First of all, I default to AI on everything. Like if I'm gonna build an Excel spreadsheet, I go to AI and say, build me an Excel spreadsheet that does the following. Here's the data, here's the input. I don't need to remember the syntax for that formula anymore. And you have to look up the formula and you have to go somewhere. No, AI, fix this for me, right? What's wrong with this formula? Fix the formula. So everything I do starts with AI. I have a rule, 5 times an hour, use AI. And the reason I say that to people is they look at me, 99% of the country literally looks at me and says, I use it 5 times a month. What do you mean 5 times an hour? What would I do? I said, trust me, one of your competitors is using it 5 times an hour.
