Oh, I got so triggered, you guys. Someone called me to tell me that someone said something about me because I mispronounced a word when I was reading something and I thought, oh, my gosh, that is ridiculous. Hi, I'm Kim Zoller, and welcome to Wednesday's Wirings. So what was so ridiculous? Number one, I got triggered. Yuck. The next thing is, is that if we are expecting people to behave and do things the way we want them to behave and do, and then we get triggered, what does that mean for us? It means to a cellular level, we are hurting ourselves. That is what happens when we get triggered. So I had to step outside, listen to some birds, and take a breath. And I want to challenge all of you to realize, what are you getting triggered about? And if you are letting things affect you down to your cellular level that people do and that they say, then ultimately you're hurting yourself. So I challenge you to take a breath, do what you need to do, Say, okay, I got triggered, and now I'm going to be uncomfortable triggered and accept people and know that they're doing the best that they can with what they have in that moment. Have the best day.
