Hi, it's Kim Zoller. I don't know about you, but there are days that I just feel so wiped out. And then I read this great Harvard Business Review tip of the day, and it said that actually, while we're being online and being on Zoom, and then that's taking it out of us, and then also the multitasking is taking it out of us. In fact, we are spending 40% of more energy on the multitasking of thinking we can go back and forth and not stay focused. So that's my challenge to myself today and my challenge to you today, to stay completely focused, stay present, stay there. It's amazing how much we'll get done, feel good, feel like there's closure, and not feel so drained, especially if we're on Zooms all day. Have a great day.
