Recently I met someone and based on their behavior and our interaction, I thought we were destined for a lifelong friendship. I was actually so disappointed when things change. And I had the biggest aha today that when people show up in a certain way, when we start interacting with them, we make assumptions of what our future interactions will be like. Hi, I'm Kim Zoller and welcome to Wednesday's Wirings. What I've come to realize is that situations dictate how someone behaves and and when that changes. Here's a three step process not to let it affect you. Number one, stay present and become the observer. Number two, assume positive intent and stay out of judgment. Everyone is doing the best that they can with what they know and we don't always know the whole situation. And number three, you be your best self, not allowing anyone else to determine your greatness. Have the best day.
