To become a better.
Active listener.
Hi, I'm Kim Zoller, and welcome to Wednesday's wirings. It's so important to be an active listener, so avoid multitasking and give your full attention to people making eye contact, nodding, showing engagement, you know, asking questions. People can tell when you're listening and when you are not listening. You know, we all feel valued and our relationships deepen when we are in a conversation where someone is fully paying attention. So the benefits far outweigh anything else. I know that for me, I think I can multitask. And really, number one, there is no such thing. It is proven from all the data. And keeping that in mind, the most important thing is that people can tell. So how are you going to improve your active listening skills today? Have a really wonderful day.
