So part one A is box breathing, B is recap. Let's see session So this time the recap session is going to be a quiz of eighteen questions for the class. So that's part B of part one. You need not write down the questions. It's all there in the PDF, and that PDF will be sent to you. This time is the only time you are allowed to carry a paper inside the class. You can read out these questions from that sheet so that we don't forget. So that PDF also I'll send on the group. You all can please take an individual printouts. Hundred on hundred? Hundred on hundred. Now that's good. Our circumstances do not define us. Our dash do and these are your four options. Brilliant. Ten on ten. Umpire Kishan. Was known for this one philosophy of never rushing. Choice compass. Fill in the blanks. See? H O I C E Who am I? I always think what if things go wrong? Which one am I? चिंता मैंने Very good, very good. Complete the sentences. Whenever Chintamani wakes up, I do three things. One is given. Two you have to tell me. What is A and what is C? Very good, very good. Next question: Your friend hasn't replied to your message for three hours. Your mind immediately says he's angry with me. What should you do before jumping to conclusions? Assume he is angry. Keep thinking. Ask yourself what's the bird eye. Decide that he's deliberately doing it. What are the four types of people in Koki Quadrant? Champion, people pleaser, critic, and cynic. What kind of communication does a champion have? Positive outside, positive inside. Can you tell me a few qualities of a champion? Upload and download fast Self motivated, brilliant people enjoy working with them. Specifically to our session, हाँ संगीता? Tops up others and tops up himself. Let's move on to the next. Performance is equal to daily dash क्या है? Right dash into daily practice. If you have a board in the class, you can write the options on the board as well. That will be nice. By the way, some of you are brilliantly using the boards in the classroom. I see the photographs and it's very nice. If online Priya Darshini from Bangalore is watching, every session the board is made brilliantly well. So Priyadarshan, if you're there, kudos to you. Full form of FTF? FTR? Uh, the takeoff question. Complete this: you don't win in the examination hall, you win— win before you begin. Complete this: zen. A five percent chance, उज्जवला this is for you, specially thinking of you. A five percent chance is infinitely better than zero, giving up, not doing it at all. There'll be multiple. When faced with the wall, I choose. When faced with the wall, a difficult wall, I choose. To fight the wall, to give up, use possibility thinking. What is the real enemy? Excuses. Excuse factor goes to and X stands for Excellence. अभी आपके जो pen और paper है ना, उसपे next तीन questions का जवाब लिखेंगे one question at a time and I would like to listen to a few. This is called the memory blast section. Okay? ये नाम बोलना आप class में क्योंकि these kids really like it. The next three questions is memory blast. Pankaj Modani is looking at me very angrily. Any three X factors that you live by? पहले तीन लिखिए let's Even understand if you remember, और वो तीन लिखिए। Anybody three? But I want to know what you've lived by in the pasts. Session from the day we took the session to now, not just the ones you remember. So if you've lived by one, say one which चलेगा। Yes, Amul. Be brave, brilliant, very nice, very nice. Yes, Shweta. Value your time, brilliant. Yes, Tasneem. Absolutely, absolutely. Tejal, very nice. You're looking very beautiful today. Satish, what if this is a blessing? For me also, Satish, for the past 3 weeks now, this has been in the background. What if this is the blessing? Never let down anyone, Yogeshwar. So the last question shows us we still have fifteen days to live by one of the X factors so that we can go in the class and say it with conviction. So all the best for that. Hmm? So this is part two. Now we'll have part three. So part one is box breathing. Part two is your recap. Now part three. Let me begin with something that I have heard from Naren a few times. Some of you also would have heard this. But repetition is always good to reinforce what we do as learnings. In a desert, there was a caravan, and this caravan is moving from one place to other continuously. After one of those travels, they settled down near a beach, and after a few days of staying there, the next day they are supposed to leave from there and carry on their journey. The night before leaving, one of the guys who's sitting by the beach hears a voice, and the voice tells him, "Pick up as many seashells as possible. Pick up as many