Karen Green explains why the Friday Accelerator starts with a personality assessment: people are wired differently, so generic goal-setting fails. She sets goals on Fridays because the day is relaxed enough to see the bigger picture. The program is built to make achievements faster, easier, and less stressful.

Hi, I'm Karen Green, and thank you so much for taking the Friday Accelerator scorecard. I hope you enjoyed it and you found the results interesting. A lot of the work that I've been doing recently with coaching involves looking at personality before we actually get stuck into the coaching, because it can honestly make such a huge difference to whether you achieve what you set out to achieve or whether it just falls by the wayside. And us are wired differently, but actually a lot of goal setting advice and coaching processes are one size fits all, and I just believe that's not the case. I do think you need to tailor the approach to maximize results. As a result of the work I've been doing over the last oh gosh three to four years, I've now created Friday Accelerator, and the whole purpose of that is to accelerate results. So that you get things done faster, easier, and with less stress. The reason we goal set on a Friday is that that's the day when you're most relaxed. You're starting to wind down for the weekend. There's less stress, hopefully less things going on and fires to put out, and you can actually focus on taking a bit of a helicopter view. If you want to learn more, you maybe want to discuss your goal setting personality or discuss whether one-to-one coaching is right for you. Click on the link below, book into my diary, and we can have a half hour and see where we take it from there. Thanks very much.
