Hi, it's Kim Zoller. So last night I had the most amazing opportunity at this camp to lead all the counselors and my family in a mindfulness session. And what I realized and what came out of it was that, you know what? Every single person, no matter how young or how old, has their own things that they're dealing with that are causing them stress and keeping them out of the present. And so I want you to challenge yourself today to think about who is around you and just having empathy for them and having empathy and giving yourself grace today and realizing that this time is so interesting and it's perspective of how we look at it. We can look at it as a very negative time or something that just is. And we are dealing with it the best that we can and realizing that some people just don't have the coping mechanisms to deal as well as others. So let's give each other grace and think about giving ourselves some of that as well. So have the very best day.
