When I first started this business about 30 so years ago, I had no idea really what I was doing. I had no idea how to lead. And I was so blessed that I had the most amazing coaches, mentors, leaders around me who really helped me awake my potential. Hi, I'm Kim Zoller and welcome to Wednesday's Wirings. This is why I am so thrilled that we launched Awake youe Potential this week, our first online hybrid master class. I am thrilled because I know that these skills are so critical to know, to learn and we don't know them and so taking the time to actually learn because leaders make a huge difference in this world. We need more leaders. We need more people who will step up, who are more courageous, who know how to have conversations.
