Foreign. My name is Kristi Crabtree. The book I intend to write doesn't have a name yet. There's some rough ideas, but I don't know that I've settled on a name. But it's. It's about healing and really reawakening the forgotten self. Both, I guess. We were talking about pyramids, right? That lower part of ourselves, and then ascending into the upper part of ourselves and healing those lower parts of ourselves so we can experience and awaken those spiritual portals that lead us to remembering our past and the truth of who we are. So for me, the greatest miracle would be. I feel like God's given me these visions for this book, and he's trusted me with them. And for me, the greatest miracle would be to trust myself to carry this message as much as he trusted me to give me these messages, to bring it to the world. I wish I could say that I feel really confident, but I don't. You know, I. I feel like that's a big ask. But part of me trusts that that can happen, and that's why I'm here. I'm Kristi Crabtree. It is day one. I think my breakthrough today was really just kind of trusting the flow of the process. There were definitely some blocks today that I had to overcome, but I feel like as the day progressed, things just kept moving forward, and it felt like this kind of organic unfolding, you know, just between the breath work and doing the ceremony in the morning, things just started to really gel and click and the process started to move. There was definitely a shift in some forward movement that gave me some hope. I think I'm just excited to see what tomorrow brings tomorrow. I'm hoping I have a little bit more time to sit with the book and the words and just let it move. I'm Christy Crabtree. My Day two breakthrough, I think, was organization. Day two was a fun day. You know, we. The stars are my favorite, and so is the ocean. And I got to combine those two things in the evening, and there was something really refreshing. It kind of felt like it organized and cleared my mind. Star bathing, and I felt like I got a really solid outline. And then for day three, having the organization of the outline, I got into this flow state like I've never experienced. I have ADD pretty bad, and a lot of times my mind wants to go everywhere, and it's hard for me to stay really intensely focused on one thing for more than, you know, maybe an hour or two at a time. Today I couldn't come up for air. I Lost time. I was on my balcony without taking much of a breath, and I think I wrote close to 20,000 words today. Like, it totally shocked me. And honestly, I think if I could have skipped dinner and kept riding through it, I probably would. But I don't want to be hungry, so I'm not going to. I'm Kristy Crabtree. The week is coming to an end, and I don't feel ready for it to come to an end because this whole week has been full of miracles for me. I came with my book in mind. I had a vision for it. I've had. I have started it, but I didn't really feel like it had much of a flow. It didn't feel cohesive to me. But with Kira's help, with the synergy between her and I and the island and the nurturing that I feel like I received here, my nervous system just got really relaxed and calm, and it just really allowed the book to. To flow for me in a way that just feels really organic and cohesive now. And I wrote so much of it. I would say I probably wrote two thirds of the book. So I have some work to do when I get home, which is why I'm not wanting this trip to end. But the vision is there now, and so I feel like the rest of it's just gonna flow. I feel so excited about my book. It feels authentic, which is what I really wanted, and the message feels timely, and I'm just excited to get it out to the world. This trip was so much more than I expected. I learned so much about myself between, you know, the equine therapy. That was a really impactful day and session for me. The breath work was incredible. I got to experience it with my husband. So, you know, I feel like it deepened our connection and just having these experiences of just kind of shared vulnerability together. The food was phenomenal, and I just felt so nurtured throughout the entire process. It was incredible. If you're on the fence about choosing this experience or not, I would say choose you, because you come out on the other side of this experience really firmly knowing who you are and what you have to give.
