4x4, I'm back on road, I'm back on gold. 4x4, we back in mode, we back for more. I'm sipping drive, I ride my motorcycle, make her pop. I'm back in, they got me feeling—
still no Depression.
Thank God I breathe, cuz I speak is what they need. I tell no lies, I'm still up top and still can't drop what they not. Last day was filled with slaps, I guess got to run it back. Didn't like the way this went down at the awards. I admit it, it turned to a beast. This that right here that get me going after I pop me a piece. Way that we killing the critics and killing the hate, might got to talk to a priest. The way we evolved and knock down walls.
All right guys, So just finished up an arm workout at Compound. Uh, right now it's 7:00. We're going to go home, shower, get ready for the day, have my team meeting. Uh, then we're going to join the mastermind. You guys are going to meet Peter, Gerard, Steve Weatherford's probably going to be there, and it's just going to be a sick day. Hi guys, so just pulled up. Um, I think he's on the roof here. I'm going to text him right now. I don't know how many people are here, honestly. This is a super last minute thing, but I mainly just want to do it, just like reconnect. It's been a while, 6 years, and a lot's changed. So, I don't want to let you down. I don't want to let you down. He's all grown up.
Every single big jump in success and income, whether it's a big jump in income, big jump in a certain thing my company did, a big jump in peace of mind— any big master jump was because of somebody I met. So I really want to challenge you guys to focus on networking and collaboration. There's been millions and millions and millions of dollars created from our circle just from partnerships and collaborations, from deals, from joint ventures, from affiliates, from companies being created. I would say probably over $50 million in the past 10 years on just collaboration. So if you only met someone that could help catapult your business to the next level here, it's a great event. There will be a lot of stuff to learn, but that's the main focus. And I truly believe that masterminding is the ultimate hack. One of my biggest breakthroughs I've ever had is realizing that you don't have solve any problems if you have the right network. It makes business like a playground. And right now there's a war on business, there's a war on freedom, there's a war on peace. You see it in the world. Most people aren't actually thriving right now because they're so distracted by what's happening. So you guys can actually be focused and be able to be here and learn the most you can about business. But if you mastermind, it just cuts your learning curve in half. A smart person learns from their mistakes, but world-class entrepreneurs Ignorance, learn from other people's mistakes so they don't make the same ones. So today will be a game changer for every single one of you guys. But remember, if you don't have the right network, you're gonna have to do it all yourself. And if you're someone that works 60, 70, 80, 90 hours a week without having a team or leverage, this is very important that you pay attention. And if you only make more money when you put more hours in your business, You only have a high-paying job, it's a trap. So you have to learn the power of leverage. And my favorite leverage is your network. My favorite leverage is your network. I'm at a place, who was I talking to about Ryan Blair, who's a mentor of mine. Anytime I have a business question or a tax question or some type of question that really is stumping me, I will call Ryan because he sold his company for $800 million, because he's been through every type of situation in business you could think of, for 5 minutes he solves my problem. So the goal today is to collaborate and build a network of solid individuals that want what's best for you and your business, that actually love serving and helping, and be able to take you to the next level. So that's super important. So what we want to focus on is simplicity, because the more noise you have in your head, the harder it is to have clarity, and the harder it is to move strategically. So complexity, I think, is the enemy of action. If you've ever been overwhelmed or have too many ideas or you have so much noise in your head, would you agree it's harder to take action? Focused action? So today is about simplicity. I don't actually want you guys to leave with like 50 pages of notes. I want you to leave with maybe 1 or 2 pages of strategic notes that actually are relevant to your business. Because most people love love learning 'cause it's easy. They don't like executing 'cause that's the hard part. Now you guys are all executors, so this is not about execution, it's more about thinking and taking the right action after this event that can have a huge multiplier effect on your business. Distributing is the problem I solved. So as of right now, exactly where your current business is, what is the number one problem you need solved that can take it to a whole new level? So if you're doing a million, you wanna do 5 million. Yeah, a lot of people near them, they can actually figure out your business model.
And what's your business? Teaching people? Yeah, just for context, our company, uh, we just actually rebranded, so now it's called Build Remote, but it was called Remote Cleaning Academy. We just rebranded within the last 30 days. Um, basically we teach people to start home service businesses from the ground up. We're more a marketing agency than we are a coaching platform or coaching business because we just build it. So we just basically, here's your website, here's your, um, and then we have coaches who coach them how to run it and make $10K a month. So the ad that they're seeing is make $10,000 a month online with a cleaning business. Now we've built a post that way we can just have make money online, point them to a webinar, that's where we reveal, oh, it's cleaning, oh, why is that? And then we have enough framing to actually persuade them. So we're at $250-ish, $250 to $300 a month.
Dude, it's been crazy to see the come up. I met this kid years ago and to see him crushing it now and buying his dream car and impacting people is amazing. I always knew you had the hustle and drive and ambition. You just needed to fail a couple times to get it.
Yeah, Peter was the very first investment I ever made in entrepreneurship, 2019 GCIC way back then. Now 6 years later after generating millions of dollars, finally. I knew it would happen, I just didn't know when either.
And you had to go through a couple failures, a couple tests, but you never gave up. You stayed focused, you knew you had the potential, you finally hit it.
Yeah, big work.
Proud of you, man.
All right guys, so we just wrapped up, um, here. I'm gonna go take my dog out real quick, but we're gonna do a yacht later. Um, good session. Honestly, I haven't done one of these in a while. It's one of those things you always need to be around people who are doing bigger things than you. No matter how— where you're at, you guys have to know that you, uh, just come with like learning mindset. You know nothing, right? And a lot of people, they may start making some money, and their biggest weakness 'cause they think they know everything. There's people in there, you know, $50 million, $100 million in sales, right? And they still are there learning. We're headed to the yacht, barely made it. Team brought me on a call that was bullshit. What's going on guys? So we're here today with Gerard Adams, someone I've been watching for a while. He actually, he had a channel called Leaders Create Leaders. That's how I got introduced to Peter. But guys, if you don't know Gerard, he's had a $50 million exit at 29 and done a lot more since. What's your number one advice just early on entrepreneurs in the very beginning that you have just in general? What do you think the most important for them?
And I think back about being that because I also, first of all, we all start at zero. You know, I remember when I first started and I was young and I was just, you know, a young entrepreneur trying to make it out and I started an agency. And the thing that I did was I over-delivered value. Don't worry about how much you make right now. Figure out how you can overdeliver value because the more that you just provide that value and actually learn from that and build relationship with those first clients. I remember that first client I ever worked with, I didn't make any money. I just like, for it, I took like $2,000. I just like overdelivered for him and all of a sudden that turned into a recurring client.
So guys, so many people need motivation to do things and what that is really saying is it's saying make me want to do this. And the bottom line is, as a man, or really just anyone who wants to get anywhere far in life, you need to just do things that need to be done. I think two guys in In the front of a sport— two-seater sports car is like pretty gay looking. Yeah, it just is.
We're gonna call this place—
I'm not gonna show because this is where all the cops are. It's funny because you could have $50 million in an account, but you're not going around showing people that. Yeah, right. So it's like this, this gets you instant respect everywhere you go. People also— it gets you instant hate a lot of times too, but people will get envious. Look at this crack on the windshield here. This was someone like who hated it, like he was a hater basically, this crack.
