Hi, it's Kim Zoller. The tip for the day is keep everyone in the loop. So what I'm realizing is that we sit down, we sit at our desks, so many more people obviously are in this virtual environment and it's easy to forget, like, oh yeah, this includes someone else or I need to remind someone or let them know that I'm doing something. So that is the tip today is that communication is incredibly key during this time. If we don't do it, we have the chance of breaking down relationships as opposed to taking this to staying connected, building relationships. When we break down relationships, we are then creating another ripple effect in other ways. So keep people in the loop. Think about everything you have to do today. Who does it involve? Who do you need to check in with? Who do you need to let know? Realize that upset feelings when you're not seeing people regularly can really play a part in overall work effectiveness. Thanks and have a super day.
