm."

Oh gosh, this is bad lighting. We'll just go with it, you guys. We'll just go with it. Yeah, I'll do that. Okay, yeah, that'll work. This live, I already forgot what I titled it. It's the transmission of In the Ache. So I've been on Substack for quite a while, and I'm a writer. I love writing, been doing it for a while, and Substack's really good for that. It's really good for, right, obviously writing, reading. But, um, over there last weekend I had a session with a client, and she reminded me how, um, how much I loved making videos and how they reach people just as much as the written word, right? So here we are. I put it off for this song, and if I'm being very honest, I don't want to make this video. I don't want to make this video. Um, there's a lot. I don't really like how I look right now, right? There's a lot going on, but, but it needs to be talked about and it needs to be done. Raw, real, and messy, because that's, that's just where you find the truth. So this is a raw, real, and messy transmission. I'm doing it live, not— I'm not telling anybody. I'm doing it live because it's just easier to stream it than edit it, and it keeps it raw, real, and messy, right? It keeps it raw, real, and messy. So What is the ache? What do I mean when I say the word ache? Here's what I mean. When you feel the ache, can be about anything really, but it's a stretching of yourself because you're holding on to something in the past and something in the future that isn't quite grounded yet. So you're in transition, right? And the longer you hold that space, the more you ache. And it kind of comes— for me, mainly it comes out of my heart space. So I have felt the ache for other people. I have felt ache for like waiting for somebody to say something. Are they ghosting you? Are they taking space? You don't know. You don't know how to act, right? So you have this ache. That's a very human thing. I think on a larger scale— and I wrote about this on Substack, and eventually I'll put these links below— but on a larger scale, the feminine energy has been aching for divine sovereign men. Without probably consciously knowing that's who we're trying to find. But the more women I talk to specifically about this stuff, um, they feel it. It's not just me, it's not just a Joy thing, it's a female thing. And why the females? I'm sure there's men out there that have felt it. Right? I think if we're talking big grand terms, the feminine feels it because, because they've been doing the work. And by the work, I mean the spiritual work, the shadow work, right? The healing. We've been doing it for a while, right? I'm not saying men haven't been doing it. We're talking big, grand. Some men have, some men haven't. Right now, I'm no astrologer or anything. I can point you in the right directions of people who are, that know amazing things. But you don't even need to be. That, that's the truth. If you can sense energy, you can sense collectively that it is time for the masculine to rise. And that is where this 8 comes, right? We are in a collective transition from this old paradigm to the new one, where women are waking up, men are not, to where they both are, and it creates this ache because we haven't fully landed in what's coming. So if you feel this ache, know you're not alone. It doesn't really matter male or female. I'm using— when I say feminine, masculine, I'm not necessarily meaning women and men, right? I'm talking about energies. We both, both sexes have inner. You might lead with one more than the other. I lead with my feminine, right? So collectively, that's what I'm sensing going on. For me, I've been on this journey, it feels like forever, because it has been. It's been multiple lifetimes, parallel lives, and it's coming to an end. They're starting to show up, which is amazing. It's amazing. Um, I'm not sure. I'm talking about romantically and non-romantically. Um, it can look any which way. It could be a soul brother, it could be, you know, a soul flame, somebody who is willing to burn alongside you. In all the ways, including romance. I call that type of person— any of them, really— full throttle, because they go all in. When you reach your sovereign state, you go all in. I'm gonna be completely messy with this live, just deal with it, okay? We're gonna try to stay on topic, but it's gonna go everywhere. Um, You go all in. And I've been aching because I'm— it feels like I've been doing it alone. The full, full fucking throttle shit. The I'm willing to rearrange my whole life shit to go on this new path. It makes me fucking proud of myself to do that, but it creates the ache because right now it feels lonely. It feels lonely. I have others that are around me that are like so close. They just need like one more step, right? But they're not there. What do you do? Do you just feel it? You can— obviously you need to. This ache, it, it actually does hurt. It's painful emotionally. And it can be painful in your body too. You can also transmute it. I've tried every which way, writing glyphs, writing poems. Obviously I'm making a video right now, but really you can also release it too. Like, there's— I'm not here to tell you which way to do it. You can try any of them, all of them, none of them. We're just chit-chatting about it because I'm here alone, so I'm chit-chatting about it. And I was able to do it today for a while. It was really cool. I was walking by the beach, favorite thing, and, um, there were some surfers out, there was waves. And so I— this new thing I do is called I Program My Reality, and I named— I was like, okay, each wave is easing this ache, it is bringing these people who walk beside me into my 3D reality. And when I said that, the waves were— I mean, there were waves, it's a freaking ocean, right? But they weren't like crazy. No. And I kept going, walking, talking to people on the phone, um, meditating, contemplating, refining myself. And then I noticed the waves, and they were huge. The surfers were surfing. It was glorious. And my whole energy shifted because I knew I— what I had programmed, what I have said this means for me in my reality, in my life, right? And I, I had to go to the store to get something. And I go to the store— I'm in Australia right now— and at the store here, you— the grocery stores are not separate, they're like in malls. So I was in this big-ass mall I got lost trying to find this one store, but I was laughing. I was happy. I was so happy, giddy happy, because I had transmuted this longing, this sadness, really this grieving almost you could say, into this giddy joy. Because I was like, wait a minute, When these people come and walk beside me, do I want to be like, where were you? Why'd you take so long? That's not the energy I want to be welcomed with, right? And I saw myself running to greet them, just so excited and happy, don't even give a fuck that it took them however long to show up, right? That is not what I was— that was not in my head. I was just happy that they were there, that they were— we were meeting and it was a reunion and we were gonna do this, we're gonna build and we're gonna go. And it just flooded my energy. It felt so beautiful. And so I call that the arc. Of the ache, because you have to walk, you have to just go through it. And I'm on another loop of it already, but you know what? I know I'm gonna survive. I know it's gonna be okay. Um, I know what I'm made of. I know I can handle it. I know I'll get back. Another part of it is to not even get on that cycle. And it's hard. It's really— for me right now, it's, it's hard. I'm in the middle of learning all of this, and it's just staying in your center, or the eye of the storm is another way you can put it. That's not easy. That's a belief. Look at me in real time. That's belief, right? That it's not easy to stay in the eye of the storm because you, you want to give in to either the past or the future. So staying in the eye of the storm is staying in the moment, moment by moment, mindfulness essentially. Which is all fun, and you can talk about it, and it sounds easy, but is it really? Living it? For me, no. Can I have a happy life while being messy about it? Hell yeah. Hell yeah, I totally can. Um, I totally can, and I am. I am. It's all unfolding, and it's hard living in 3D time because you, you have to just wait. For things to unfold. And I say this as a psychic, you can sense the energies of how things are moving, and they go ahead of this reality, right? So it can be— you can like give in to that, that's getting into the storm. All right, I think I'm about done explaining all this. Hopefully you find it helpful. I'm not really doing anything uplifting, I don't think. This is, like I said, I really didn't want to make this video, but that meant I needed to because I'm all about being raw, real, and messy, and I don't have a perfect setup, right? To me, my hair is meh, and I'd like my screen a little higher. There's all these— I'm a Virgo, I'm a little nitpicky. I'm just like, fuck it, we're just gonna do it. We're gonna be real, real messy and get this shit out because somebody needs to hear this. Probably me needs to hear it, right? Um, Yeah, it's okay to be in the arc. It's okay to loop it. Never hold judgment for that, but understand what is happening and that ideally it's telling you to go back to the eye of the storm, go back to your center. You're kind of oscillating, right? So yeah, I think I'm gonna end it there. If you watch this, bless you, thank you, and I love you.
