Hi, it's Kim Zoller. Yesterday I received such a nice compliment on LinkedIn from a client whom I really value and I respect. And when he sent me this message, it just made me feel so good. It made me think about how often do we appreciate someone or really like the work that someone is doing and yet we don't take the time to reach out and tell them, hey, you're doing great work, or I really appreciate that, or I love that message. And so today I want to challenge you to reach out to three people who they gave you something meaningful and thank them for doing that. And it doesn't have to be something that they did today. It could be something in the past that it's making you think of it today. So that is the challenge because not only does it feel so good to receive it, I know for all of us it feels really good when it's meaningful to give it. Have the best day.