seashells as possible. You will be glad and sad in the future." He just says that. This man gets a little scared. Petrified, he goes to the leader of the caravan and he says, this is a prophecy that I have heard. What should I do? So the leader gathers the entire caravan and says, this friend of ours has listened to these words. Something must be there for us. So let's collect those seashells. Some collect a few to fit the pocket, some collect to fit the bag, some collect a lot to fit it in the luggage, some ignore it. And next day morning they get up and continue their journey. As they continue their journey, after a few days they again settle down at some place and that time they open their bags and what do they find? The shells have turned into pearls, precious stones. Those who had a few in the pocket are a little sad. First a little glad and then a little sad. Those who didn't take at all, very sad. Those who took lots, very glad. But the end of it, all have become— all of them become a little sad because they realize that beach that they left had millions of seashells there, and there's so much that we would have collected. Sometimes learning is also just like that. First 6 sessions of Keep Moving Movement in the classroom, There were hundreds of shells that were discussed. Some of us picked some, some of us implemented some. So for some, it is precious stones, and for some of us, when we look back today, we are a little sad. So now comes the time to see: do we have the shells with us first? Have we converted it into stones? Or 3, there are enough possibilities to convert it into precious stones in the future. So what we're going to do now is we're going to do a very honest assessment of ourselves. This year we made an assessment form which we want the students to fill up where they rate themselves on the pointers discussed inside the classroom implementable before the session and after the session. Now when we do it over here, let's take a little time. So we will distribute the sheets with you right now. I'll read out a question. Let's not be in a hurry to fill up. Let's actually think is इधर कितना हुआ है and then we'll fill those pointers up and then we'll continue the feedback form. About the feedback form, after we completed, I have something brilliant to tell you. But let's first do the exercise. So team, can we have the feedback form please? Ashu, can we have it on the screen? Does everybody have a sheet? So before we go into the questions, we'll just look at the sheet overall, okay? Are you, are you all with me? So initially we are just taking the name, school, and division. We don't want the phone numbers, we don't want the email IDs because that's not allowed. Most of the schools don't like it, so please do mention— just have your name there, the school, and the division. That is a must. Then these are 10 questions and these are the rating scales. So it is very low, 1, 2, 3, low, 4, 5, sometimes, 6, 7, getting better, 8, 9, getting strong, And ten very strong. So if Tasneem says धमाल करो, I know that her husband was in the hospital, and yet she goes and takes the session. She truly lives by it. I will do my duties brilliantly well. And that not just for one session, two sessions consecutively. That's very very sweet Tasneem. Thank you for setting an example. So for धमाल करो, she will write ten. But for some of us, if you're just getting there, then probably it is four and five. For certain things like win before you begin, I might do it in nine places but not do it in two places. Then I rate myself accordingly. Then the form has three more questions. Rashida, can you read out the questions for me please? Which PM question? Brilliant. So it's a very simple quantitative question— qualitative question. The next is absolutely— so first is the session, second is a statement or metaphor or story, and third Absolutely. So we also want to know according to them what are the other sessions which are important so that next year we can start preparing it accordingly. So now we will go through the questions. I'll read out the question and we'll take a little pause. Give yourself the right pointers and then we'll go ahead. Shall we start with the first question? When I face difficult situations, I pause before I react. So before KMM, how many marks? After KMM, how many? Don't go to the next one, just be there. See, if you've written the marks also, now just take 2 seconds and analyze. Is this the right one, or do we Need to change a little. Shall we go to the second? Before making an important choice, I think about its consequences and whether I will be proud of it later. You can mark yourself. Before