Hi, it's Kim Zoller. So I had a wonderful conversation with a friend this morning, and it really gave me the thought for today of something that I realized has been bothering me, and that is how we get into these patterns of how we communicate with different people. And my friend said to me, you know, Kim, in every moment we have an opportunity to change the pattern. And I thought, of course we do. I do this every day, so why is it that I get stuck in my own stuff? And so I encourage you to think about someone who you have a pattern with, who it isn't a great pattern, and you want to change that pattern. Think about another way to communicate, another way, A way to stay unhooked, to stay out of the drama. That if you were observing it from here, how would you see it? If you were telling your friend where you didn't have an emotional connection to it, how could you handle it so that you didn't bring in any negative emotion? Of course, if it's positive, that's a whole different thing. So I encourage you guys to think about how you change your patterns today. Have the best day.
