My name is Carissa Sherwood, and I intend to finish a book that I've been working on for almost two and a half years, and it's called Mothering Marley. And the miracle that came in was confusing to me because it was to take this book to audiences that are ready to hear the truth of its pages. And it didn't sit well. There was a disconnect, and I feel a disconnect with this book, and maybe that's why it's taking me so long to write. But I realized tonight that the miracle wouldn't be that I would do that. The miracle would be that I would want to do that, because it would be me saying that what I have to say matters and claiming the power of my words. So I have a lot of work to do this week. Awesome. And how are you feeling about the prospect of finishing your book in just four and a half days? Like, it's totally possible. Like, I will 100% finish it, but, I mean, I've been working on it a long time, so I should. My name is Carissa, and my biggest breakthrough today was remembering the truth of who I really am. I've been craving, like, deep nourishment on a cellular level, and that came in the form of remembering today. And the different processes that we did, we learned some sacred processes, and each one of them was remembering from the inside out. And it just nourished every cell. So it's everything that I wanted out of this whole week. I got this day. My breakthroughs from day two were I went into breathwork, asking what I needed to be able to draw strength from to finish my book, what experiences or memories or something that I needed within myself to draw strength. And I was shown exact experiences and moments that I could pull from to be able to finish. Ooh. Cut. Take two. No, not take two. New day, day three breakthroughs. I was one of the last ones to do the equine therapy today, and I was a little bit nervous about it, but it was really illuminating in a very powerful way. Ashley observed me with the horse, so she. She was saying, how are you feeling? She gave the first few minutes for you to just be in the horse, in the ring with the horse, and she said, so, how are you feeling? So I was saying a couple things I was feeling, and then I started saying some things about the horse, and she said, I was asking you, and then you changed it to him. So do you do that in life? Do you not take up space? And I was like, oh, God. Anyway, she just pointed out Some. Some things that I totally do in life patterns that I hold and brought some awareness to them in a really beautiful, gentle way that meant something to me. My name is Carissa, and I realized today that a part of me always needs permission to take up space. So I'm going to tell you about my week that I've watered down in every video that I have made with you today. I. Well, this week I have recommitted myself to my devotion to God and the practices that help me remember that connection. I have heard God every day this week and I've remembered how easy that communication is and how easy it is for me to hear God. I have finished a book that I've been working on for a couple of years and have already received another book that I started writing today. And I feel motivated and driven to claim all of my gifts, to claim my power. And so I'm walking away with so much more than just a completed book. Well, the book that I finished will now go into editing and move forward. And my new book is already coming in so loud and so clear. And I feel that Kira taught us a process this week and writing the book that I didn't know before. So it's really simple and concise and I think this one will be much faster to write. So. So it doesn't feel hard. Nothing feels hard. I mean, Kira never disappoints, but it exceeded my expectations for sure. I'm walking away with so much more than I planned on, and I already planned on it being amazing. So. Yes. You just don't know what you don't know. You don't know what's possible for you until you experience the impossible. You don't know what you're capable of. It's worth experimenting on. You're worth that experiment. You will be blown away to realize what's possible for you.
