Worry Wall. Guided Meditation for Releasing Worries

In this 5‑minute guided meditation, Joy invites listeners to settle into a comfortable seated or lying position, close their eyes, and take three deep breaths. She leads a progressive body relaxation, releasing tension in the shoulders, jaw, and any other areas. Listeners then visualize a spacious room with a back‑wall shelf that exists beyond physical limits – the "worry wall." This wall can hold any size of worry. Joy instructs participants to place each of their concerns onto the shelf, noting that once placed they cannot be taken back. A benevolent figure called "Source" is introduced as the caretaker of the wall, tasked with handling and caring for the worries. After the transfer, listeners observe any remaining attachments, express gratitude to Source for taking the burdens, and are guided back to bodily awareness, opening their eyes and moving their fingers. The session ends with a thank‑you, a statement of honor in the listener’s healing journey, and a closing "Namaste."