making an important choice, I think about its consequences and whether I will be proud of it later. Let's go to the third. When my mind starts worrying, I claim myself, I calm myself and focus on what matters right now. Let's scan the last 15 days. How many times have been— we've been worried and how many times we've been able to implement this? Let's go to the next one. I am careful about the way I talk to myself and talk about other people. I, I skipped one. Okay, when something goes wrong, I can notice— that's the one, right? I can notice what is still going right and look for possibilities. Next, I am careful about the way I talk to myself and talk about other people. Shall we move ahead? Next one. When I make a mistake or something goes wrong, I choose a better next sentence instead of putting myself and others down. Next one: I prepare properly for important things instead of waiting until the last moment. And I must tell you, this feedback form was ready after the X Factor session on Tuesday. So because this question was there, now I had to do it so that I can say it properly. So last week, he complete And this is the first time ever in KMM Last night. So remember the first session कल रात को आराम से एक सीरियल देखके, सीरीज देखके डेढ़ घंटा मतलब that's my cooling off time अच्छे से सो गई। I woke up without an alarm today. I came here आराम से not rushing and I'm absolutely relaxed in the session. So I totally believe in preparing before we begin. Next. When I want to achieve something, I can focus on one thing at a time and practice consistently. And I see Narain doing this brilliantly well. You should see the way he's running. He's run. He's gone for his run and then come for the session. The next one, when I feel stuck, I can zoom out, think at least three options and take the best best next step. I must tell you one thing. Taza taza hua hai is point ko leke. I mean this I'm sharing because it's the KMM team. We have a surprise for you after the towards the culmination of the session for each one of us to take back home as a memory of all the six sessions. The vendor who was supposed to give it to us yesterday at twelve o'clock at two thirty says, "मेरा सेटअप खराब हो गया I can't do it." And Ganpati is in full form, which means we have to run around in city to get things done, arrange for everything. At 4:30 the materials were at our office. Thanks to Swapnil Ganguly here and Aushu. This is the power of a network. मतलब we have not to give up। ये नहीं चल रहा है zoom out, look at the possibilities, but अगर कल session में देना है तो देना है। And some of the volunteers live by this. Bharat, are you here today? Bharat Pithi? But I remember in one of the sessions he was travelling. He came back in the night only for the morning session and flew back again. so that sometimes we display so zoom out think of possibilities and never never give up so ausu and swapnil thanks again for yesterday for reinforcing the statement in our lives and nkmm and the last one when i want to give up or make an excuse i can find my x factor and make an attempt So out of the ten, I find an X factor and make an attempt. Ujwala तेरे लिए eleven X factors होंगे, five percent chance. Ujwala was telling Narain once, Narain आपने जो भी सिखाया है sorry आप ऐसे झगड़ा मत लगा देना please हाँ she's telling Narain मैंने आपने जो सिखाया क्लास में भूल गई हूँ सिर्फ five percent मुझे याद है जो का please let me confess ये सब जो है वो Narain का ही है मैं courier हूँ सिर्फ और beautiful courier हूँ, थोड़ी मस्ती वाली courier हूँ, लेकिन मैं courier हूँ. But nonetheless, love you. Ratings done? Next question करते हैं, and after every question for the three, we will take a few answers. Okay? You must know, Sangeeta takes 122 students at a time in an open assembly hall. So Sangeeta Sancheti, for being consistent to your school, no follow-up required. She goes there and that school has history of changing the dates of the session. But every new date She's there to take the session. Thank you, Sangeeta. And thank you, Yash, for covering her up. Things set in beautifully well. So question number eleven. Which KMM session made the biggest impact on you and why? Writing that why is important in a few words. Yes, Raj. Yes, absolutely, because it helps me to focus on my potentials consistently. Brilliant. Yes, Ujwala. You will. Wish you all the best. Yes, dear. When they come together, that's got difference. Absolutely. I think that is giving feedback, so let's not use it. I think we all are loud enough. Yes, Bharti. Till now, I used to always think it was a pure session, many years back when we had paper. But I think that gave— this last session gave me a