Last three weeks ना has been a little क्या बोलते हैं वो नरेंद्र मैराथन भागने वाला रन कर रहे हैं मैं मैराथन बोलने वाला रन कर रही हूँ three weeks back I took session number five last week I took session on life lessons when he was running today this session I have never done this ever in my life कि for life schoolers take two two hour session and what helped me was after we discussed the last session of the five percent chance My darling Zainaz who goes to New Grey School, star of the future है ना अगला Saturday. So she asked me this is one student from my class is her name there in the list? So I had to regretfully tell her sorry darling नहीं है अभी she didn't qualify in the top student star of the from her school. So I said अरे वो अभी इस बार view भंडारी में हो रहा है तो space का constraint है भी I have only limited number of seats so she very sweetly replies five percent chance तो है ना मेरे पास मैं क्यों छोडूं और कल शाम को मैं नरेन्द्र के साथ कर रही थी मैंने आपका life lesson लिया ना आप मेरा session ले लो ना so नरेन्द्र saying ये कभी possible नहीं है ऐसे मैं five percent chance क्यों छोडूं so sometimes Some statements make so much home in our minds that they drive our entire life. When I did the course of Let's Explore in 2000, February, I think it was the 3rd or the 4th session, and we used to have these value cards that time, the certain values that we will live by, and one sheet will be given to us printed, and there it was written, it does not matter how much I have, what really matters is what I do with what I have. And I think that statement made such home with me that today constraints does not remain as a word in my vocabulary at all. कुछ भी हो जाए, जुगाड़ करके हम सल्यूशन निकाल लेंगे because it does not matter how much I have. What matters is what I really do with what I have. So keeping that in mind, this session has been created to ensure Can we help these students with certain such doctrines which can you know remain in their life forever with them? I'm very excited. Ironically, this is going to be the simplest and the easiest session to deliver. I promise. I'm telling you everyone, everyone will be ready at nine o'clock. This time the ACs are going to have complaints with me because थोड़ा मेरा ज्ञान देने का time ही नहीं मिला मुझे मेरे team को ऐसे होने वाला है। So ready? Nine o'clock five percent chance I'm attempting that all of us should be ready with the session. So let's start with the sixth session of this year called as X factor. First part of the session, of course review and let's fast remember what we've done in the fifth session. The re re ne the rabbit and the lion story. Then we discussed about zen. Anybody remember zen? Zoom out, explore the possibilities, and navigate. Brilliant. And 5% chance, if you have to concisely remember the last session. Then we do box breathing. So before we go ahead, how to develop X factor, let the snowflakes settle down. Let's do 5 rounds of box breathing and then move ahead. So I request you to all please Sit comfortably, your hands rested on your thighs. Those of us who know Gyan Mudra, in Gyan Mudra or Lotus Posture, back straight, forehead absolutely relaxed. Take a position which is very, very comfortable. Now let's straighten our spine a little. 5, hold a stretch. 4, 3, 2, 1. Brilliant. Now this is the position that we hold for box breathing, and then we'll practice body rock still for 1 minute. Take in a deep inhalation. Exhale. One more time. Inhale. Exhale. Deep inhalation last time. And exhale. Let's begin box breathing. Breathe in. 2, 3, 4. Hold, 2, 3, 4. Exhale, 2, 3, 4. Hold, 2, 3, 4. Inhale, 2, 3, 4. Hold, 2, 3, 4. Exhale, 2, 3, 4. Hold, 2, 3, 4. Inhale, 2, 3, 4. Hold, 2, 3, 4. Exhale, 2, 3, 4. Hold, 2, 3, 4. Inhale, 2, 3, 4. Hold, 2, 3, 4. Exhale, 2, 3, 4. Hold, 2, 3, 4. Last round. Inhale, 2, 3, 4. Hold, 2, 3, 4. Exhale, 2, 3, 4. Hold, 2, 3, 4. Keeping your eyes closed, now breathe in normally, breathe out normally. We will practice 1 minute of body rock still. So at the count of 3, 2, 1, when I say 1, body moves into absolute rock still statue position till we say relax. And once I say relax, eyes remain still closed and we gradually open our eyes. So take in a deep inhalation, get ready for body rock still. Breathe out. 3, 2, 1, start. Continue to breathe in deep, breathe out deep. Along with box breathing, this 1 minute of body rock still Can work as a perfect combination. 40 seconds more to go. Last 20. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, And 1. You can relax. And as I count 5 to 1, you can gently open your eyes. 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. I can only imagine 20th September when we meet at Boat Club. And together we do box breathing. How lovely! If you don't have a pen and paper, please take it. Let's get ready. And today use a few sheets, a new point on a new sheet so that we can keep adding the notes. Let's start with part two. Now, part 2 will have a few questions, and with every question, we will take 3 or 4 answers from the session right now. And we look for new— if you've never answered in a KMM session, just raise your hand today and ask, because that's going to come as a part of the X factor later on in the— towards the conclusion of the session. So we began with Naren saying about personal high standards. And we admire people who have great heights. My question to all of you is, uh, can you write down who is your inspiration? A couple of you, mentors, somebody who made— can you please write that down? Like, my inspiration is Shivaji forever. And people whom we've interacted with, of course, Narain is here. Sharad ji, who's one of our advisors, Rati, Narain sir, and my mother. Brilliant. Anybody would like to share who is their inspiration? It has always been Bhagat Singh. Bhagat and anybody whom you've interacted with? Arunima Sinha. Brilliant. Good. Yes, Ramanjeet. How love? Very nice, very nice. Sen Kapadia the director of architecture school. Very nice. What about them inspires you? Quality Maybe their determination, their ability to stay focused facing any kind of setback, their discipline, their courage, their kindness, their character, probably patience. Very nice. Hi, Ramanji. Yes, ma'am. Uh, guts. Wow, absolutely. Absolutely lovely पर मुझे एक question है आपसे मुझे मैम क्यों बोल रहे हो भाई जो हो जो वो अभी मैम आदत नहीं बनी वैसी अब से जो हाँ मुझे प्यार चाहिए वो जो से ही मिलता है ठीक है yes जो चल thank you जी discipline clarity of thought foresightedness brilliant everything that they do probably is there Never give up attitude, very nice. Courage, courage, brilliant. So most of us admire a lot of their qualities, everything about them. The way they love us, brilliant. Quality to recognize people, thought process, very nice, very nice. Lovely. Have they made mistakes? Sometimes do we feel that in spite of being who they are, how can they make this kind of a mistake? Like you know that famous story where Shivaji is on one of those forts and he has to run through the siege and he loses one of his most revered warriors. That at hindsight they feel that why did I go to that port at all? And you know, I had to get at this क्या बोलते हैं locked in that seat. But he did make that mistake. I'm sure होगा ना correct ना but did that failure or setback or mistake stop them? नहीं ना और many mistakes के बाद भी they did stop them. शिवाजी को रोका ही नहीं, ये went on to become शत्रुपति। so my next question and the most important question is therefore is failure our enemy? Is failure an enemy in my life? Obviously it's not. Then who is? Who is the real culprit? Sometimes our