A designer talks about what makes the work worth it: turning a vision into reality, working with different people on each project, and the satisfaction of solving new design problems. Each challenge feels intimidating at first, but delivering a successful design makes it worthwhile.

What's your favorite part about being a designer? It's a few things, definitely. I'm very passionate about what I do. So first would be getting my vision and turning that into reality. And the fact that I get to work with different people every time. And when I move on to the next project, it's a brand new space, different home, different clients, different design style. So challenge, scary, but a happy design at the end. What works for me.