shift that it is not pure, it's always like smoothness I give which creates pure movement. Absolutely. So it was a shift which really— I'm excited for it. Very nice. Yes, dear. Madhu, Koki. Absolutely, absolutely. And especially in Koki, because she mentioned, you know, in one of the questions in Koki session, when we are tired, we become cynics or critics. And I've been observing it. So thank you Poppy million times for this quadrant of cooking. It's just just brilliant. Absolutely. Absolutely. The five percent chance is brilliant, and you know keyboard pay. This is something that I noticed after Narin mentioned about five percent you're sharing. कीबोर्ड के ऊपर and I was like this is brilliant. मैंने how come we thought about five percent? It is a session he clicked off well. He shared it with me. He went for a meeting and my eyes fell on the keyboard. So some things are just you know it's it's that epiphany moment. Wow! So five percent, Siona. And Siona, it's brilliant to see you taking up last-minute sessions. And if somebody doesn't turn up, rise up to the occasion, not once but multiple times. So very proud of you, Sienna. Very, very proud of you. I've seen her since she was this much, and to see you as a fully, uh, dabang DWT of mine in the classrooms, it's a very proud feeling. Hanji, shall we move to the next question? Was there a KMM sentence, word, idea that has become a part of your life? And how has it changed you? Yes, Aditya. Absolutely, very nice. Yes, Yash. Correct. Absolutely. Observe the positive, Madhu. Yes. Absolutely. And both of you do that every year in KMM, husband wife. So very, very proud to have both of you. Another couple who's been so consistent, so dedicated. Love you so much. कभी-कभी ना मौका नहीं मिलता है and when they share ना then I can say something तो जितनी तालियाँ हैं ना दीजिए उतना घूम के आएगा आपके पास पे maybe next session maybe जब आप MC कर रहे हो star of the future पता नहीं क्या-क्या है आगे रितेश absolutely ये health expert है ना तो इसको कोकी पसंद नहीं है वो कोकाई बोल रहा है बोलो कोकी मत खाओ it's not good for your health मैं कोकाई बोलूँगा ठीक है but एक दिन हम मैं पुरुषोत्तम इसको ठुस ठुस के खिलाना एक दिन कोकी ठीक है ना फिर वो बोलेगा कोकी ही कोकाई नहीं बोलेगा फिर सेशन के लिए चलेगा done अमिताभ absolutely Absolutely. Your session was on Thursday. He didn't knew I was driving the car in front of him, but I saw him and he has to reach school twenty minutes before. Then I realized nine thirty Then I saw the number। I said अमित आप जा रहे all the best। दिनेश you and then नम्रता, दिनेश? Absolutely. Correct. Absolutely, absolutely. Brilliant, very very nice. Prashant, brilliant. Yes. Pause and decide. Pause and decide. How brilliant, na? चलिए last question thinking about the students. If you are eleven and twelve, eleven and twelve You are in the ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth. What are the three sessions that you think we should take next year? From all our experience over the years, every year we have new sessions, certain messages are interwoven in new sessions also. So this question, let me listen to youngsters, okay? Shriprada, first year in KMM. So which one session which you think we should take next year? Absolutely. So she's saying power of choice definitely to be taken, Gita. Interesting, interesting thought, interesting. Yes, कल्याणी? Correct. Hmm. Absolutely. Absolutely, absolutely. So this substance addiction, there is, uh, AI addiction, digital diet. Okay, the mind map. There are many things which happens, right? How everything happens for a reason. So how to connect and decide like to stay conscious? Because when you do something wrong, you are aware that you are doing something wrong. But there is something you get into belief and then you do it. Brilliant. So see how how the pointers come. See you know we'll just I'll see your form and I'll just move on if you don't mind. So like that, when we are in the classroom, there will be certain such things. No answer is right and wrong. We should listen to quite a few, and then we will decide what to do the next year. But this gathering of this information is very, very important for us to be very relevant next year and the years on. You think it will be easy for the students to do it? That will help the students and give them a little time to reflect and then write. So it is just not saying the question, but when you give your mocks, please prepare these three questions properly. That will set The depth of this entire form that we are discussing in the classroom. Now there is one kid whom we must celebrate today. Mihir, where are you? This is another देखिए इसको गौर से देखिए, ध्यान से देखिए। कुछ सालों में he is going to make us, he's already made us very proud but very very proud. When he was in the ninth standard, he designed the ERP system for his school that is DPS which is Idundri. That is Mihir Shah for you. This entire form Thank you, Mihir. This entire form and the report that it's going to generate. Part one box breathing recap quiz. Part two glad inside story feedback form. We have been wondering how to give a very systematic, thoughtful report to the school, which is a very So मिहिर helped me make this form, the feedback form, and then I said मिहिर मुझे ऐसे-ऐसे, ऐसे-ऐसे, ऐसे रिपोर्ट चाहिए। How old are you? Twenty-two. All of twenty-two. If you talk to him, you'll think, "Ha, ठीक है." मतलब they have to have hundred Steve Jobs put together to have his genius to do something like coding. And I will just display the report to you that he has made. Now mind you. What has been the percentage shift in the school? So for pause and decide, it will show Can you imagine the depth at which this form का report is going? Now the next one, question number eleven. Public Power Nanded City School. We have eight divisions, right Yogeshwar? वो eight divisions में each division forty children उतना पूरा culmination करके the report will give us what are the top five or top six. Next please. And like that we also have sticky ideas question number twelve. So what stuck? Then we have the executive school summary. Or future interests of the student. So just by filling up one form, I will have so much a proper individual report for every school. I think for this year, for me, this has been a benchmark that we've created in KMM. So a big round for Mihir and for all of us. Hundred percent हाँ promise किया है तो मैं जो मांगूँगी मिलना चाहिए ये form जो जो मांगेंगे दे देंगे चलो वाव वाव वाव वाव वाव वाव so what will happen is say in a school we have a session which is on तो है ना वो title page डाल दे so that everybody listens to me ये फिर ये report का है ना मैं एक copy डाल दूँगी सब groups में for you to see and say वाव वाव जो मिहिर क्या बनाया है मतलब है ना बार-बार देखना उसको session में जाने के पहले आहा हा Too good. Can we plan it? Does any one of us have any emergency which is going to stop us from doing that? Can we go to that screen? You will be given a link. You click on the link and put in your phone number. You know, you put in your phone number, it will reflect the school and the division that you have. Can you imagine this? मिहिर, love you. हाँ हाँ हाँ, very good. So this is division A. Aushmalin is taking division A in his school. He adds a feedback, fills it, submits it. Just do now. Good, Aushu good. We'll just show this to you so that it becomes a little easy. So you put the pointers that the child has given. Oh, I thought you will write, I became more in love with Joe. You submit the form. Now you give another feedback. So if you have forty students, you can keep adding the feedbacks. One login. It's recorded. जितना भी submit button किया है, it's recorded. When you come back, it will show you a list. In your class, you put fifteen feedbacks. You can add more. So you can count your sheets and then say that have you completed it or not? And if a school completes its in a new grade school, we have a session on the second. You'll complete it. You'll tell us it's completed on the group. Next day, if the report goes to the principal, how will they look at KMM after that? Isn't it? And what we are doing in the background is for every school, आप जो photographs डालते हैं ना आपके school के, a collage is being made of that. So along with this report, the collage of the photographs is also going to go to the school. So the backend team is going to have enough work along with you. No excuses. मतलब उस दिन आप half day plan करना सेशन के लिए इस पर and it is going to be such a beautiful feeling because after you fill the forms you will exactly read the three questions and you will feel so close to your classroom. So it's going to be a brilliant exercise. That much we will need from you. Done? All of us? एक बार forms हो गया, उसका photographs निकाल के you can send us the soft copy, discard the forms. It's absolutely okay. X factor सेशन लेने के बाद for the next one week मिहिर and I have been only talking to each other क्या करे क्या करे क्या करे and I think for the first time सुनीता are you impressed? 