Hi, it's Kim Zoller. As we go into the short week, I want you to think about three outcomes you want for this week. So, not what you have to do and all the things that you have to do, but what are the big picture goals that you have for your week once you know them, even if it's one, by the way, just think about one outcome that you want to reach and then take a moment and write down all the tasks associated with that outcome. That way you can really see what the things that you're busy doing when what they really are trying to accomplish. And you're not just busy. I know for myself, I am so good at doing the tasks, like so good at just being busy. And then I'm like, what did I do this week? I was so busy. So I want you to think about what is the outcome that you're trying to reach and then go backwards. And then at the end of the week, you could say, you know what? I did these things and it helped me get here. Have the best day.
