Hi, it's Kim Zoller. So you know I spoke about communication and sharing too much and you know something else came to me this week and that is that sometimes people actually don't know how we get from point A to point B and they really want to know your process and where we think well don't you just see it? Some people really want to know how did you get there and so I realized that if you really listen to people sometimes they actually tell you how did you get there and we have to realize in those moments that they're not trying to second guess us they just really want to know our process. So it's taking that open minded perspective almost the beginner's mind and just sharing with them how we got from point A to B point point B because it makes it that much stronger to get their buy in and to get their feeling of like ah I get it now too. We're on the same page. Have the best day.
