Hi, it's Kim Zoller. So I was having a conversation with my coach this morning about how anything that is out there only has the meaning that we place on it. So whether it's a conversation or an email or something that happens, it only has the substance of the meaning that we place on it. And my question to you is, what meaning are you placing on things? Are you giving them positive meanings? Are you going into a place of negativity? Or were you included in a meeting? Were you not included in a meeting? Right now, it's all so strange and up in the air. It's amazing how easy it is to go into a place that isn't positive. And so my challenge for you today is to really realize that something doesn't need to have a meeting that doesn't exist. We don't need to put a negative spin on anything, but to always assume positive intent. And if you have a question about anything, pick up the phone and call someone and say, hey, I have a question. I'm curious if this is what you meant. That is the challenge of today. Keep the meanings positive. Keep your state positive.