mind says this, and sometimes people around say this. My parents won't support me. I'm too young. I'm too old. I'm a boy. I'm a girl. Have you heard these voices from ourselves and from others? And these are excuses. X factor— excuses. And these excuses are the real enemy. Failure is not. Look, failure can disappoint us, sometimes failure can hurt us, but failure does not stop us from doing what we can. What stops us? Excuses. They tell us don't even give an attempt. So excuses are the real enemy, not failure. And in today's session, we are going to make the excuses into our X factor. We are going to make the excuses into our X factor. How? With a little reframing. The question we have to ask is, are we going to allow the excuses factor be the high point in our life, और the X factor भी the high point है ना। You know excuses guarantee something. They guarantee I'm not going to move anywhere. Before I move also they say don't attempt, don't try. X factor guarantees a little failure, a little loss, but a lot of possibility of winning in life. So that's why excuses Are you ready to transform that excuses to X factor? Brilliant! This was the second part of our session, and now we will connect it to the first session. Remember APJ? Few limitations: no background, no financial support. Parents could not help him out. He didn't let the barriers become the boundaries. There are 2 things: a barrier says this is difficult, a boundary says you cannot go ahead. And from a village boy to a scientist and to the president of our country. Let's go back to Indira Gandhi. She was a lady. Gender was definitely one of the barriers for her. But she did not let it become her bound. Barrier says this is difficult, excuses say therefore I cannot go. She defied it and she went ahead. Therefore failure is not the enemy, setback is not the enemy, circumstances is not the enemy, barriers is not the enemy, excuses are the enemy, and it's time to nicely wrap it, put some stars around it, And kick it so away from our life that it doesn't come back at all. Let's move to developing the X-file. This becomes the second part as total, and now we move to the third part. So the first part, review box breathing, 5 minutes. This part, who is the real enemy, about 6 to 7 minutes. And now we come to the major part of the session today. What is the X factor? Today we're going to discuss a few mindsets. Now these mindsets are tools, are our ten weapons, are our arsenal. So you would have seen that Spider-Man has got new gadgets. You know some gadgets that work in certain unfavorable conditions also. And at times he'll remove one gadget from somewhere, the other gadget from somewhere. So these 10 mindsets are going to become that gadget, and whenever we want, it comes like a Spider-Man's web. We just have to do, and they come out and help us stay high above the barriers and don't let them become our boundaries. So here's the first one, the arsenal that we make. Now, KMM volunteers know this quite well. We have done it enough number of times, but I think repetition is the mother of learning. The first arsenal, the first factor is called कमाल करो। As I'm saying, if there are any areas when I do कमल, I can write those areas down. Okay? We are not talking about where we want to do कमल. Right now we are just saying where we already do कमल. So say Ritesh Sindhay does his exercise classes consistently, brilliantly well. That's where he's doing his कमल already. He's been the coordinator for Erin Nagarwala School for times immemorial. And I haven't had to follow up even once with him. Ritesh confirmed the session. I know Erin Nagarwala is our best performing school. Every year we have a star of the future from Erin Nagarwala School. Every year. So the entire team of Erin Nagarwala, one shout out to you. Really Kamal. And you know when we started KMM. We were a group of some people. We didn't have these elaborate systems of WhatsApp We were a bunch of fifty people and the coordinator was rest assured ये time के पहले पहुँचाएँगे, session में कमाल करेंगे और फिर report करेंगे session बहुत अच्छा। And over the years the heart longs to see volunteers who are that power of strength। So कमाल करो is nothing but whatever I do, I give my hundred percent and a little more. And that I should be able to do at least in some parts of my life. That is hundred percent and a little more। And it takes only that much। So when we give our hundred percent and a little more ना It might stretch, थोड़ा एक ऐसे muscle pull होगा, but it leaves us with a smile because we know that we've gone a little beyond our capacity. So if there are areas where you definitely do कमाल please write down. That is our first arsenal today giving my hundred percent and not and a little more. The first limit is not the actual limit. Here, I create my own standards. Whether I'm studying, whether I'm playing, whether I'm being a friend, whether I'm helping at home, the always asked question is: Can I do it a little better? Can I do it a little better? So कमाल करो, give my hundred percent and a little more. I definitely know I do कमाल to have hundred and twenty forty people in boat club doing dance with me on if you are happy and you know it clap your hands और सब लोग करते हैं So वैसे कमल होना चाहिए. Every day there should be something where I say You are too good. There will be scope of personal examples and जितना मस्ती से हम वो examples दे सकते हैं class में this mindset will become something that the students will want to implement. So all said first one done. Let's move to the next one. I'm sure most of us practice this. Most of us appreciate one person genuinely every day. Appreciate one person genuinely every day. Our life is like a rose plant. There are roses and there are thorns. When I look at that plant, where does my focus go? On the thorns or on the rose? The thorns will never get out of that plant. I cannot have a rose plant without thorns, and it's not that I ignore the thorns. Some small, small thorns. I deal with them, but my focus is the rose. That's when I can enjoy the beauty. And can you believe it? For centuries immemorial, rose has been one of the क्या बोलते हैं क्या word है वो signs of love, tokens of love मतलब Valentine's Day We don't give one जरबेरा, we don't give one ट्यूलिप, we don't give रजनीगंधा। Even though रजनीगंधा के ऊपर इतने पoems हैं प्यार को लेके, but we give a rose और वो भी red rose। I I I don't like roses नहीं बोल सकती, but I prefer you know वो थोड़े से exotic flowers a little more। But Valentine's Day तो हम थॉन्स को डील करते हैं और रोज के ऊपर फोकस करते and giving it to people. But the end of it, the person who's छिड़काविंग the rose water smells the most wonderful. So in appreciating people, I have a selfish cause. I end up appreciating so much about me and my life, and it has to become something on a daily basis, and it has to be different people. Every day I walk down off my building and say, watchman, So one genuine appreciation every day. Non-negotiable. Ah, thank you. You're looking good. This job well done. That was really very nice. Thank you for helping me. One genuine appreciation hardly takes five seconds, but that can make somebody's life and that can make my life too. Immediate implementation. I know all of you love me. