This is a YouTube short titled "Daily Tip #23 - LEAD WITH COMPASSION" (created 2020-04-30) featuring Kim Zoller delivering a brief spoken tip encouraging listeners to lead with compassion and curiosity in daily interactions—at home, on calls/Zoom, or via email—by asking questions to understand others' perspectives and seeking kinder outcomes.
Hi, it's Kim Zoller. Has anything been annoying you or a person been annoying you or someone been on you a lot or trying to get answers from you or your kids around you? I really think everyone's dealing with things in so many different ways and I want you to think about are you leading from a place of compassion? How are you coming into every situation? Are you coming into it with a great start that allows you to see that if you approach it with curiosity and compassion that you might find some different answers and you might have a different outcome. And so today with every situation again, whether it is at home or someone on a zoom or someone trying to email you, lead with compassion, think about what is their perspective. Maybe ask a question or two to find out what is going on. Be curious and realize that that outcome can have a much better end if we approach it from that way. Thanks and have a great day.
