Hi, it's Kim Zoller. And you may be wondering why I am holding a Q tip and I'm holding a Q tip because years ago, someone gave me this amazing tip. And it's about the Q Tip. And the Q tip stands for. The acronym of Q Tip is Quit taking it personally. And so I have always had a Q tip on my desk. I'm not saying that there aren't times that I haven't taken it personally, because there are. But. But there's the but. If you haven't heard that message, you can go to that one. I want you to think about what do we need to take personally and what don't we. And when we go into our head taking things personally when actually it may not have anything to do with us, we affect ourselves, we affect our performance, we affect our day, which then in turn affects other people. And so it's just a great message to remember. Everyone's got their own journey, everyone's on their own path, everyone's got their own stuff and quit taking it personally. Have the best day.