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Melodious voice? Thank you, thank you. So in the class you may ask the students appreciate me। I am a little on the heavier side। Someone smart fellow might say So I might tell them very nice. I'm going to appreciate myself. So if it backfires in the class a little, we should be ready to laugh at it and take it. मतलब find the rose then and there in that. This is one challenge that all of us should do. क्योंकि पांच सेशन हो गए हैं, they've experienced us enough, and they should be able to appreciate or appreciate somebody else or their class teacher. चलेगा ना depends आप में हिम्मत कितनी है मेरा तो क्या life school family है KMM family तो मैं पूछ सकती हूँ but अगर आया कुछ तो हम मस्ती से जवाब देंगे उस उसमें भी हम कमाल करेंगे and then I go back to say see मैंने कमाल किया I didn't take it too hard so second point is genuinely appreciate someone third one point on every sheet if you do it please note it down so that it becomes Ready reference for your sessions. Third point, brand new sheet. Help at home daily. Daily act of help at home. What do these small actions at home of helping do to us? They are a silent way of saying thank you. My mother gets up and makes a cup of tea for me every Sunday when I go to visit her, and if I say thank you, she gets a little offended. But when I know that she needs a little help and on a daily basis if I can do that for her, that's my way of saying thank you. And that will really gladden her heart a lot. Second, what it does to me, one day at a time, it's building a character straight in me, and that is about helping. If a person can help somebody unconditionally, their self-esteem rises multiple. So when I do this act of help, It works double ways. One, it says a silent thank you. Two, it helps me develop my character, myself best. And if I may add, it makes sometimes our parents believe मतलब you remember right? So one small act of help. I cannot see eye to eye with my father. Moment he walks in, that one glass of water when he sits down, that's about it. We may still have our differences, but the bond remains strong. This is one thing that strengthens the bonds at home. One small act of help every day. It doesn't take time. It probably might take five seven minutes, but once done, I'm good to go for the day. Hmm? How many of us help at home? Very nice. मेरे पास दो sets of parents है, three sets of families है office पकड़ के, multiple मासा मासीज है. We were counting this रात की. Both sides put together we are twenty five cousins, I ensure that I do my bit to help no matter how busy I am. Sometimes it's a call to a cousin who's gone astray to say how are you? Can I help you? Sometimes it's a call to my buar or maasi saying are you taking care of your health? And sometimes when my mother says I need to go to the doctor, I will stop everything and go along with her. That little help, and I know I look up to myself. So one small. Next. Next point. Others point of view. This is my favorite. Always look for the others point of view in any situation. Harsha, thank you for this image, Harsha. Both are thinking। Harsha, this is brilliant. Have you played with a dice ever? Kali, snakes and ladders. And when you throw the dice on the board, how many sides can you not see? मतलब from where you're sitting, at least the one that is on the board, the one that is towards the opponent, maybe one to the right and left also. Does that mean those sides don't exist at all? They do. It's the only thing is I am not able to see it. So for any situation, there'll be multiple points of view, and when I look at those multiple points of view, I will be able to understand the situation. Remember, uh, pause and then act, pause and decide. That pause is looking at those multiple points of view and then going ahead and deciding. Those of you who have taken this example before in the schools, let's just remember it once again. There is a cricket stadium, है ना? And there are multiple people sitting in the audience. On the pitch, there is the batting. Team, there is the fielding team, there is the umpire, there are those people who are shooting with their cameras. Now I'm going to ask you, even if you have done this, this match is, uh, say India-Australia final World Cup, and we are in the last over. We need 8 runs to win out of 6 balls. Australia is bowling and we are batting. India, of course. This match is happening in Australia, it's not happening in India, in Melbourne. So the audience is some Australians, some Indians, and some people from all across the world. We will attempt to think what each member probably is thinking the moment this last over is going to start. What will be the batsman think? The most obvious thought that can come up as an answer in the class. What will be the batsman think? I have to give my best I have to give my best the batsman is thinking that what else This is my best chance. This is my best chance. Somehow to win। I will survive कभी नहीं। First ball में out हो गया। Last ball। I will survive till the last ball और Let me get out on the first ball and put the pressure on the next batsman. अभी चलते हैं, जो bowler ball मार रहा है, ball मार रहा है, ball मार, ball मार रहा है, ball ball कर रहा है, whatever it is, जाने दीजिए। I'm not getting into that। How can I take a hat trick? How can I take a hat trick? Very nice. That's another thought. Absolutely, absolutely. I have to focus more than hundred percent. Yeah, and some you know some also might think I have been wanting to go to the washroom for the past one hour. What is the audience thinking? If there is an Indian audience thinking over there, Aditya? okay, this is one very patriotic भाई हमको नाचने का मौका दो, very nice, very nice। Very nice.
I will be witnessing the history.
I will be witnessing the history. What will be the Australian fellow think?
I want to witness the history too.
I want to witness the history too. So you see in a situation there are multiple points. And when I understand those multiple points of view, I don't react, I respond. In a situation when somebody does not behave the way I like to behave, or is a little different than what I think is right, the easiest way to respond or react is, you are wrong. The reaction is, you are wrong. The response is to ask, Help me understand why you think that. Let's go to the last session, the example about me choosing a career and my parents want a different career than what I want. My parents will never understand will be an excuse. Me asking, help me understand why you think that, can solve these situations. Understanding others' point of view does not make me weaker, it makes me wiser. Understanding others' point of view makes me wiser, and it helps me to develop very deep connections with people around. We can get along with people so brilliantly well with just, just one thing— understanding their point of view. Getting along with the people becomes by by and large, absolutely easy. I think one of the reasons that I'm able to get along with so many people so comfortably is because of this one quality— the ability to understand other points of view. I, I am able to do it 90% of the times, and I'm blessed with beautiful friends, amazing guides and mentors. I can relate to somebody who's 80 years old, and I can relate to somebody who's 8 months old. With this one ability called understanding the others point. वो मर गया वो मर गया वो मर गया वो मर गया मतलब इतना excitement है ना कि मैं आगे वाला sentence भी बोल रही हूँ oh god life is life is too beautiful too funny वो नरेंद्र गए हैं ना कब कब है ना नरेंद्र को देखते रहती हूँ ना मैं session लेते time पे थोड़ा nervousness आ गए थोड़ा पेट में है ना गड़गड़ गड़गड़ चालू हो जाता है उसमें ये थोड़ा सा मेरा है ना L B W वाला बॉल सिक्स को चला जाता है but be brave जो you can be brave yes Bobby definitely and I didn't allow you forgot because जो डर गया जो doesn't fear करे करे सूरज हाँ best friend Love you.
