The Heart Home: A Guided Meditation for Returning to Inner Truth

In this guided meditation, Joy Brown invites listeners to settle into a comfortable position, close their eyes, and begin with deep, paced breathing to calm the body and mind. She then leads a visualization of a gentle stream surrounded by grass, guiding the listener to follow the water upward until they encounter a cozy "heart home" that represents their inner self. Inside this symbolic home, listeners are encouraged to pick up items that reveal personal truths, while also recognizing and labeling items that convey false beliefs (e.g., "I'm not good enough"). These false‑truth items are taken outside and placed on a bonfire, where they are lit and burned, symbolically releasing outdated or limiting beliefs. After the ritual, a brief moment of gratitude is offered, and listeners are gently guided to bring awareness back to their physical bodies, move slowly, and open their eyes, completing the meditation.
