I don't know about you, but I feel like there is nothing worse than being around complainers. And yet complaining is so addictive. In fact, when I start to think about it, even I start like, I'll say something about the weather and the next thing you know, something else is happening that I'm complaining about. So first of all, hi, I'm Kim Zoller. Welcome to Wednesday Wirings. And I want to put out a challenge to you and to all of us. And that is, can you, from now till the end of the year, no complaining and extend this to everyone around you. Meaning even if you walk outside and you're like, oh, it's so cold today, or it's so hot today, or it's humid today, that in itself is complaining and then complaining about other people complaining about projects. What can you be grateful for? Immediately switch the complaint. Switch the complaint to something that you are grateful for. That is our challenge. Our brains track for whatever we are focusing on. So let's focus on positive. Let's focus on what we can be grateful for. What is good. Not all the complaining have the very best day.