Good one.
Good one, really. So be brave. Now here we need to emphasize with children. Being brave is not about being reckless, okay? Being brave is not about being reckless. Driving my bike at 140 and doing a wheelie, is it brave or reckless? Uh, I want to take a selfie climbing on top of a train, an electric train at the station, and wanting to take the selfie. Brave or reckless? Absolutely reckless. I've lost a DWT student Amazing performer, top ranker, Loyola School Pune, first every year, 12th standard first in his college. Went for a party, while coming back electric train, friend stood up on the train for a photograph, they didn't realize it's an electric train. The train started, got electrocuted, we lost him in 2 days' time. Brilliant person, one moment of recklessness. So being brave is not being reckless. Being brave is taking that next step in spite of fear. Taking the next step in spite of fear. There will be many, many opportunities in student life— becoming a prefect, going up for a competition, taking a public speaking competition, Uh, even going and doing emceeing on stage, going up to the bully of the school and asking him to be a part of your team, a little fear will come. What is the next step and can I take it? That bravery comes there. You know, a lantern, a lantern doesn't show us the full way ahead, but it just shows us enough light to take that next step. And taking that next step becomes bravery. All those places where I have fear, I will take the next step. So if I'm a person who has fear of heights, let me go to the first floor and stand in the balcony, do box breathing there, and come back. If it is the 8th floor, stand in the balcony, do box breathing there, and come back. Small, small steps of being brave. An athlete in Olympics final 400 meters dash, when they are taking their position and the revolver is about to shoot off, they— it's not that they don't feel fear or nervousness, they don't let it become a bound. I am nervous and I'm still going to perform. Imagine at Olympics, these people are standing with the champions of the world. The 10, 12 who are standing this side of the start line are not just ordinary runners, they are champions of the world. And when I'm competing with champions, imagine the pressure. Nervousness is bound to happen, but my immediate next statement is, I am still going to perform. That's bravery. So whenever faced with fear, take the next step. Be brave. Sometimes if I have to tell Narain something, I am brave. But what happens is, I have so much strength in me to deal with a person at any level. Can you imagine giving a presentation to APJ and then coming out? But that's the next step I will take. And I know I haven't looked back after that. The next step in spite of fear is brave. Be brave. That means I am taking the seven sessions next so I am really enjoying this Let's go to the next point How's the Josh? Hi sir, hi ma'am, no hi Joe How's the Josh? Hi Joe, wow wow wow Next point. What if this is a blessing? Point number six. What if this is a blessing? All of us have watched a bow and arrow competition. Sometimes we've done that. तो bow and arrow is an is a very regular thing that we've noticed, but when I had that bow stretched arrow stretched on my bow and I really want to hit the target, I pull it a little more behind to create as much pressure on it possible. And then when I release it, it goes with maximum velocity towards the target. When I'm pushed back, sometimes it's not that I'm pushed back, but I'm coming, taking a few steps back to gather my velocity and then move ahead with a lot of speed. So when there are setbacks in life, there are failures in life, the obvious question to come is, why me? The intelligent question to ask is, what if this is a blessing? What if this is a bliss? A failure, a rejection, a disappointment, a negative comment by somebody. No matter what I do, people don't recognize my efforts. Every time I adjust to difficult situations, understand my bow is being pulled a little back. And then when it's let go, I will go and hit the target in bullseye. That's what setbacks do to us. So the question should never be, why me? The question should be, what if this is a blessing? 2 nights back, my health was a little low. Naren and I were speaking. We generally speak at the end of the day to fill each other with what's happened in the day. And I was a little teary, so he asked me, "कुछ ज़्यादा हो रहा है क्या?" And I promptly replied, "I have to take the session and I have to take that point. What if this is a blessing?" So many times, you know, when there are things which are not okay, I look up at the sky and say, "कितना push करना है ना करो." I mean, give me the maximum and I'll bounce back. That power to bounce back comes with a simple statement. What if this is a blessing? And that should be one of the most important weapons in our arsenal. We cannot control what happens to us, but we definitely can control what we do to what happens to us. So in face of any or every disaster, the question will be question will be, what if this is— this is— what if this is— what if this is a blessing? It changes the perspective. It reframes the entire situation. It gives me the mental space to think of possibilities. Remember the rabbit? He could have thought of that Probable way to defeat the lion, only probably because of reframing. And the reframing happens when I ask this question, what if this is a blessing? Next, point number 7. Value your time. Baba, if we learn from tufan, it becomes tofa. Very nice, Suraj! You're on a roll today. Very, very nice. The next point is value your time. All of us have 24 hours in a day. Some of us maximize the time, some of us minimize it with a lot of distractions. I'm able to do a lot in my life versus I'm able to do very little in my life. Depends upon how I value my time. I have 168 hours in a week. Even if I remove an average 10 hours every day, sleep, get up, bath, this, that, 70 hours gone. I still have how many remaining?
50.
27.
