Hi, it's Kim Zoller with ID360. And welcome to Wednesday's Wirings. Do you sabotage yourself? I know I do. So how do I do that? Because I'm a very driven, goal oriented person. Well, all I have to do is look at my Facebook for a second, get on a phone call, start to read something in a book that takes me down a totally different avenue. The next thing I know, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour later, lost towards really what my goal is. And so while that might have been interesting or I might have gotten something from it, or not, especially if it's something I really don't need to be looking at, I'm missing out on the vision of really what I am trying to accomplish. So whether it is an exercise plan, an eating plan, a work goals, time with your family, friends and kids, time to focus on an innovative idea that you have, think about, write down what is sabotaging you and every single time you start to do that, say, wait a minute, what's my goal? I am not going to self sabotage. Have the very best day and be your best self.
