Hi, it's Kim Zoller. So I'm so blessed and lucky to be working with so many wonderful people right now. And even through our zoom and our video conferencing, I can see so much stress and so much anxiety. And so what do we do? What is the antidote for this? And I truly believe that the antidote for this is. Is courage. And it's not to push away the fear, the anxiety, the stress. Because when we do, I don't know if you've noticed that, it just gets bigger and bigger, but to take that moment and say, you know what? I'm going to breathe in and know that I see the fear, I see the anxiety, I see my stress, and I know that I have the courage to deal with it. And that's really what I want you to think about today. To really take those moments when you feel it in your chest or your throat or wherever you feel it, just to take that breath in and to say, I have the courage to deal with this. I have the courage. I see it, I notice it. It's not serving me. I have the courage to deal with it. Have a great day.