27. Harshan, even if I do all the things that are required with from me, I still have 27 hours. Even if I want to binge every day on Instagram for 1 hour, I still have 20 hours. I take 10% contingency, I still have 10 hours remaining. Those 10 hours in the week, if I can consistently focus on developing myself, I would have done everything possible. And what can that development be? Probably is possibility thinking, applying one of these 10 rules. Go back to any of the sessions, pick up one rule. That's developing myself— language development, skill development, relationship development, spending time with family. If I systematically value my time, I have time for everything. I don't have to give up on fun in life. I can have all the fun and I can have all the results. One child whom I look up— looked at right from when he was 3 years old when I met him for the first time and say, this child is a rock-solid rock star, he is going to stun people, is Neeraj Goel Dadi. He's my brother, that's a different thing, but I love you, Neeru. I have seen this combination working brilliantly well. He has time for friends, he has time for his Fun. He has time for his football. He works really, really hard through his school life. We have never had to even once take care of Neeraj's padai or friends' fight or whatever. Self-sufficient. Of course, he has enough time for his wife also now, and they have a brilliant time together. Overall development, and he's developed into such a rock-solid individual. All credit goes to Neeraj for this. All credit, and I always tell Before ओम was born, I would say मेरे को बच्चा हुआ तो नीरज जैसा होना चाहिए। Valuing his time and doing everything together, and that what makes an individual a rock star. So I must value my time. God can give different talents to different people, different intelligence to different people, different opportunities to different If I don't use anything else but use my time properly, that enough is enough. That one thing is enough to help me lead a great life. I cannot emphasize less on valuing our time. I will give my time to my friends, but what is important will not suffer. Right now, if it is my study time and a friend's birthday party, I should be able to balance both together. Everything should happen. Now, how to balance it is possibility thinking that we've already discovered. Be the rabbit for some time, think of the possibilities, and do both together. But at the end of the day, ना जब मेरा final exam काल है ना, मैं ऐसे ही मेरा time कहाँ चला गया? I'll give my best I'll ask what if this is a bliss? So that is valuing our time. At the end of the day, did I invest enough time to develop myself? And that can be probably ten minutes a day. Box breathing is developing myself on a daily basis. Even if I do box breathing for five minutes every day. That consistent development happens. Here, let's take 1 minute. What is it that you do to develop yourself consistently? How is it that you value your time? I would like to hear a couple of you. How do you value your time? Exercise every day. Brilliant, very nice. Regular yoga. Regular yoga. Reading. To value our time, we don't have to climb Mount Everest. It's on these simple daily activities but done without fail. Reading fifteen minutes. Very nice. Make a plan and stick to it. Brilliant. FTF and FTR my favorite. Gratitude journal. Wonderful, Veer. Wonderful. Writing Writing my thoughts. Very nice, very nice. Journaling, brilliant. Planning. And then we'll be able to see the difference between our days. The days we do it, we sleep with a smile. The days we don't, सुहेल, another word हाँ? It's a little history. Yesterday in a other meeting, I used And growing yourself in the field we are. Absolutely, upgrading ourselves. Do important work first and then less important work and then sit with Insta. Wow wow wow Sakina very nice. मतलब you take your daily dose of Insta compulsorily. जरूरी है we have to be up to date with the world. Goal setting very nice. I don't know how they catch the algorithm. So night ten minutes is my time with Insta and I only listen to सिंधी डायलॉग्स। Come other day I will do mimicry and show you. My mimicry skills are good. So when we have a picnic or something, I'll do that and show it to you. Let's move ahead. Next point. How many done? Five or six or seven? Seven done? मतलब वो hundred percent and a little more वाला है ना? Next point, consistently break your comfort zone. Consistently break your comfort zone. Something new is happening. We're going to be with a group, break some comfort zones, be in front of people. Every time we do something new, something little more than what we are capable or comfortable with, it adds a lot of excitement in life. Life becomes something that we look forward to. Somebody who's saying, "Now मेरे को बहुत bore हो गया," they are very settled in their comfort zone. So if the word bore comes multiple times in our day, it's a sign to show us we are absolutely in the comfortable zone. We need to consistently do something. To break our comfort zone? Can we travel to a new place, meet new people, have new conversations? In the school, there are 800 students in a full-fledged school. Can I pick up one child from another class and talk to them, just find out who they are? Simple act of breaking the comfort zone. Learn a new skill. Why shy away? And once we start developing breaking the comfort zone, that becomes our expanded comfort zone, and that's what is very important. How more can we expand our comfort zone, that much more we will be able to perform. One small act of breaking comfort zone expands our circle of strength and comfort, so that should be done. See, let's go back to the point about appreciating one person daily. That's also breaking comfort zone. Today I'll find something brilliant in Kalyani and appreciate. Tomorrow with Aushu, the day after with Tara. I keep looking for people and finding the good. That's also complete breaking the comfort zone. So on a daily basis, one act of breaking comfort zone. And if daily I develop the act of breaking that barrier, then I become a very strong person. Last Sunday we discussed this one point called cold finisher. Every time you take a shower, last two mugs of water on you or last thirty seconds of water on your body from the shower should be cold water. Cold water in winter also. I've shifted from 47 years of warm water bath to absolute cold water bath in the last six months. And my productivity has gone up multifold. At twelve o'clock in the night also I'm sitting with my iPad and coming up with some sessions with the idea, some ideas for the session. Not feeling tired. So do mention in the class, become somebody who can easily do cold finisher. Two mugs of cold water, After legs explore every single day cold water. Brilliant Rashida. So do one uncomfortable thing regularly. Because every time we move out of the comfort zone, our comfort zone becomes bigger. Next, my favorite: never put anyone down. Never put any wonder? It seems one of the disciples of Buddha was a very rich businessman, and you ask, and he had those luxuries with him. There's a little cunning also in his mind. So one of the days, he gets a personal audience with Buddha, and he asks I can be somebody who puts down people, or I can be somebody who lifts people. When I lift people, in the process I lift myself also. And one simple statement of encouragement can be the turning point in somebody's life. Sometimes when we are more talented, we have more achievements within the friend circle. There are times when we you know, मैं तो मस्ती कर रहा था किसी को comment मार, but that comment might stay with that person for a lifetime. A person like me who's on a little heavy side decides I definitely want to start running, and if somebody tells me, "ए तेरा body के साथ नहीं हो सकता." It might put down my confidence totally. But if Poppy tells me, "बेटा इसके लिए next year नहीं इस December तक कर लें," for me that's enough of an encouragement. Then he doesn't have to push me in that direction also. I have self-started my practice. That one small statement of encouragement can help people go along. So if I'm a person who has sarcasm quite often, before I say it, hold yourself back and turn it into appreciation. But never put anyone down. I am better than you has to change to you can become better too. I am better than you has to change to you can become better too. That's a must whenever we are dealing with people. Sometimes putting others down comes from personal sense of insecurity. I know I'm not good enough, hence I put people down. When I consistently break my comfort zones, that insecurity goes away and I can help encourage