The holidays they can be so great, they can be so not great. It just all depends on perspective. And so when we think about that happiness equation of what actually happens and take that minus our expectations for what we think should have happened, it really changes our perspective. And I think at the holiday season is a great time to actually put that in place. So when you realize like just remove those expectations and remember that we are here right now in control of very little, we're only in control of what we do and realize that the things are going to come and go as they do and people are going to say things and do things and do what they do that it doesn't need to affect our happiness. In fact if we sit in that place of being aware of it it actually can increase our happiness so much. And so it's a great, great time during this holiday season when there are lots of expectations and to come back to this place being right here right now.
