Big Money Bought 4 Billion XRP While Retail Was SELLING

In this solo YouTube commentary, Kamilah Stevenson presents on‑chain data showing that the largest XRP holders accumulated roughly 4.63 billion XRP (about $4.9 billion) over the past 12 months while the price fell. She explains that whale outflow dominance on exchanges reached 91 % and that new wallet creation hit a two‑year low, indicating that smart money is pulling supply off exchanges and holding it. She compares current metrics to similar patterns observed in late 2024 and mid‑2023 that preceded major price rallies, while noting that such signals do not guarantee immediate moves. Stevenson then shifts to behavioral investing advice, emphasizing patience, proper position sizing, and custody strategies, and warns against mimicking smart‑money behavior without the same capital or time horizon. She recommends using a Roth IRA via iTrust Capital to shelter long‑term gains from taxes and promotes her paid “Clarity Calls” for personalized portfolio structuring. The video concludes by urging viewers to stay wise and wealthy.

Since XRP peaked last July and started falling, the largest holders on the network have bought more than 4 billion additional XRP. They did not buy the top and hold. They bought the entire way down. And I wanna talk about this. It's gonna shock you. Now I'm Kamilah Stevenson and around here we talk wealth. Go ahead and like the video. Just hit that like button real quick and then subscribe if you have not already. There's a lot of people who watch the videos and still don't subscribe. So do so because I'm going to be bringing you the heat. Now I want to say nothing that I share is financial advice. Everything is for educational and entertainment purposes. Let me know in the comments, are you holding or are you adding? I want to know where you stand with this. There are some people that have already got their position, they just want to hold. And then there are some people that's accumulating in this phase because they're not quite where they want to be with XRP. So let me know what you're doing. Now let me give you the actual data. Because it's one of the few things in this space that you can verify instead of just believe. I'm not here to make you hope on anything. I'm here to tell you what the data says. When XRP hit its high last July and it rolled over, large holders did what you would expect. They took profit. Okay. That cohort's balance fell to around $7.5 billion by the middle of August. And that is very normal. Price spikes, big money sells into strength. Okay, then something changed. As the price kept falling through the back half of last year, that same group flipped from selling to buying, and they kept buying while the chart got worse. Not better, worse. By December, their balance was up to roughly $11.18 billion. Accumulation cooled off for maybe about 3 months into early this year, and then it picked back up in March and has continued since. The current balance sits around 12.13 billion. Add it up and that is an increase of about 4.63 billion XRP since the downtrend began. Currently worth somewhere around $4.9 billion. Okay. Now, here is the part that shows you how lopsided the the current market is. On Binance, whale outflow dominance recently hit 91.4%, while retail activity dropped to around 8.4%. Across major exchanges together, large holders account for about 90.5% of the flow. Roughly 9 out of every $10 moving into big money. Mm. What does that tell you? Now let me explain what outflow dominance means. Because this term hides how simple it is. Coins leaving an exchange usually means somebody bought them and moved them into their own custody. Coins arriving at an exchange usually means somebody is preparing to sell. So when outflows are dominated by large wallets, then you can conclude that big holders are pulling supply off exchanges and putting it away. And they ain't putting it away for a rainy day. They putting it away. Okay. And how do I know this? Because the wallet counts say the same thing, but from a different angle. The number of wallets holding at least 10,000 XRP hit a record above 332,000. And when you break it down by size, the wallets holding between 10 million and 100 million have been accumulating steadily all year, while the midsize holders, the ones between 100,000 and 10 million, have been distributing. So the picture is not simply big versus small. It is the largest holders taking supply from everyone in the middle. Meanwhile, new wallet creation on the network fell to its lowest since November of 2024. Almost nobody new is arriving. The people already here are sorting themselves into two different groups. There is historical rhythm to all of this, and I want to give it to you carefully. So similar exchange readings appeared in October of 2024 before a very large run. A similar reading appeared again in June of last year before a substantial climb into the July high. So this pattern has preceded major moves before. Now I do want to balance this. It has also appeared and not immediately produced anything. Okay, large holders can be early. And, um, as a matter of fact, they don't try to time the top or the bottom. They just try