people. So appreciate people daily and also ask myself, who can I encourage this Say my mother at home cannot use the Uber app. I turn around and say, I'm telling my mother you're not capable. If I sit with her and say I will train you, if it takes fifteen days I will do that. But help her to use that app or Porter or Zomato. Most of the youngsters have this issue with their parents. Technology blackout. Some parents can't. My mother can't put DP, so we laugh about it at home. I attempt to help her every time. She also laughs about it, but we don't put her down. So I encourage somebody with small and big acts regularly. We're going to do something brilliant after just when KMM is about to close for the entire fraternity, and we will announce it. I will request Narain to announce it on the 20th when we meet face to face, and that time So hold on to this one thing. Encourage one person regularly, and let's come to the last point. Yes, last. The last point is धमाल करो। Just day before yesterday, we received a feedback from a teacher in one of the schools saying that y'all are going really, y'all are doing really good work. Nowadays, the children are really pressurized and stressed, and we look forward to your sessions. Now, this is a school which didn't give us 2 sessions to start with, okay, a few years back. And consistently, Tahera and Rita Jaitwani, your efforts have paid off. This feedback has come from Dastur Girls High School, which happens to be my school. They are very conducive in appreciation. We have always said Very confused. So this coming from दस्तुर स्कूल टीचर, the speakers there मुकुलिका, सुनीता अडवाणी, रश्मि खंडेलवाल one shout out to you for this. Coming from दस्तुर स्कूल means a lot and she said children are very pressurized. My question is, why pressure while studying? Can I be happy and still get good marks? Can I be happy and still perform well? Can I be happy and still become successful? Can I be happy and still give multiple exams? Yes, I can, when I learn to enjoy small moments on a daily basis. Small, small moments on a daily basis, and these moments come as a surprise package. Today morning, Siona gave one of that to us. Thank you, Siona, so much. Really appreciate. मतलब that रवादो was ultimate, ultimate today morning. Small moments, really enjoyed it. I, for me, yesterday, last Sunday, This 4-and-a-half-year-old Kaira comes and sits next to me, my niece. She's got a plastic ring in her hand, and I was telling her a story, and she loved the story. So she came, she sat next to me, she hugged me, and she comes and she kneels down in front of me, gives me the ring, and says, will you marry me? I'm like, oh my God! But the 4-and-a-half— she would have seen it in some Peppa Pig or something somewhere, and she would have caught it. The beauty is a four and a year old has caught this idea that somebody does something loving towards you, you would want to marry them. I mean, it's For me that is epic. I mean, the last whole week that memory has been a part which has been giving me so much joy. अभी अगर आप लोग life school office आओगे ना पिछले दो हफ्तों से और अगर अगले आठ दिन मतलब every minute of mine is going star of the future session session tracking this that it's rotating by the time I go home ना brain fog हो जाता है और मैं जो नए घर में shift हो गई हूँ ना वो घर में मुझे buy नहीं मिली है तो imagine a thousand square feet house पोचा मैं कर रही हूँ झाड़ू मैं कर रही हूँ बर्तन मैं कर रही हूँ कपड़े मैं कर रही हूँ session ले रही हूँ PhD proposal दे रही हूँ tracking कर रही हूँ star of the future sometimes it becomes like oh my god And there, if some child like this comes and says, "Will you marry me?" I mean, it is like, oh wow! Small moments in life we should be able to enjoy it. And when I sit next to the windowsill having my cup of chai. I can imagine the sunlight enriching. Those 2 minutes are more than enough for me in the morning, filling myself with so much joy. In the evenings, when we are going home, just before the session— Narayan has his classes in the evening Mondays and Thursdays— and some of those days when I'm very udar, one say, I treat him with sitaphal milkshake. And the joy that I see on his face when he drinks that milkshake, one of those days when I know that he— I really want to pamper. That joy is small moments. Teasing Aditya about anything and everything under the sun is my joy or moment of joy. So I can identify and every day create memories. That is धमाल करो। धमाल करो does not mean stand at the chalk at 12 o'clock in the night on the car to celebrate your friend's birthday with loud music. That is not damal. That is irresponsible, uncivic behavior. But planning a surprise 12:00 visit to somebody's house who has a birthday, ringing the bell and having a large set of balloons when they open the door and wishing them happy birthday— definitely some way to do damal. Every day, can I enjoy small moments of life? I don't have to wait for big joys to come, but every day, धमाल. When I enjoy the journey, then the destination becomes even more brilliant. And that's how we do Dhamal on a daily basis. So today I have given all of you And you will like it थोड़ा intelligence मेरा that X ना is also denoting ten and ten seems to be a perfect आदि, this is moment of joy for me. My moment of joy. I'm going to sleep in the night thinking Do everything exceptionally well. Genuine appreciation. Find the rose, not the thorns. Help at home. Build your character. Others' point of view, understand. Be brave, take the next step. What if this is a blessing? Reframe. Value your time, invest it. Break your comfort zone, keep growing. Never put anyone down. Be a lifter, not a pusher down. And धमाल करो, live with energy and happiness on a daily basis. ये दस कदम is that arsenal of ten pointers which can become my guiding principles in life, and these ten can help me be an absolute achiever. But if I ask you Look at these pointers थोड़ा पन्ने पलटिए आगे पीछे उतना थोड़ा effort लीजिए and then I want you to write down any three points which you will definitely definitely implement. Any three points, and if we can wear also. So for me, breaking my comfort zone in the area of fitness is one definite goal for the next six months. For me, enjoy small moments of life is definitely every day मजा आ गया होना चाहिए because with the goals of KMM work is only going to increase not decrease. And I do not want to suffer the process. I want to really love the process every day. For me, be brave is going to be another thing which I need to implement. Reaching 20 lakh students is not going to be just easy. It is going to give me my moments of doubt and fear. I want to have that torch with me which shows me the— just the next step. So what are those 3 areas where you'll definitely, definitely implement, and specifically which pointers? I want to listen to at least 5-6 people speaking briefly about this, and then we will close the session. So the last part of the session is Das Ka Dam, summarizing the 10 points, the volunteers themselves explaining what are the 3 points that they have taken as a commitment and where. And then taking sharings from the students. So before I go to the sharing, I'll just revise the entire session. One, part one, review and box breathing. Part two, discuss about inspiration, failure. Is failure the enemy? And excuses is the real enemy. Part three, the X factor from excuse to X factor and the ten pointers. Talk to them about X and X excuses वाला X to दस का दम वाला X. Explain about your three pointers and ask them about their three pointers. Very simple, easy to do session. And now let me listen to is it Jessica or Purushottam?
I am going to implement be brave, value my time, consistently break my comfort zones, and appreciate someone daily.
Brilliant, brilliant. ये be brave is it any specific area पुशोता?
Pushing myself for going ahead with my exercises and all which I am missing and 21 kilometers
Beautiful, very nice, brilliant. Wish you all the best and I'm with you along with you by the side for this.
Definitely, definitely। Okay।
Love you। Of course। Value your time and small happiness. Small happiness, isn't it lovely? Small happiness, very nice. Thank you, thank you. But I'll be brave. बिल्कुल बिल्कुल है आपका नाम है थैंक यू थैंक यू थैंक यू मुकुल हैप्पी मॉर्निंग जो हैप्पी मॉर्निंग the first part is कमाल करेंगे and I promise to exercise every day without any excuse and hundred giving my hundred percent थोड़ा इधर उधर हो जाता है आधा घंटा का 25 मिनट्स हो जाता है, so I will not do that. दूसरा value my time. I will guard my time with my life. Second is दमाल करो, which I miss a lot. I I do not enjoy the small moments of life. I postpone them. I will not do them.
