If you don't understand this about AI, your competitor already has the advantage. I talk all the time about being an AI-first company means that you go to AI first for everything. You don't do a spreadsheet, you use AI first. You don't do a PowerPoint, you use AI first. You don't write something in Word, you go to AI first, right? You're always AI first. You think AI first and you leverage AI in every single thing that you do. And if you're not using AI at least 5 times an hour, there is some competitor who is and they're going to crush you. They're just going to crush you. Their cost of delivering goods and services is going to be dramatically lower than yours.
