Hi, it's Kim Zoller. So there's one thing I want you to do this week that will really help you, and that is track something. So track how many calls you're making, track how many notes you're writing. Decide right away what you're going to track, and then start to measure it. Give yourself some internal goals that you're reaching for. You know, one thing that I was lucky enough is I was given this amazing birthday present by a dear friend called the Oura Ring. And it tracks so cool. It tracks my sleep, it tracks what my activity is. So I've decided. I was given a score last night for my sleep. I've decided, okay, I want to change that score. I want it to be a little bit better. Another friend of mine created this amazing form, and it says, I'm going to track my business goals, my wellness goals, and my relationship goals. And every day she writes down some things that she's going to track. So I want you to do that for yourself this week. Decide what is important to you. Have something to measure for yourself and something to feel good about and change your state.