Yes.
Can I can I say something more for a minute? Of course. I've been listening, I've been taking KMM sessions for so many years. But for this session, I would say this is just amazing. Every single point which you have taken out of all these 10 points, each point can be implemented every day. Yeah, without any time, extra time, or extra efforts. It's just that you understand what this is and it becomes a part of your life. So this is too good. Thanks. Thank you. And all, all my thanks to Naren for guiding us so well. I mean, I really trouble him for making the sessions, but he presents— he makes me think about it in such a way that it becomes so easy to deliver for all of us. Of course. Along with you, lot of thanks to Narain sir. Of course. But वो तो है ही हाँ of course. But क्या है ना अभी सीखा है ना appreciate one person generally तो मैं वो implement करूँगी मैंने भी कर दिया thank you thank you पद्मिनी Hello, happy morning, Jo. Happy morning. Excellent session and the 10 pointers that you have given. I am very glad to say the 5 I'm already doing and I'm very happy today that I'm part of the journey. And the 4 I've identified where I need to really do it better. That is, first is others' point of view, which will definitely help to understand the others' perspective and build the relations better. Very good. In all respect and value your time. As you rightly said, even you have 10 hours extra in a week, you can definitely put them for something to develop yourself or something fruitful. So excellent idea to do and consistently breaking your comfort zone, very important because when we are at comfort zone, we will never think of doing anything new or learning new. And the last one I would like to implement and do it, never put anyone down. Because of some constraint, of course we keep the promises, but because of some constraint, if we are not fulfilling that particular promise, at least be generous to let them know. Absolutely, absolutely. Thank you for the opportunity, Joe. Thank you. And just because she's brought in, never put somebody down. I must tell, if you have children at home and whatever age they are, 18, 19, 27, 8, 6, Five, please let's guard our communication because every time we say It becomes a scar in their mind. We don't actually put them down, but that remains as a scar. And I have seen it personally happening in my family with my brother, and it's so difficult to now break, you know, wipe off those scars away. So especially with children around us, whatever their age be. This one thing is a must to follow. Bharti? Yeah, excellent session. Uh, thank you. We have been part of Life School since so many years, but these sessions remind that somewhere something we are not following since we are learning. So for me, it goes others' point of view. I do put an effort in understanding others' point of view. But there are time when I take it personally. I think I will check on that always. Value my time. I used to think when childrens were growing up, I need to give time. I think now they are adults. I need not give them the time. I think I should just move ahead. आ गया तो it's a blessing जैसे points में हैं। So value my time for my work, my health. And my surroundings, and you gave brilliant example of Neeraj. He gives time for so many things personally. So I will see अगर नीरज से थोड़ा मैं सीख लूँ तो and I think I think he is going to surpass all of us few years down the line when we look back. He is going to be the best one in the family. Yeah, proud to be his mother. Yeah, and I'm very proud of him. Uh, and the third one is memory, creating memory and enjoying the small moments. I do take pics and enjoy and put it up. I think I'll continue doing that, which gives me happiness. Absolutely, absolutely. That's it. Thank you. All the best. We'll listen to Anuradha, Seema, Ramanjit, Siona, and then I'll hand over Anuradha?
Yeah, good morning, Zoh.
Good morning. Happy morning.
I'm sitting here in Lucknow as I had told you my because of my both the parents and your session has been a great motivation for me because it's a lot of pressure here my father in ICU my mother bedridden and and there's a lot of pressure at home. So आपका सेशन ना or when you speak and when Naren speaks I definitely listen to it. And sometimes, many times it reminds of my life journey which I have been following and somewhere down the line you keep forgetting it, you keep skipping the thing. So here it goes. I need to break my comfort zone and value my time. It both of things are related to with me I take pics with my father, I take pics with my mother and I try to talk with them. So I am trying to create memories and enjoying every moment, trying to make them happy. And third is, be brave. At this difficult time, it's bound to fight with each other because somebody goes into panic attack, somebody goes into anxiety. And me keeping cool in that, trying to make them understand and also trying to appreciate my brother. So एक चीज मैं कहना चाहूँगी कि जो आपने बोला था ना कि break your comfort zone ये मैं हमेशा से करती आई हूँ when I landed up with my cervical myopathy I had suddenly started developing the fear of height और आप believe नहीं करोगे कि मैं हमेशा से ऐसी ही थी मेरा सोच ही यही था कि मेरी मम्मी बोलती थी कि एक problem खत्म नहीं होती तो दूसरी प्रॉब्लम के लिए तैयार खड़ी होती है। I used to tell I want to handle you and all over a period of time I forgot all that. So when I started developing fear of height, I started taking flights from Delhi to Lucknow. My Delhi Lucknow is my place and I was posted in Delhi. So you won't believe for every small leave I started flying from flight from Delhi to Lucknow just to get away. From that fear of height, Because I was into my—
How wonderful! And maybe wish your parents good health and recovery.
Thank you. Yeah, thank you. So great session, Joe. And although I'm not there, I'm not participating physically, but my heart really goes for both you and Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Let's listen to. Thank you, Seema. Yeah, happy morning, Joe. Happy morning, everyone. Happy. A wonderful session. Thank you. A lot of learnings, lot of recalling the stuff which we were doing. So as you said, that repetition helps in better learning.
Yes.
So yeah, value my time. Is one thing which I'm— I know that I'm not valuing it, but purposefully I'm not doing it. I don't know, it's not happening. But now when I've written it down, definitely I'm, uh, hoping that it will happen. Genuine appreciation is the second point, which like I think I give appreciation, but it is not everyday basis. I don't mindfully—
I don't recall or say that, okay, I have done it or not.
So it comes naturally, but then yeah, now I will be more mindful to it. Uh, recent time, like my third point is what if this is a blessing? So currently the situation, it's like every day I started cribbing. I never used to crib for anything, and person like, uh, I used to enjoy a lot every moment, but suddenly right now I started cribbing.
Now I want to change that phase to what if this is a blessing?
Wonderful, wonderful. All the best.
Yeah, thank you, thank you so much. And with that, when I said like, uh, uh, the small movement to enjoy, which was like I was doing it right now, I just forgot it somewhere.
