The more AI you use, the more EQ you will need. Let me tell you why. AI makes all of us 170 IQ in almost any topic, any subject, and can do so in a minute, period. Like, I have every answer. So we cannot differentiate ourselves on IQ anymore, which means EQ and the value of communication, transparency, integrity, all those values are actually going to be more important because otherwise Stephen could race ahead 100 times faster than he's ever been, leaving everyone else in the firm behind, and that won't work. And how do you ever close that gap if you're not communicating? So I think the company has to value its people enough and value the communication and value EQ.