2026 This is an entire background of the feedback form. So, this session is not concept heavy, but this session is reflection, and that reflection is much needed because before we go ahead, remember that trekking wall example? Once we reach before the peak, we need to look back and enjoy the journey. So, part 1, box breathing. Recap part two, first part is your story. Second part is your feedback form. Part three. Now part three is going to have only five or seven minutes. Let it be that much time. Let's not rush through it. Let it be आराम से। Let them give enough answers. So it's going to be like a, you know, I talk to you, you talk to me conversation kind of a session. And then we'll have seven eight minutes to do the last part. Depending upon the time you all have, this again will have two parts: one that we discuss right now, and one will be a personal message from you for the students. Have you ever held a gas balloon in your hand? Have you let it out? Does it go high up itself or do you have to keep pushing it? The gas balloon, it goes high up. Now this same gas balloon, can I tie it to a chair and keep it to decorate my room? And when I tie it, do I need a very strong rope to tie it or a small thread Each one of us is like that gas balloon. So much potential inside there, but a small thread can hold us down. What we've learnt in the six sessions of KMM. Are tools, are methods, are mindsets which help us snap off that thread and let us fly high. Now the beauty of growing up is every day, every day I can snap off many threads and as I am growing some new threads will be developed. So it's a continuous process. It doesn't stop. So I break a thread, it goes up. Again I break a thread, it goes up. That is daily learning and daily growth. This thread holds me down and I need to conquer this thread. And how do I do that? Every day I get multiple opportunities to build my self-belief. Every day I get multiple opportunities to build my self-belief. I go home, my mother shouts at me, I do not react, I pause, decide, respond well. I have broken that one thread. I do not score as much as I want in school, I get my result, Momentarily I'm sad, but I decide what are the 3 ways out. I choose the best to learn the next time. I have broken a thread. My best friend stops talking to me. I think of 3 new possibilities of friendships. I go ahead and make that friend. I break a thread. Each time I break a thread, I build my self-belief. And when my self-belief becomes a very, very strong cluster, That is the time when nothing can stop me. Self-belief is woven one thread at a time. Self-belief is woven one thread at a time and eventually it becomes a very strong rope. One thread broken, one thread broken, one thread broken, it becomes such a strong rope that it is not only able to help itself but help others as well. And you know, the beauty is that thread which held me to the chair, I have transformed that thread into a rope and risen. So I've converted that thread into a rope of strong self-belief. Only when my self-belief is high, anything and any circumstance will help me to go beyond it. And how to build the self-belief? I pick up any one point from the sessions, implement it daily, use that daily opportunity to build my self-belief, and then become a rope which is so strong that it only keeps rising high. It not only supports itself, but it supports others around it also. Throughout the sessions, the learnings— how do we go ahead after the 7 sessions? Pick any one, implement it daily, and continue to improve your self-belief. A stronger self-belief, and you will become like that balloon which doesn't need anything. It can rise as high as possible in the sky. So believe in yourself and continue to build your self-belief one day at a time. And the another word for it is keep moving, keep growing. Okay, so this is a small part. In the last where we talk about the balloon analogy, we talk about the rope, and we talk about building a very, very strong self-belief one day at a time. Last evening when we were discussing this with Naren, I said you stand as an example, and no wonder he's such a powerful human being. Because daily I have seen him crossing his threshold and building his self-belief. If at all there is an area in your life where you do it, then it will be brilliant to share it inside the classroom. About 4 years back, I was struggling to get to fitness. We were sitting in sacred space and something about fitness came in. I decided to take up yoga. I have completed 800 non-stop yoga days in the past whatever years it takes. I've had chicken gunya, I've had everything, but I've not missed yoga at all. Every day that only one thing is today I need to build my self-belief in the morning, and that is with my yoga practice. So just got a badge day before yesterday. 800 days of yoga completed, and I know what it does to me as a person. So wish you all the best, and may you keep developing your self-belief. Keep moving, keep growing.