I'm not enjoying, or maybe I'm not feeling— maybe I'm enjoying but I'm not feeling that happiness coming from inside. Maybe, I don't know what exactly it is, but I will like Now put my efforts in finding out happiness in small small things. One yeah thank you thank you so much. Ramal एकदम brief फटाफट yes yes जो मैम नहीं जो सबसे पहला point है others point of view क्योंकि people pleaser category में थी तो लोगों को यही कहती थी कि नहीं कोई बात नहीं अच्छा मैं सब चीजें लेती हूँ पर मैं अंदर से वो काफी बुरा feel करती तो really I will try to understand second is value your time ये इसमें बड़ा lag करती हूँ अब नहीं करूँगी not at all दूसरा है break your comfort zone यहाँ पे mic on करके बोलना बहुत जगह पे बोलती हूँ पर यहाँ पे पता नहीं क्यों डर लगता था तो आज ही break किया comfort zone तो ऐसे जितने भी comfort zone हैं वो break करूँगी thank you thank you thank you सियोना हेतल who is it yeah me हाय सियोना एकदम ब्रीफ पटा पट। okay so again it's a very mixed like bag of lots for me because some places I mean in every only three points only three points yeah three sentences so then three sentence in all of these points some places I'm successful but the other places I lack second sentence mainly it is No, mainly where I'm successful is helping home at daily. I subs, I cut subsidies every day. Tiona, three points which you will implement. Yeah, third point is where I will implement. Okay, so the third point where I'll implement is कहाँ गया? हाँ, where I will implement is valuing my time and I think कमाल करो and दमाल करो both go. Hand in hand for me. That's all. Thank you. Thank you, Karuna ji. I will request you to put please put it in the message because now I want to wind up the session. So this is how we complete the session with sharings. I'm looking forward to each one of us enjoying the sessions. Next Saturday we are having Star of the Future. So we are going to definitely have a lot of धमाल and कमाल. All of us who are going to be present there looking forward to a great time. 20 September, the last session is a face-to-face session in Boat Club. That is going to be the cherry on the cake. This is not the best session yet. Wait for the last one to come for this year. I'm really looking forward to it, wanting to see each one of you there, and we might do some garba also at the end of the session just to celebrate completion of 7 sessions. So looking forward to the next 2 weeks with you all. Love you so much. Have a great time. And now handing over to Naren for the last closing. Thank you so much.
Thank you, Joe.
Thank you.
Been a wonderfully taken session. Congratulations.
Really well done. Thank you.
Love the way the X factor has, uh, fallen into place. I know the kind of effort you have taken to make this session. Brilliant work. On a lighter note, I think Bido Kaira might have just completed a deep longing when she says, "Will you marry me?" Have it all. And, uh, we, we have also realized, uh, what would be the best way to celebrate your birthday? Uh, people coming on your door 12 o'clock in the night with large balloons.
No way, no way.
We heard you suggesting that as a very beautiful way of doing Dhamal.
Yeah, I'm going to Manali on my birthday.
But in public, 200 people have heard that idea. Uh, July 10th is a very beautiful day where you were born. I have GPS tracking of your phone, so wherever you are on this planet, we will know about it. I don't know, I don't know, I'm just saying. You know, they say that to create a complicated idea is easy and to create a simple idea is very complicated. I really believe that all the 10 points that we have discussed today, each one of us will be able to implement. For me, What stands out as the most powerful realization as Joe and me were discussing this session is, failure is not the enemy, excuses are. And I think I'll hold on to this statement for the rest of my life. Failure is not the enemy, excuses are. Fear of failure is a disguise in which our excuses very beautifully hide. Fear of failure is a disguise. It's not a fact, right? It's a disguise. Fear of failure is a disguise. Is my voice not clear to everybody?
Yes sir, it's not that loud. It's very less.
Not loud. How?
The volume is slow, sir.
I think if all of us can hold on to that statement that fear of failure is a disguise in which our excuses very beautiful फुली हाइड है, है ना हम बोल सकते हैं कि शायद फेल हो गए तो, but उसके पीछे एक्सक्यूज़ है कि शायद डिसिप्लिन नहीं बनना है, शायद सीखना नहीं है, शायद कंफर्ट ज़ोन नहीं ब्रेक करना है, ये जो एक्सक्यूज़ेज़ हैं ना हमारे, I think all of these excuses hide behind what we understand as fear of failure. So I'm convinced after we created this session that ये हम जो fear of failure, fear of failure, fear of failure की इतनी बात करते हैं ना, वो disguise है। Let me go back to the beginning of the session when Joe spoke about who inspires you, and you will find people who have done extraordinary things in life have failed more than you and me. Everybody who's done extraordinary things in life, every one of them has failed more than you and me. Like it's so brilliant. Ronaldo has scored the maximum goals in football, and Ronaldo is the person who has failed in converting the maximum penalties ever in the world. तो जब आपको मालूम है कि the path of greatness is filled with failures. It cannot be the fear of failure which stops us. It is some excuse about commitment, some excuse about breaking comfort zones, some excuse about learning, some excuse. So it's so brilliant. Either in life you will develop your excuse factor, or in life you will develop the X factor. So, जो पुरुषोत्तम सियोना, all of us would realize that we need to become much fitter than what we are today. Now it's such an interesting thing. What is our excuse? Busy. I can't stay away from tasty food. Excuse, है ना? So either your life will be developing your X factor, or the story of our life will be developing the excuse factor. Since Betu spoke about shairi, let me complete today's session with a shairi. Now there is a shair called Hosh John Puri. He writes this. और जैसे इंसान खुदा बदलते रहता है ना, वैसे ही हम या तो एक्सक्यूज़ बदलते रहेंगे, और you and me will develop our X factor. There is something called X men, X woman who are supposed to be having superpowers. May you find your superpower, and may through that superpower you have the ability to destroy, decimate, disintegrate every excuse which appears inside your mind. On Saturday, in Star of the Future, we are going to celebrate people who don't give excuses, but people who stretch themselves and create records. May you also be that person. Who does not tolerate excuses, who just stretches yourself, defeats every excuse, and the world will look at you and say, "इसका कुछ तो X factor है." And now you know, thanks to today's session, there are ten things that you can do to create your X factor. So this is not just a motivation session or inspiring session. Come on, you can make it begin like. It also gives you. The weapons, the arsenals, the tools, the frameworks, the statements, the convictions, practices with which you can actually develop your X factor. So may you live your life with this complete realization: fear is not the enemy, failure is not the enemy, resources are not the enemy. It is my excuses Which are my enemies. Looking forward to a super fit Purushottam, looking forward to a super fit Siona, and looking forward to all of us living a super fit life. Thank you so much, darlings. Love you all. And Bedu, thanks for the great session.