to get in where they fit in. Okay, so you can look at what they're doing because it's easier for them to get in early because they have far deeper pockets and far longer time horizons than most people who are watching this and ready for, you know, crypto to go into a bull run and to break out and to help them get more money, right? They can wait, which means that they can sit through also drawdowns, right? That would financially and emotionally break a retail holder. Reading their behavior as a signal to copy their balance sheet without the patience that they have is what gets people hurt. You have to have patience. But what their behavior shows is something extremely useful.. And it shows something that you can possibly benefit from. It shows you what informed, well-capitalized, unemotional money does when the chart looks bad and when the sentiment reads extreme fear. It does not react. Smart money doesn't react. It accumulates very slowly. It moves coins into custody and waits. That's not a prediction about price. That is a description of behavior. And behavior is the thing that you actually want to copy. So what does it mean for you? Well, right now this year, you are already in one of those two groups, not intellectually, behaviorally. Either you have been the wallet that reduced during the decline, or you've been the wallet that added or held through it. The chart will eventually reveal which group was right, but the data has already recorded which one you're in. And the honest question is not whether you have picked correctly. It is whether you are positioned in a way that lets you keep doing what you decided to do. Most people do not sell because they change their mind about the thesis. They sell because they needed the money, or because the position was too large to sleep next to, or because they had no plan for a severe drawdown, and that hurts them. And so that is why they sometimes get forced to sell at the worst possible moment. Large holders are not braver than you. They are just structured better. They sized the position so so it does not force their hand and they hold it somewhere that they're not tempted to touch. That is the difference. And that is a difference that you can copy without a billion dollars, which brings me to the part that most people never think about until it's just way too late. If you've held through this entire decline, then you've already done the hardest thing investing will ever ask of anybody. You sat through the boredom and the red and you didn't flinch. You left it there. And the frustrating part is that when it finally works, Here comes the tax bill. Here they come taking a piece of everything that you have gained. And part of that reward now goes to them, even through all of that patience. And that part is very optional, okay? And that's why I have made the decision to put some of the long-term portion of my XRP into a Roth IRA. And I do it through iTrust Capital, where XRP and other digital assets and metals sit it in one account and the qualified growth comes out without that tax cut and I get to keep every dime of everything in that account that appreciates. So if you want to hold on and benefit all the way from the fact that you have been patient and you have done the right thing with your investments, then I do suggest getting a Roth IRA, a tax-free account, because if you're going to endure the hard part, then the least that you can do is make sure that you get to keep the results. Okay, so the link is in the description. They do give a $100 funding bonus when you fund the account, and they have XDC and Quant and XLM and HBAR, and, you know, any of the coins that you believe in, you can invest it in that Roth account. And then also, if you do want to look at your position, how you're sized and what structure you have, and you want to prepare in a way that you can hold through all the drawdowns, all the different seasons of life, because life brings different seasons, and make sure that you come out on top on the other side of this for your financial freedom for you and your family, then that's what we sit down and we talk through on our clarity calls. You may have different accounts, you may have an idea what you should be doing, but it still doesn't have a real framework, and you still don't have clear instructions and rules and guidelines and a clear setup that can prosper you. And that's what we do again on our Clarity Call. The link is in the description if you want access to that. And listen, here's where we are. Like, the largest holders right now on the network have added 4 billion XRP through the worst 12 months that this asset has had. And remember, the ETFs have also had a net inflow for 8 straight weeks, including the weeks where XRP has hit an all-time 19-month low. This should tell you something about what smart money is doing. And remember, 9 out of $10 of exchange flow is theirs. Record numbers of the largest wallets, new arrivals at a 2-year low. Fear does not show up in the chart, it shows up in who is holding the supply when the chart is ugly. I hope that you'll be one of those people. And as always, I want you to stay wise, stay wealthy, and I'll see you in the next video.
