It's about the knowledge. And so that's why when Adrienne said they are intentional and they talk about it and they act it and they discuss it, and we do culture training that every single alchemist goes through, it's because if we don't have the knowledge, how do we put it into place? It doesn't just happen. There is so much more research done about how we take things and what happens and how much. If we can control our mind and know that how it can affect our culture and our work. And so the goal is to live in possibility. The goal is to say, you know what? I may not feel good today. This is what I am going to live in. I am going to change it. The thought can come in and out, because if I let it stay in, I go into fixed mindset. If I let it come in and go out, I go into growth mindset. So not only is this good for us, but it is good for everyone we work with. It's good for our families. For those of you with kids, it's good to teach your kids. For those of you with employees, it's good to teach your employees.
