Hello, welcome! My name is Joy D. Fanning of Astronaut of Life, and I'm so glad you found this video. I'm just starting this channel and I have big ideas for it. I love encouraging people, so here you will find tons of encouragement and things to uplift you. You are also going to find interviews. There's plenty of wisdom that I've I have, but there's so much more I need to gain myself. And what better way for me to gain it than to interview somebody and share it with you? The other thing you will find is ways to develop your spiritual practice. I'm still working on developing mine and perfecting it and finding what works for me. And I know when I entered the spiritual community after a past of organized religion, atheism, all these things When I entered spirituality, I didn't know what anything meant. It was all very confusing. My heart identified with it, but I— it didn't connect right away. So I'm here to help you with that if you find yourself in that situation. What is an astronaut of life? I love this term because to me, an astronaut is someone who explores. And when you explore your life, to me that means you are doing things in a new way. You're challenging yourself. You're breaking out of comfort zones. You're breaking out of molds. You're pushing forward to onward to the unknown. But usually what you find is beautiful and enriching.
